My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will navigate the challenges you are facing and create an improvement plan that will allow you to move forward with confidence. I value your dedication and commitment to this process that has proven invaluable to many who have garnered the strength to improve their lives. I aspire to work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed with what life has thrown at them. These challenges include increased anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, and embracing the confidence to move forward. My professional approach combines evidence-based interventions including CBT, and motivational interviewing, along with proven coaching strategies to effectively accomplish your goals.
I am an older male with many years of experience. I am familiar and proficient in utilizing psychodynamic therapy as well as more prevalent modalities such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness. I am also proficient in couples therapy. I have studied emotionally focused treatment and have also helped couples to improve their physical intimacy. In recent years I have studied mindfulness and integrate it into other modalities such as ACT.
I would describe my style as validating, supportive, and down to earth. Clients often share that they feel comfortable being their authentic selves with me, which is one of my highest priorities in the therapy space. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, creating a balance of humility and wisdom. While I don’t claim to know everything, I work hard to share what I’ve learned while remaining open and collaborative.
I view therapy as a relationship that parallels the important connections in your life. I will meet you where you are, get to know you on your terms, and walk alongside you as you move toward growth. My goal is to provide a safe environment where you feel respected, supported, and challenged to become the best version of yourself.
YOU DESERVE A SAFE SPACE TO PROCESS YOUR EXPERIENCES WITHOUT JUDGEMENT!
Greetings,
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I have served children, adolescents, adults, and families. My mission is to create and support platforms that decrease the stigma of mental health conditions. I am a proponent for the revolution of racial justice and a LGBTQ+ Ally.
As your therapist, my role is to create a safe, supportive space, where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement. Together, we will work toward understanding the challenges you are facing and developing tools that empower you to cope, heal, and grow. Therapy can help you gain new perspectives, improve relationships, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in your life. My goal is to walk alongside you in this process so you feel heard, supported, and capable of creating the life you want to live.
I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.
My name is Jaylee and I am a Licensed Professional Therapist. I have a variety of experience working with anxiety, depression, parents and children, as well as young adults. I utilize the most appropriate method of treatment to you during the session, with empathy and understanding. I like to look at the “whole person” and not just the presenting issue that brought you to consider making a positive change!
Hello, I'm a licensed professional counselor based in Pennsylvania. I have worked in the counseling field for many years. I work from a framework of solution focused therapy but utilize many strategies and therapeutic techniques. Overall I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance to make individuals feel comfortable in sharing the struggles that have brought them to therapy, and in realizing they deserve the assistance that will help them flourish and obtain the things in life they are striving for.
I specialize in working with first responders and individuals who have experienced trauma, understanding the complexities of high-stress professions and their impact on mental health. Using a trauma-informed framework, I integrate EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you process difficult experiences and build resilience. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and trauma-informed care to help you navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, and post-traumatic stress. My goal is to provide practical tools to build resilience and improve your well-being. I create a supportive space where you feel empowered to heal and grow.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2018. My experience in the behavioral health field began in 2010 with work in various settings: Group housing, therapeutic support within a preschool setting, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient counseling. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Seton Hall University. I am also trained in trauma-informed care. I seek to create a safe, calming environment for all of my clients.
As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, focusing on your specific needs to help you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood without judgment. I work with people navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, relationship struggles, grief, and the overwhelm of a disordered life. My clients are often ready to establish more balance but feel stuck, unsure of how to cope or manage themselves and their relationships. I’m here to help you build the tools to make that balance a reality.
I draw from a flexible mix of approaches, tailored to you. This includes evidence-based trauma methods—like trauma-focused therapy—alongside client-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing. Whether we’re addressing painful memories or finding practical ways to improve communication, I adjust my style to fit what you need most.
As a clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience, I can serve as your guide whether you are facing chronic painful feelings such as anxiety or depression, a major life transition, or a recent or past life altering trauma. Working with me, you will learn new perspectives and skills to build a firm foundation for mental health and wellbeing. I have broad experience in mental health and addictions. I believe psychotherapy is a great deal more than "just talking." I earned my BA in Asian Languages and Civilizations at Amherst College in Massachusetts and my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston University. I lived in Japan for about 10 years.

