Welcome! I'm Jerniece,
Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey, South Carolina, & Texas. I have a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I have over 10+ years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, including individual, single & blended parents, couples, groups, and families. Extensive experience processing within a safe and nurturing virtual setting.
Let's get started building a new life for you! I can help you reach your therapy goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience. My specialty is in Trauma Informed therapy, working with clients with symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and abuse. I work with individuals struggling with narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, grief or loss, issues with negative self-talk, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, family conflict, stress and life changes. I use an integrative treatment approach tailoring the method of therapy to your individual personality. Now is the time to begin!
If you are seeking any kind of emotional healing or inner healing, look no further. I have a personal and deep understanding of the courageous journey you will take with this approach toward healing the wounds of the past.
I am patient and kind in the therapeutic relationship. I want you to "come as you are" and feel accepted and free to reveal yourself at your own pace. I know it is difficult sometimes to even know where to start on the healing journey, and I will meet you where you are. I have been described as a joyful person who creates a peaceful and safe space.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, or emotional stress - or noticing patterns from the past repeating in your relationships - you’re not alone. Unresolved trauma, depression, or anger can affect the way you think, behave, and connect with others. These patterns can also affect how you see yourself - leading to self-doubt, low self-esteem, or a sense of not being good enough.
I’m Manuel Olvera, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in helping adults work through anger, anxiety, acute and complex trauma, depression, self-doubt, and relationship issues, so you can feel more calm and balanced. I also welcome clients who struggle with ADHD-related challenges, particularly when emotional regulation or past trauma is involved. Teenagers are also welcome.
In therapy, I aim to listen more than I talk. I offer guidance and explain psychological concepts when they’re helpful, but my main focus is creating space for you to express yourself and process what you're feeling. I ask questions to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors - and I follow your lead.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and elements of CBT to support healing at the level of both the mind and body. I also help you explore how past wounds may be affecting your current relationships. For couples, I use the Gottman Method and often work with each partner individually in addition to joint sessions - especially when personal trauma is showing up in the relationship dynamic.
Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, struggling with anger, shutdown, or self-doubt - or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you - therapy can help. You don’t have to have all the answers. If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to work with you.
I am a licensed professional counselor living in the great state of Texas. I daily engage in reading, exercise, and quality time with my husband and children. I enjoy hearing the life stories of others, and addressing the wounds and toxic thinking that keep us bound in unhealthy choices and behaviors. I want to help you become a lifelong overcomer!

Hello, I am Shana Toney, a Licensed Professional Counselor. Over my lifetime I have always worked in human services. It was gratifying to work with clients in their time of need and support them through the process. Many of the clients would say they felt comfortable talking to me and I listened to their needs. Those years of serving the community led me to become a therapist. Once I became a therapist 8 years ago, I found my passion. I love having the opportunity and freedom to work with clients, helping them figure things out, learn to create change in their lives and coping with situations they have no control over. Change is not easy but possible. My role as a therapist is to walk with clients to help create their change and happiness they desire.
Hi, I’m Dr. Viviana Garza, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) . I believe that therapy can be a meaningful space to pause, reflect, heal, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked while caring for others or navigating life’s challenges.

Whether you are adjusting to perimenopause or menopause, coping with stress, wanting to improve your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer support and direction.
My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what is on your mind. Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be affecting your well-being, while building practical tools to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected.

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019,. My primary experience has been in a community mental health setting, focusing on addictions and co-occurring issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I love collaborating with you to help dig through your worries and problems and to work with you to find answers to the problems that you’d given up on solving. You and your lived experience as an indispensable part of the therapy process, and I follow your lead as to whether we focus on solutions, understanding and insight, or both. Whichever direction you choose, we can talk about skills to manage stress and emotions when things don’t go well in the future, and talk about how to build stronger relationships to help you grow.
Hello!!!! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the great state of Texas but also licensed in Florida. I also hold a doctorate and 15 years of experience. I believe in meeting people where they are. My primary treatment modality is Person-Centered therapy. There are also times I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral therapy modality. Do you find yourself replaying conversations with your partner, wondering how the same argument keeps happening no matter how hard you try? Maybe trust has been broken, you feel lonely even when you’re together, or you’re exhausted from being the one trying to hold the relationship together. Or maybe the relationship you’re struggling with is the one you have with yourself—past trauma, anxiety, or painful experiences keep showing up in your life even when you’ve tried hard to move forward.
I work with adults and couples who are tired of feeling stuck in the same painful patterns and want more than someone who simply listens. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space while also being an active therapist who offers honest feedback, helps you recognize patterns, and gives you practical tools to create meaningful change.
I also have a special interest in women’s and reproductive mental health. If you’re trying to conceive, struggling with infertility, grieving a pregnancy loss, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or finding motherhood harder than you expected, you don’t have to carry that experience alone.

