Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who helps women feel like themselves again when life transitions, relationships, work, or major changes leave them feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from who they are.
I specialize in supporting women and people whose experiences are shaped by womanhood as they navigate life's transitions, changing relationships, career challenges, and shifts in identity. My practice is intended to be an affirming and supportive space for clients seeking care centered on these experiences.
Having navigated difficult seasons and life transitions of my own, I understand that healing and change are not simply things we learn about—they are experiences we live through. I have been in private practice for 7 years. I have been in the mental health field in varying capacities for over 20 years. I have a therapy dog named Jacoby, who clients seem to really enjoy having in session. I am working on creating a space to incorporate other animals such as goats, chickens, donkeys, horses, and a cow into sessions for clients who so choose to access this. I also am working to incorporate other aspects of agriculture such as working with dirt and planting/growing things for clients who feel they might benefit from grounding experiences. I have a sand tray that I also can incorporate in sessions. I support the LGBTQ+ community, and work to create safe spaces for all of my clients. I have taken some steps along a deconstruction journey in an effort to support individuals of the global majority and create a safe space for these individuals as well.
Most people don't need more advice. They need clarity.
I'm Josh, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience helping adults cut through the noise — the overthinking, the emotional cycles, the stuck feeling that tells you something has to change. My approach is direct and practical: we figure out what's actually going on, build a concrete plan, and get to work.
Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating a rough stretch, or just ready to operate differently, I'll give you real tools — not just a space to vent. If you're ready to move, so am I.

Hello there, I'm Elizabeth
How are you doing? How are you feeling today? Are you finding it difficult to navigate, manage and overcome daily and other life struggles?
I want to start by appreciating you for taking the first step in your healing journey by being here because seeking therapy can be terrifying. It is never too soon or too late to ask for help and constructively work towards your life goals. Over the years, I have worked with individuals struggling with stressful situations, depression, anxiety ADHD, trauma-related issues etc. Let’s work through these challenges together to identify the problem, explore new and alternative ways to make changes and start building healthier habits. To get you there, we will use different evidence-based approaches based on the identified needs and goals.
Each individual presents with unique experiences and challenges. My aim is to meet you where you are at and help you reach the next personal goal you have set whether it be self-discovery or coping with various challenges. I help by bringing humor and empathic listening to every session. I aim to understand your experience in your eyes and feel what you feel. I hope to help you see that others can help you through the challenges that you are facing.
My goal is to help bring a strong connection to the time you spend with me in therapy. The connection made in therapy can lead to strong bonds in your personal life and better decision-making. Through a person-centered and solution-focused approach, we will be able to help you process trauma or discover the person you aspire to be.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
Hello! I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, and other life challenges. My approach combines evidence-based methods with innovative coaching techniques, tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences. I offer individual, couples, and group counseling, and my goal is to support you in finding balance and healing in a way that feels right for you. Whether you’re looking for guidance, growth, or a fresh perspective, I’m here to help you move forward.
Hi, I'm Stephanie – your partner on a path to a brighter you.
If anxiety, depression, or life's twists have you in their grip, remember, you're not alone. I blend Person-Centered Therapy's wisdom with CBT and DBT tools, tailoring them to build your unique path to growth.
My passion is walking alongside others and creating a sanctuary where they can lay their inner world bare. This is the environment in which true healing and growth can take place.
Everyone deserves a journey of self-healing and self-discovery. In fact, allowing yourself to blossom is the avenue to experiencing self-love and meaningful connections with others.
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years, but started researching and seeking methods of healing since my early teens. I attended the University of California, San Diego, followed by Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, studying Clinical Psychology, Critical Gender Studies, and Transpersonal Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EFT Practitioner.
I have experience assisting individuals with a range of issues including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, addictions, end of life issues, and issues related to discrimination and marginalization. I am an experienced therapist, supervisor, and group facilitator in various settings. I have also instructed Graduate Level Psychology students, teaching courses on Transforming Addictions and Multicultural and Diversity Issues in Counseling.
I help men and women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves while trying to keep up with work, family, relationships, parenting, and everyday life. Many of my clients are high-stress professionals, first responders, caregivers, parents, or people who are used to being the one everyone counts on. They may be dealing with anxiety, grief after a loss, trauma, low self-esteem, childhood experiences that still affect them, or major life changes including perimenopause and menopause.
You may be the person everyone relies on, but inside you feel exhausted, irritable, stuck, or unsure of yourself. You might overthink, people-please, have trouble setting boundaries, or feel guilty when you try to put your own needs first.
In therapy, we focus on helping you understand what is keeping you stuck and what you can actually do differently. Together, we build self-worth, strengthen emotion regulation, create healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and work toward feeling more confident and in control of your life.
I partner with clients to uncover their strengths and increase their daily functioning. My education and experience have focused on supporting teens, college students, couples, and adults who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and motivation challenges. I take a strength-based and trauma-informed approach, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
When working with me, you can expect empathy, reflective listening, and evidence-based techniques such as Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you move toward your goals. I understand that attending therapy can be difficult—time, energy, and motivation can all be barriers. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, build insight, and experience healing.
I am an LGBTQIA+ and disability ally and welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities.

