Susan Lane, MS, LMFT, is a highly experienced Marriage and Family Therapist and Spiritual Life Coach with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and couples heal, rebuild, and create lasting emotional change. Her work is grounded in strong clinical training and supported by mind–body neuroscience approaches that extend beyond traditional talk therapy. THE TIME YOU SCHEDULE FOR YOUR INTAKE IS YOUR WEEKLY SESSION TIME. She specializes in trauma, recovery from narcissistic abuse, painful family dynamics, heartbreak , grief, and the emotional toll of breakups and toxic relational patterns. Clients often seek her out when experiencing long-standing emotional pain, confusion after difficult relationships, or stress during major life transitions. Many have tried therapy before and now want deeper, more effective work that identifies patterns efficiently and offers practical tools for change. For clients seeking short-term or situational support, she also offers solution-focused therapy. This approach supports those facing critical decisions, navigating challenging situations, or needing focused space to process emotions, gain clarity, and determine next steps without long-term commitment. For individual trauma-focused work, she integrates trauma-informed therapy with somatic processing, EMDR, breathwork, meditative practices, and spiritual insight. Clients remain in control of pace, with emphasis on safety, nervous-system regulation, and integration. This work supports emotional regulation, anxiety management, stress reduction, and release of long-held emotional blocks. Clients choose her for clarity, depth, and a direct yet compassionate approach focused on meaningful, fast lasting progress.

You've made an important decision to start therapy. I'm glad you're here. It has been said therapy with me is like talking to your "auntie". I will help you see yourself but in such a nurturing way you receive it, and it allows you to do your work. My gifting is in assessment and working with adults and couples. I have always worked in some form of mental health assessment in my career. Most recently I spent 5 years in Grady’s Psychiatric ER. Allowing me to quickly assess needs and develop a life plan with the client. Couple work is also a skilled area for me. Especially when communication has broken down evidenced by constant arguing. Therapy can break couples out of the destructive tit-for-tat cycle. Broken trust, infidelity and unforgiveness are also areas I specialize in. Women’s concerns and issues are important to me. I’ve done extensive work in healing their “father wound”. Tapping the spiritual relationship for healing. Topics include relationships, self development and growth. Another very successful service is my therapeutic walkthrough of popular books. Titles have included RC Blakes’ Queenology and Sophia Nelson’s The Woman Code. Currently, I am authoring The Majestic Woman Mindset, which comes from a woman’s empowerment curriculum I developed. TALK|THERAPY LIVE, is a podcast on my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmxgzmGXbnqKKizcNu32WuA of educational videos and live broadcasts addressing behavioral health and relationships. Sometimes with special guests. I have been a helper/healer my entire career and looking forward to this season working with those I can help the most. So whether it’s life just happening, grief, a relationship starting or ending, relationship issues and specifically if there are struggles with depression, anxiety, or a disorder, REACH OUT…Success in life is about making good decisions. Starting therapy is always a great decision!!

A few sentences that would capture some of myself would follow as such. Firstly, I would say that my approach comes from a perspective of embracing and affirming the struggles that one has, by ultimately claiming and using those struggles and difficulties within one's own life as a vantage point to help understand and navigate through life. I would say one challenge I find in not only my own life but within conversations with others and within sessions is to validate and confirm all of one's existence, especially those that are more difficult to affirm such as pain, suffering, hardships, mental health and physical health disorders. Secondly, I am by nature very curious and attentive when in the company of another within a therapeutic space and outside a session which has brought many perspectives within my life from existentialism, CBT, DBT therapy, and many other modalities. One ideal that I strive for within sessions is to ask questions in such a manner to allow the client's to explore and discover details and aspects of one's life that otherwise would be dormant and to allow for greater exploration of meaning and purpose. One quote that would describe my practice would be: "we live in a state of becoming, being is more immediate, simple and indeterminate, where becoming is open, more complex and dynamic."

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida. I'm experienced working with individuals, groups, couples and families. When working with an individual, couple or family I assess and addresses the entire family history, the sum of its parts, and not simply the individuals that comprise it. The distress or problem that originated may not solely be within an individual but a natural reaction to a family dynamic that creates the distress. By using Family Systems Theory I'm able to help the Client have a deeper awareness of their personal conflicts, how to resolve them, and live a more fulfilling life without addictions. I have a Bachelor’s from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. Im experienced working with Adolescents, LGBTQ+ Community, HIV/AIDS, Domestic Violence, Sex and Love Addiction, and 12 Step Recovery.

Years ago, I found myself facing challenges that felt overwhelming. Working with an exceptional therapist helped me heal, grow, and create a life that looked very different from the one I had been living. That experience was so transformative that I returned to graduate school in my 40s to pursue a new path—helping others create meaningful change in their own lives. Today, with more than 13 years of clinical experience, I help adults navigate trauma, relationship challenges, addiction recovery, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, affirming, and practical. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to take risks, and empowered enough to move toward the life you want. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Hello, I am Fabiola Desire. Thank you for choosing me and you are in great hands! The reason I choose to be in this is field is that my Haitian grandmother taught to me to see the good in people and show compassion to others. I am a product of Haitian immigrant parents and saw the lack of mental health services in the community. I want to be able to get you through your life challenges. I have provided a safe place you to share the most sensitive moments in your life. Therapy can be difficult as we discussed vulnerable and sensitive events they may have happened in your life. I understand how early relationships shape the way we see ourselves and others. As someone who was adopted at birth and grew up navigating change and complex family dynamics, I developed a deep respect for each person’s story and how attachment wounds are formed and healed. I genuinely want to see you live a happier, more fulfilling life and achieve the goals you've set for yourself. With over a decade of experience working with adults facing mental health and substance use challenges, I've seen firsthand how resilient people can be. I firmly believe that you're the expert of your own life. My role? To highlight your inherent strengths and help you build on them. My approach is all about focusing on what you're good at, rather than what you're struggling with. Together, we'll create a warm, supportive space where you can truly flourish and take control of your life. I'm currently open to new clients and accept a range of insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Health Care. I also offer self-pay options. Plus, I provide online therapy sessions for added convenience.