Welcome, I'm so glad you've found your way here! I specialize in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life's challenges, such as anxiety, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. Together, we'll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and understand the aspects of yourself that may be causing internal friction. As your therapist, my goal is to guide you toward greater understanding, compassion, and self-acceptance. I believe in working together to identify and address the unique challenges that may be holding you back or keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns.
I am an LPCC in California and an LPC in Texas. My educational background consists of earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's in clinical counseling, and a Master's in Addictions. I am a National Certified Counselor and am a certified addictions counselor.
My past clinical experience includes working for a crisis center where the majority of clients experienced issues related to suicide, homicide, domestic violence, and child and elder abuse. These issues impact people of all ages, races, and ethnic groups. I have also worked for a county-based permanent assisted housing development where all of the clients have experienced episodes of homelessness, and have been significantly impacted by issues of trauma, depression, addictions, domestic violence, and child abuse.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.
There comes a time in our human experience where life seems to come at us fast and cause imbalance. Often times, we struggle to re-gain that balance. We begin to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and frustrated. It may become difficult to express ourselves, maintain friendships, spend quality time with loved ones or do something as simple as getting a good night’s rest. It is during those times that we must summon the courage to seek professional help to navigate through those feelings in hopes of finding our balance.
I believe positive, healthy relationships have the power to heal. Through a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship, I will create a space for you to learn, heal, and grow into becoming your highest self and finding your balance.
I have experience working with young and wise adults on issues such as depression, anxiety, decision-making, problem-solving, establishing boundaries, and strengthening communication skills. I use various therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of each individual client. I look forward to witnessing your journey to mental wellness!
My work is simple: I care about people’s mental health wellness. If you’re navigating depression, anxiety, relationship stress, self-esteem struggles or substance abuse. I believe you deserve a space that feels safe, steady, and human. I work with adolescents (12+), teens, and adults. Whether it’s school stress, identity, life transitions, or long-standing patterns. You’ll be met with respect and confidentiality.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. My career has taken me through many roles—serving on community mental health boards, directing psychiatric residential programs, and leading clinical teams—all with one goal: to support people in living fuller, healthier, and more connected lives.
Since stepping back from full-time leadership roles, I’ve shifted my focus to what I value most—working directly with clients through my online therapy practice. I specialize in supporting young and middle-aged adults, couples, and parents who are facing life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, addictive habits, or a sense of feeling stuck.
My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deeper exploration of the emotional and mental blocks that may be holding you back. I believe healing and growth happen when we align mind, body, and spirit—restoring a sense of inner harmony that allows you to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace.
Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to take it alone. If you’re ready to begin creating positive changes in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to explore my website and see how we might work together.

’ve felt called to become a therapist since I was nine years old, and that sense of purpose has stayed with me ever since. I began my career in a community mental health setting, where I worked closely with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and learned the importance of practical, real-life coping skills. That experience continues to shape my approach today—I focus on helping clients build insight, develop tools they can actually use, and feel more confident navigating their relationships and daily lives.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing things down and staying grounded through gardening, crocheting, and camping. I’m also a big reader—especially when it comes to romance novels. My goal is to help you find your inner strength, bounce back from hard times, and build better relationships.
Are you getting angry more often and have trouble getting along with coworkers? Do you feel tired most of the time, so you don't seem to enjoy things like you did before and now spend a lot more time alone? Are you and your spouse fighting a lot and thinking about divorce? Do you do things that seem like a quick fix but don’t really make life better? If these things sound familiar, then the good news is that you don't have to keep doing it alone.

Hello, I'm Benita.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and I have been in private practice for the past 6 years, working with adults.
I have a friendly nature and I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. I believe that my personal experiences help me to connect with my clients. I have experience with marriage, divorce, children, trauma, immigration, and multi-cultural issues.
I know that life is often hard, especially if you don't have a good support system. I'm here to help you to explore what is getting in the way of you living your best life. I can't wait to meet you!
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where children, teens, and families feel safe to express themselves, explore difficult emotions, and develop meaningful tools for growth. My goal is to meet each client where they are while recognizing and honoring their unique strengths, experiences, and resilience.
I view behavior as communication and believe that every emotion and response serves a purpose. Rather than focusing solely on eliminating behaviors or symptoms, I work to understand the underlying experiences, unmet needs, and patterns contributing to a client's challenges. Together, we identify practical strategies that promote emotional regulation, healthier relationships, increased confidence, and lasting change.
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, attachment concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and challenges at school or home. I recognize that growth often occurs when the entire family feels supported, so I value collaborating with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. By providing education, encouragement, and practical tools, I help families strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges together.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe every individual has the capacity for healing and growth when they feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether supporting a child learning to manage big emotions, a teenager navigating identity or anxiety, or a family adjusting to significant life changes, I am committed to providing evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs. My hope is that every client leaves therapy with greater resilience, deeper self-understanding, stronger relationships, and the confidence to navigate life's challenges long after our work together has ended.
With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.

Meeting clients where they are
Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.

Hi, I'm Coach E, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Bigger Fish to Fry Counseling & Coaching. I provide a warm, supportive, and action-oriented approach to therapy, helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with practical tools they can begin using right away.
My practice specializes in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, life transitions, and stress management. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to help clients move beyond simply talking about problems and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're healing from loss, rebuilding after a major life transition, or striving to become the healthiest version of yourself, I'm here to help you discover that you truly have bigger fish to fry than the obstacles holding you back.