You’ve been holding a lot together—and it’s getting harder to keep it that way. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life or career transitions - but my focus often extends beyond a single hurdle. I also support complex mental health, including dissociative identity and schizophrenia. I'm especially mindful of stressors such as navigating the challenges of a loved one living with hoarding disorder, carrying loss connected to COVID, and layered intercultural or blended family dynamics.
Nastassja Hanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and founder of Lumen Counseling LLC. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School and provides virtual therapy throughout Pennsylvania. Nastassja works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, self-esteem and identity concerns, spiritual and religious issues, and life transitions. Her clinical background includes outpatient, college, substance use, and family-based mental health settings, providing experience working with individuals facing both complex and everyday challenges.
Nastassja’s approach is thoughtful, analytical, compassionate, and practical. She believes effective therapy goes beyond simply talking about what is difficult. Therapy should help clients understand the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical skills and new ways of responding. Treatment is individualized based on each client’s history, strengths, needs, and goals and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Positive Psychology, and attachment-based approaches.
By combining structured, evidence-based interventions with a flexible, collaborative, and client-centered approach, Nastassja seeks to address concerns with both compassion and precision. Her goal is not only to help clients experience symptom relief, but also to develop greater insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and make intentional, values-driven decisions that support meaningful and fulfilling lives. For clients who desire Christian counseling, Nastassja integrates a biblical Christian worldview with evidence-based psychological care.
Hi, I’m George. I’m not just a mental health therapist, but a health therapist. Mind and body are always connected, so I use an integrative approach to help people achieve wellness both mentally and physically. Are you depressed and also have chronic pain? Or feel overly anxious and have stomach issues? Or do you have PTSD and can’t sleep at night? These pairings are actually the norm rather than the exception. I’m here to treat all of you, the parts that everyone sees and the parts where you suffer alone.
My approach is judgment-free. As a fellow traveler, I know that no matter how much you are weighed down by pain, fear, or sadness, there is beauty inside you, so let’s treat your wounds and amplify your natural strengths to help you reach your goals.
I will listen to your story and validate your struggle. I will also challenge you when needed to clarify your thinking, improve daily habits, regulate your emotions, and mend strained relationships. I use whatever tools are needed to help you find peace, whether it’s traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, humor, storytelling, or getting outdoors in nature, together we will find works best for you.

At the heart of my practice is human connection. I want therapy to feel like a genuine conversation with someone who gets it—not like you’re sitting across from a clinical research paper.
I love to laugh with my clients, talk about the real stuff, and create a space where you never have to worry about being judged or saying the “wrong” thing. I’m a human being, too, and I believe that sharing parts of myself when it’s helpful can make therapy feel more comfortable, relatable, and real.
My hope is that you feel safe enough to be completely yourself with me. Maybe you’ll cry. Maybe we’ll laugh. Maybe you’ll have an “aha” moment, or maybe you’ll simply leave feeling like you finally got something off your chest.
I want therapy to be something you actually look forward to—not another obligation on your calendar. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little more understood, and a little more hopeful about yourself and your future.
Therapy is self-care, but it’s also connection. And sometimes, you just need a real person sitting across from you saying, “Yeah…that’s really hard. Let’s figure this out together.”

