I am Nashonne. Over the past, 16 years, I've been offering therapy services in the state of Pennsylvania. Through my experiences, I've built an eclectic style of counseling that involves providing a secure space for the client to allow themselves to be vulnerable, address their issues at their core and grow. Some of the spaces where I have worked include community mental health, private practice, homeless shelters and the Department of Corrections. In my time outside of the office, I like to travel with family and explore new foods and venues.

Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.” I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models: Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment. Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns). I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family. It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible. I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.

Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.

Hi! I'm Dana, a licensed therapist (LPC) in Philadelphia for adults who are tired of the way their past experiences keep impacting the way they show up in the present, who feel like their feelings are "too much", and who get stuck overthinking everything but are unable to make meaningful change stick. If you're struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues and/or low self esteem; I'm here to tell you that there isn't anything 'wrong' with you. You aren't broken, you have simply learned to cope in ways that are no longer serving you. You don't need to be labeled or pathologized, you need to be supported by someone who actually gets you. My full availability is not always listed on the Grow scheduling calendar. If you are interested in booking with me but don't see the date/time you were hoping for, please send me a message and I will see what I can do to accommodate you.

Hello. I'm James and I appreciate that you are considering me to be your therapist. The decision to begin therapy for the first time or with a new treatment professional requires strength, courage and commitment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, financial pressures, addiction or any other obstacle that prevents you from living the life that you want, finding the right therapist for you is an important part of getting yourself back to where you would like to be. I have experienced a variety of obstacles in my own life and personally understand how the therapeutic process can help change your life. This is my second career. While working in manufacturing at a pharmaceutical company, and being a full-time single-parent, I completed my education over a number of years and began working part-time in the field several years prior to my retirement from the pharmaceutical industry in 2012. I have worked with groups and individuals in a variety of settings. To me, this career is a calling for which my collective life experiences have prepared me. My Masters degrees are in Psychological Counseling, Addictions Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I appreciate the uniqueness of each individual and have worked with people from a number of different cultures, religions and lifestyle orientations. In my own life, I strive for continual personal growth and to nurture my mind body and spirit. Should you decide to work with me, I will help you to appreciate your strengths and to build on the courage and commitment that brought you to seek changes in your life. My goal is to always help you find ways to be happy in your life and to do it in ways that work for you. If you're willing to do the work, your life WILL get better.

I work with men who think deeply, care a lot, and feel worn down by demands of modern life. You may be managing stress that shows up across multiple areas—career, relationships, identity, spirituality. Part of you wants things to be different, while another part feels unsure. This isn't a problem, but a starting point. We move at a pace that respects where you are and recognizes that progress doesn’t have to be dramatic to be therapeutic. You're taking that first step toward a life that feels not only manageable, but meaningful.

Hello, I’m Colleen. Does it feel as if you are giving more energy than you have or that there are too many things and not enough mental energy to juggle all those tasks? Are you finding that your relationships are strained or that keeping up with friends and loved ones seems like an unsurmountable task? Do you find it difficult to give yourself grace and empathy? I am looking to work with young professionals and adults to help manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and the stressors that come with living in a chaotic world. Together, we can identify the issues that you are facing, discuss how best to manage these feelings and stressors and find a way to make your routine and relationships work with you instead of against you. I have weekend availability to help fit therapy into your busy schedule. I have worked in the hospital setting for seven years now and feel very comfortable talking with medical professionals about the particularly difficult strains that a career in medicine puts on individuals. Whether it is dealing with the mental load and stress of being a resident, the emotional labor done as a nurse, or the burnout that all individuals in this profession face, I am here to listen and provide non-judgmental feedback to help you manage such a demanding career. Anxiety, depression, and strained relationships can feel overwhelming and unsurmountable alone, but I’m here to help. In our sessions, I hope to provide a place where you feel safe, and somewhere we can work together to make a plan to make any stressors that you are dealing with manageable. I look forward to working with you.

