Hi! I’m Jimmy Secoy, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work is grounded in the belief that people aren’t meant to go through life’s hardest moments alone. Therapy, to me, is a place where you get to slow down, breathe, and be fully heard — without judgment and without pressure to “have it all together.”
Clients often describe me as accepting, approachable, and empathetic. I bring a calm presence to the room, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.
I began my counseling journey as an adolescent, and eventually became a school counselor over a decade ago working with elementary to high school aged kids. Counseling is a second career for me. I am a Desert Storm era Navy veteran and spent twenty years in the business world as a successful sales manager. I have over thirty years of personal recovery experience and bring many tools to our sessions. I have done my own personal grief, anger, trauma and family of origin work so I can hold space for whatever your healing and recovery may require. I show up as my authentic self and tend to be very direct. If you are willing to do the painful work that healing requires, I may be a good choice as therapist for you. With both my own personal struggles with addiction and mental health challenges, I have empathy and respect for those willing to do the hard work of making changes.

Have you ever wondered, “What is wrong with me?” If your mirror can talk back to you, what would it say? What good things or bad things will it tell you and how would you respond? I will be the mirror that will help you learn more about yourself and will give you an honest reflection so that you can make the best decisions for yourself. I tailor my counseling approach based on your specific needs and goals.
I combine a person-centered counseling approach with brief solution-focused therapy to give you the best outcome. I have a master’s in counseling with a dual emphasis on both School Counseling and Agency Counseling. I have over 17 years of counseling experience with all age groups, diverse populations, and subject matter. You don’t have to do life alone. Bring me your challenges, your struggles, and your troubles, and let’s work together to resolve them.
I also provide Christian counseling: God never promised us a life free from struggles, pain, or sorrows (John 16.33); however, He did promise that He will never leave us (Matthew 28.20). Life is not meant to be lived alone: It’s not a good thing (Genesis 2.18). I am here to support you and to remind you that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139.13-14), and you are loved (John 3.16). Nothing is impossible with God (Matthew 19.26). Whatever you are struggling with, whatever troubles you, know that God has a purpose for your life (Romans 8.28). As a Christian counselor, you can trust that my counseling approach will not stray from the teaching of the Bible. May God guide us as we work together to understand His purpose and His plan for the challenges in your life.

I am a therapist who shows up with both professional expertise and lived experience. As a mom and wife, I understand firsthand how demanding, beautiful, overwhelming, and transformative life can be. I know what it feels like to juggle responsibilities, care for others, and still try to make space for yourself. That lived understanding shapes the way I support my clients. I meet people where they are, with compassion, clarity, and a belief that small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change.
Mindfulness is a core part of how I move through my own life, and it naturally influences my work. I believe mindfulness isn’t about perfection or long meditation sessions — it’s about learning to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of everyday moments. Whether it’s a busy morning, a stressful conversation, or a moment of self‑doubt, mindfulness helps us slow down enough to respond rather than react. It’s a powerful tool for grounding, emotional regulation, and building resilience, and I weave it into therapy in simple, practical ways that fit real life.

Hi, I'm LeAnna, a Latina (se habla Español) licensed clinical social worker, with over 15 years experience in medical case management, domestic violence advocacy and mental health support groups. I am a firm believer in turning struggle into strength. I believe in you and the power of change. I am an empathetic listener and want to journey with you through your most difficult days to help you celebrate the greatest days!
Having worked in the educational field for many years, I chose to go into to counseling in order to help others who are in need of understanding, support and encouragement. Allowing someone to express their thoughts, feeling and helping them see or understand what may be holding them back or creating issues in their life is rewarding. My aim is help others learn how to manage and go forward with all they have experienced and encountered.
