In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, discuss your need for therapy and challenges, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We move at your pace. This session will be used as you feel necessary.
I have been treating clients for PTSD, anxiety, and depression related to combat, sexual trauma, work, and family stressors. I’m down to earth, relaxed, and motivated to help client’s reach their goals.
