Hi there, I'm Kamaria. Do you feel the weight on anxiety and low self-confidence plaguing your relationships and everyday life? Are you sinking in relationship issues because you're overwhelmed as a new mom or parent? I am a BIPOC mental health/psychotherapist, who enjoys helping empower women to find themselves in every transition life may bring. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back in balance. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and women's issues. I have worked in the field of advocacy and mental health since 2006, at both the residential and outpatient levels. I have obtained a certification in Behavior Intervention Trauma Informed Care and my clinical experience is in Mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I'm licensed to provide counseling services to all of Texas. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in English at Texas State University and then completed a Master’s degree in Social Work at University of Texas at San Antonio, followed by an additional Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Science from Sam Houston State University. My approach to therapy is warm, interactive, and accepting. I understand how hard it is to take the first step, and I bring that understanding and comfort into my sessions. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Hi there, I'm Parag. You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world. No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness. Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now. I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.

I love providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I am also very passionate about men and mental health. I have observed that many men suffer in silence and feel emotionally trapped in a straitjacket. I love listening to my clients. From the first sesion, I focus on instilling hope. I want my clients to leave feeling encouraged and relieved. I do not pretend to fix my clients problem/issue(s). The research shows that when a person has a safe space to release ans someone to contain and care, a positive hormone gets release. I am here because I care. I seek to understand and empathize. I love helping those who are stressed, ancious, depressed, weary, worrying, hurting, confused, lost, sad, or hopeless. It is rewarding to me to help others release stress, improve their functioning, and overall well-being. I strongly believe in using a holistic approach. I educate my clients regarding coping strategies, coping techniques, and coping skills. Interested clients are offered educational material to review. It is my clinical perspective that the mind, body, and spirit are significant to well-being. I am very strong in my faith as a believer and follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. Each individual's narrative, perspective, and voice, matters. I love helping those struggling to adapt and adjust to life stressors, transitions, and difficulties. I hold a doctorate in Marriage & Family Counseling. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families adapt; improve communication; improve patterns of interaction; and relationship dynamics. At 10:23 I understand the importance of cultivating resilience and fostering healthy relationships to achieve our best life. Therapy doesn’t work when clients feel talked down to, rushed, or misunderstood. Many teens and adults I work with have tried therapy before and felt it didn’t really fit. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the therapy room. This allows me to connect in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and practical—especially for teens and young adults who are skeptical of therapy or unsure where to start.

I love listening to people's stories. And we all have powerful stories shaping our lives. I began my career in social services as an educator and moved into mental health, feeling compelled to address larger systems of wellbeing. I have worked, volunteered and supported schools, universities, hospital systems, crisis centers, and non-profits. These professional and personal experiences have given me a broad scope of practice and intersected with different populations. I was raised between the United States and Mexico and am fluent in Spanish and learning beginning Urdu/Hindi. I identify as a cisgender, straight Latina woman and a person of color with a soul for social justice and decolonizing mental health. I have a deep appreciation for native world views and Eastern spirituality, which will often find their way into my practice. I am also certified to teach yoga and facilitate the art of breathwork and meditation

Hi, I'm Jonni Allen, from Houston, Texas, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Advanced Mediator. I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Hi! I’m Jimmy Secoy, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work is grounded in the belief that people aren’t meant to go through life’s hardest moments alone. Therapy, to me, is a place where you get to slow down, breathe, and be fully heard — without judgment and without pressure to “have it all together.” Clients often describe me as accepting, approachable, and empathetic. I bring a calm presence to the room, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.

My name is Noe Rios and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I received my Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling with a focus on mental health, and have been practicing 9 years with combined experience in mental health and substance use problems. My therapeutic style is direct and pragmatic, a blend of CBT and solution-focused work – it emphasizes building insight into how life circumstances may be contributing to the way that you’re feeling, taking a practical approach to solving problems, and exploring alternate perspectives that may be more helpful. I believe faith can also play a significant role in healing and moving forward, but I leave this to the discretion of the client.

My name is Richard Spires, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual, couples, marriage, and family therapy. I help clients navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship concerns, grief, and adolescent issues. I use a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive space where we can work together toward meaningful change. I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2018 and have worked as a mental health professional for over six years. I strongly believe in the power of the therapeutic alliance—that counseling works best when it’s a true partnership. Having experienced therapy myself, I understand how important it is to feel heard and understood. I take time to get to know each client and approach every session with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care. Whenever you’re ready to talk, I’m ready to listen.

Part of what led me to become a therapist was my own experience of how difficult it can be to find meaningful, accessible support when you need it. Navigating my own mental health journey helped me recognize the importance of having someone who truly listens, understands, and shows up consistently. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that person for others, to help ensure people don’t feel alone or unsupported when they’re seeking help. Throughout my life, a wide range of personal and professional experiences have shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to genuinely connect with others. I worked in a community mental health agency, where I gained extensive experience across multiple areas of mental health. Although the work was demanding, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve individuals in various capacities and settings. That experience helped shape my clinical foundation and reinforced my commitment to this field. Along the way, I have learned to embrace my own neurodivergence and mental health experiences and use them as sources of insight, self-awareness, and strength. I am a mother of three children, and my experiences as a parent have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, advocacy, and emotional complexity. My oldest child is also neurodivergent and lives with complex congenital heart disease, which has required multiple heart surgeries. These experiences, along with navigating remarriage and a second journey through IVF, have given me a profound appreciation for uncertainty, grief, hope, and perseverance. They have also strengthened my capacity to sit with others through difficult, vulnerable, and emotionally layered experiences. I share this to give you a sense of who I am and how I approach therapy, and to reflect the values of presence, compassion, and authenticity that guide my work with clients.

“Pain insists upon being attended to. God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our consciences, but shouts in our pains. It is his megaphone to rouse a deaf world.” — C.S. Lewis. I believe we all have the ability to heal and transform our lives - and we all have a unique path to get us there. Let’s discover your deepest truths together so that your heart and mind may be renewed and you might live more abundantly. If you're willing to do some work, I will work hard to create a safe space for you, and we can collaborate on this journey together. I have Master's degrees in Counseling and Religious Studies, so I can incorporate spiritual guidance into counseling if you would like(completely optional). I also have training in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and worked previously as a hospital chaplain which was an incredible experience. However, I'm proud to say that I have formed wonderful relationships with clients of all bends, and even of no particular faith background. I have respect for all faiths and traditions as long as they are life-giving. "You shall know [Your] truth, and it shall set you free."

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist in the state of Texas. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing significant life changes, and symptoms trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I have significant experience working with those struggling with identity, self-esteem, and difficulty regulating emotions. I chose to become a therapist because I understand the feeling of having nowhere to go to feel accepted and understood. It can be so challenging to face life's struggles feeling entirely alone. It's hard to ask for help. It was for me too.