Hi, I'm Julia Kalp. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), providing therapy since 2012, and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2009. I have worked in the mental health and social services field since 2003. Before beginning outpatient practice, I worked in treatment facilities and provided in-home services to children, adolescents, and families. In my work today, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing mood challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, attention and impulse control concerns, attachment needs, and stress-related issues. I draw from evidence-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based care tailored to each person's needs.
My clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative—where we combine your insight and lived experience with my clinical tools to build meaningful change together.
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or wanting to strengthen relationships, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit your life. Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and connected than when you began.
I have been working with individuals, families, couples and groups for over 20 years as they navigate a wide variety of struggles and challenges. Together, we will work to set goals, identify obstacles and barriers to success, and strive to make positive changes that can enhance overall quality of life. Change can be difficult. As such, my aim is to provide a supportive and validating environment where positive transformation can occur.
I have worked with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, relationship issues/challenges, self-esteem issues, life transition and adjustment struggles, divorce, substance misuse, obsessive compulsive related behaviors and thoughts, anger, Bipolar Disorder, intimate partner violence, behavioral issues in children/teens, trauma and PTSD, sexual issues, suicidal and self-harming thought, and more. I also have experience working this those who are living with more complex challenges, such as personality disorders (Borderline, Narcissistic and Antisocial Personality Disorders), psychosis, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, those court mandated to treatment, individual working in high risk/stress professions (i.e. first responders, law enforcement, corrections, etc...), and other mental health difficulties.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.
Hi! I am Kim Allen. I am excited to meet with you! I have been working with individuals of all ages for over 15 years. I have always been passionate about helping others and would love to support you whether you are simply going through some tough times, needs some motivation in making a change in your life or are struggling with some more difficult challenges. I have worked with a variety of populations including victims of trauma; parents, adolescents and children struggling with mental health or other neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc). and individuals working to make lifestyle changes such as diet and nutritional changes. I have also worked with couples on improving their communication and relationship skills.
I am particularly passionate about helping others find ways to make changes using natural means including things such as meditation, dietary changes, nutritional supplementation and behavior modification.
Whether you are new to therapy or just seeking someone new to work with, I understand that taking the step to meet with someone new can be overwhelming. You have taken the first step toward making change. I hope you will let me help you take the next step!

My approach is to lead with compassion and curiosity. You'll sense my sincere care for my clients but you'll also learn that I won't shy away from tough subjects.

I realize that seeking help can be overwhelming and difficult; however the results can be life-changing, and I am here to guide and support you on your journey!
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 12 years of clinical experience and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. My work is grounded in existential therapy, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals as they navigate identity, meaning, grief, and life transitions. I believe deeply in the capacity for LGBTQ+ people not just to survive, but to thrive, and my passion lies in walking alongside clients as they explore what a more authentic and fulfilling life can look like for them.
My approach is thoughtful, reflective, and relational. Rather than positioning myself as an expert with answers, I join clients as a fellow traveler. I approach each encounter as curious, present, and attuned, creating space for exploration, understanding, and self-compassion.

Hi, welcome.
I am so proud of you for taking the first step into your healing journey. My name is Erica and I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults for over 15 years. I have a strong knowledge base of resources in the Philadelphia metro area.
I currently only have DAYTIME availability due to current clients having established evening sessions.
I became a mom during COVID, which was a big transition for me and quite the journey. This means I can provide insight, compassion and knowledge about parenting issues, fertility struggles, traumatic labor and delivery and pregnancy loss.
I started my career in case management working with children and families, connecting them to community resources, and therapies, then I grew into acute care, running children and adolescent group therapy, family therapy and individual and crisis counseling. Since most of my history is in acute care, I have a passion for working in crisis and trauma, working with all demographics. My extensive background in crisis and trauma allows me the compassion and space for those needing a little extra support, to check my email and text those clients throughout the day.
I have a strong passion for veterans, active duty/reserves, their families and all first responders. As a first responder wife, I empathize with the difficulties the schedule can be on you, your family and your mental health.
I have recently completed Rutgers Certificate Program in Trauma Response and Crisis Intervention, as well as Completed the Dare to Lead, program by Brene Brown. I am a volunteer coach for special Olympics, participate in advocacy work for survivors of military loss, on the Delaware county advisory council for veterans.