Being your authentic self in this world can be hard, but it is possible. Often times we have systems weighing us down that get in the way of that process. I want to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and help you recognize your own strengths. My wish is for you to find support and become more empowered. Counseling is one way you can begin to work through these challenges and in a way is a first step in self-advocacy. It offers an outside perspective and a type of scaffolding as you build yourself up. Communication, stress management and dealing with the intensity of daily emotions can be overwhelming, especially when you realize that your brain is considered different from the “default.” As a counselor, I believe that when lived experience is combined with formal schooling the results can create a better connection. Let’s work together on goals that you find important, because you know yourself better than anyone else! If you are ready to schedule you can click on the book now button.

And, while settling into the same routine has gotten you this far, it’s stopped being sustainable and has started to feel like a strain. I work with professionals in recovery who are exhausted from carrying far more than anyone realizes. Most of my clients are dependable, high-functioning people who hold everything together on the outside while privately battling alcohol, substances, compulsive habits, or severe burnout. They’ve spent years performing competence while white-knuckling their way through daily life. Asking for help in a high-stakes professional world carries real fear: reputation risk, perfectionism, and deep-seated shame. In my practice, you will not be lectured, managed, or judged. We bypass the performative mask to look directly at the pressure, the strained relationships, and the isolation that comes from coping alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach is practical and collaborative. Whether you are navigating early sobriety, maintaining long-term recovery, or simply trying to stop running on high alert, our goal is clear: dismantle the shame, restore your autonomy, and build a stable, grounded life that actually feels like your own.

I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified dance/movement therapist. I strive to create an open and safe space for clients to be their authentic self and find it important to see a client's physical, emotional, and developmental world through their lens. We will work together to explore and express emotions, develop and expand communication skills and relationships, and find ways to continue overall growth within the therapeutic relationship. I focus on solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches, but employ additional options as needed, depending on each client's personal journey towards healing.

I have always felt a deep connection to Human Services since the day my siblings came to me for advice on whatever problems they had. That personal experience fueled my pursuit of a career in counseling and therapy. My credentials include a Master's in Human Services, licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, National Certified Counselor certification, a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, and Ph.D. candidate with an emphasis on relationship dynamics. For over 40 years, I have been blessed with opportunities to serve as a clinician across diverse settings, including Child Welfare, Criminal Justice, Education, the Corporate Sector, and Military Family Life (all branches). I pride myself in being an instrument that provides a genuine, safe space for clients to embrace who they are while welcoming change, operating with the core belief that “everything starts and ends with the individual". On a personal note, I have been married for the past 42 years, and I have 4 adult children with 3 grandchildren. **If my availability doesn't match the day or time you need, feel free to message me, and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

How much of your life is spent waiting to feel confident enough to live it? I’m Fred, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, and major life stress. My practice is direct, collaborative, and practical. I draw primarily from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches. A lot of people come to therapy believing they need more confidence, more clarity, or more certainty before they can move forward. Often, confidence is built differently: by learning to act, adapt, and make meaningful decisions even while doubt, anxiety, and difficult emotions are still present. Together, we’ll work on changing the patterns that keep you stuck and building the flexibility and confidence to move toward the life you want.

I have been in private practice for 7 years. I have been in the mental health field in varying capacities for over 20 years. I have a therapy dog named Jacoby, who clients seem to really enjoy having in session. I am working on creating a space to incorporate other animals such as goats, chickens, donkeys, horses, and a cow into sessions for clients who so choose to access this. I also am working to incorporate other aspects of agriculture such as working with dirt and planting/growing things for clients who feel they might benefit from grounding experiences. I have a sand tray that I also can incorporate in sessions. I support the LGBTQ+ community, and work to create safe spaces for all of my clients. I have taken some steps along a deconstruction journey in an effort to support individuals of the global majority and create a safe space for these individuals as well.

With over 13 years of experience as a dedicated social worker, I have served 6 years in nursing facilities and the past 7 years as a transplant social worker. Throughout my career, I have been committed to supporting individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. In nursing facilities, I provided compassionate care and advocacy for elderly residents, helping them navigate the challenges of aging, loss, and chronic medical conditions. As a transplant social worker, I have guided patients through the complex emotional and logistical journey of organ transplantation, offering critical support around grief, depression, anxiety, and the impact of chronic illness. My work has consistently focused on empowering clients, promoting emotional resilience, and improving their overall quality of life during difficult times.
