Skills, strategy and sovereignty is required to experience the life you can't stop dreaming about. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor who specializes in career and mental health counseling and assessments. My virtual private practice focuses on three communities I'm confident in serving: 1. Veterans transitioning to civilian careers 2. Millennial women in corporate environments 3. Entrepreneurs building their vision out loud.
Expect to fully express yourself with a neutral and unbiased mental health and wellness expert.
Through secure virtual sessions, I partner with high-achieving clients and help them navigate the intersection of career ambition and mental wellness. We explore acceptance, solutions and strategies for mental health maintenance.
I help veterans translate military experience into career confidence while addressing the mental health challenges that come with this transition. My work with millennial women centers around leveraging workplace benefits and self-advocacy. I help entrepreneurs manage the mental load of being their own boss while developing sustainable strategies for growth.

In SFBT, I work with my clients collaboratively to create solutions rather than focusing on problems or exploring the root causes of issues. This approach is typically brief and focuses on practical, achievable goals.
In ACT, I utilize defusion, which involves helping clients distance themselves from their thoughts and emotions, allowing them to observe them more objectively rather than being overwhelmed or controlled by them.
With MBT, I walk my clients through a technique called The Body Scan, which is a mindfulness practice where clients focus their attention on different parts of their body, systematically moving from one area to another while noticing sensations, tensions, and emotions without judgment.
