We then get down to strategizing, setting goals you can reach. I help you track this progress so you can synergize off these successes. I help you develop a new language and uncover insights new insights into solutions that work for you.
I ustilize a holistic therapeutic approach, offering weekly sessions and sending you relevant skills to practice to enhance growth. In a warm and supportive space, you will find the support necessary to understand issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, trauma, gambling, and other challenges. I am dedicated to helping clients gain practical tools for living a more balanced and focused life.

For over two decades I have specialized in using CBT to to help clients feel more balanced and resilient in their daily lives. I have stream lined all the different aspects of the work into one simple approach which can be delivered in just six short sessions. I measure your symptoms via pre and post so you can track your progress firsthand.
Trauma Informed Care
I help clients understand how traumatic experience can shape their everyday reactions and responses. I teach people how to handle their anxiety that does not require them to revisit the trauma directly. This creates a safe place where healing can happen while your life happens. With over 10 years of working with soldiers deployed from the battlefield I understand how retraumatizing someone can do more harm then good.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I utilize a detailed form of cognitive therapy to help clients lean to manage more intense emotions through structured DBT.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I utilize EFT to help client explore their feelings and make sense of them to gain clarity. I help client build emotional intelligence by guiding them to express themselves more fully.