Hi There, Perrin here, If you are reading this short bio, I want to first congratulate you on the first step towards self discovery. I was born in The Bronx, NY which has inducted me naturally into a world that did not always make sense. I am mixed with African American and Native American heritage so this has allowed me to be both culturally sensitive as well as unbiased towards the human experience. I have a great appreciation for humanity which has led me to this field and assisting individuals in recognizing their innate abilities to push through tough challenges is my most treasured goal. My practice embodies the three core processes I have concluded to be effective during my 13 years of experience. These processes are; explore, grow, and maintain and through these processes, individuals will understand and explore where they have come from, growing through their experiences, and using the skills along the way in maintaining effective change.

Becoming more aware of how we perceive and interact with the world and those around us can be challenging but I am here to help find a way.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of diverse experience in mental health and addiction treatment, I bring both depth and dedication to my private practice. I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges related to addiction, trauma, intimate partner violence, grief and loss and low self-esteem. My approach is rooted in evidence-based and promising practices. I emphasize compassion and active listening to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered and supported.
In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, respectful process tailored to your unique needs and goals. My commitment is to help you build self-awareness and resilience, providing you with tools for meaningful, lasting change.
I strive to create a safe space where people can work on building upon identified strengths, challenge negative assumptions or beliefs, and develop a new mindset to confront daily life obstacles. It is my belief thoughts have a direct influence on how we perceive ourselves, how we interact with others, and how we function on a day-to-day basis. Sometimes we can feel helpless and bound to our thoughts; however, I believe that thoughts are like habits, and habits can be eventually modified to help us achieve our full potential.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I have a passion for working with adults who are 50 years of age and older, helping them navigate the unique physical, cognitive, mental, emotional, and social changes that are common to middle-aged and older adults. I recognized early in my social work practice that there are limited resources catered to these age groups, and I have strived to be a part of the growing movement to change that, particularly with improving access to mental health care. In addition to psychotherapy, I have experience working with older adults who reside within different levels of care in Life Plan communities / continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). I have also worked in hospice care, at a community organization assisting older adults who are experiencing symptoms of hoarding disorder, and have undergone training with the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA) to further develop a holistic approach to aging, dying, and death. Through my varied experiences and firm belief that all people should live and age well whenever possible, I hope to work with you to navigate any issues that are preventing you from living your best life!

Hello, my name is Christopher Patchet. My master's degree is in Social Work and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. I have over 13 years' experience working in the field of mental health. My goals, as a therapist, is helping you find your strengths and helping you feel empowered to overcome life’s obstacles. Through the process, I will provide a warm, safe, opening environment for us to work on building on the best ways to achieve your goals.
I work with adults who carry a lot—responsibility, expectations, and often unresolved trauma—while appearing strong and capable to everyone else. If you struggle with chronic anxiety, burnout, emotional numbness, or a constant sense of pressure, my work is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and heal at a deeper level.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, my approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in attachment-based and evidence-based care. I specialize in complex and developmental trauma, as well as high-functioning anxiety and burnout—particularly for clients who have spent years coping, over-functioning, or putting others first.
Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and deeply intentional. I focus on creating safety and trust first, because meaningful trauma work can only happen when your nervous system feels supported. From that foundation, we work to understand how past experiences continue to shape your anxiety, relationships, self-worth, and sense of safety in the present.
Clients often describe my style as warm and supportive, while also appropriately challenging. I will meet you with compassion and respect, and I will also help you notice patterns that keep you stuck so that real, lasting change is possible.
You’ve been holding it all together on the outside, but inside you feel exhausted. Maybe anxiety keeps you on edge. Maybe low self-esteem weighs you down, or past trauma still lingers in the background. You might feel stuck in self-doubt, stress, grief, or relationship struggles. If you’re tired of carrying it all alone, you don’t have to anymore. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I take pride in my ability to quickly build rapport with my clients. I work to guide my clients to get to the core of what is causing their distress. I will provide a "safe space" where my clients feel free to be themselves free of judgment. I will be my client's biggest advocate and will guide them to the answers within.
Is anxiety or depression keeping you from living the life you want? Are you struggling in your relationships? Would you like to communicate more effectively? Do you isolate or avoid situations because of low self-esteem or lack of self-confidence? Is a self-sabotaging behavior interfering with your well-being or relationships? You and I can work together to bring about change: you can overcome anxiety and depression. You can break out of the cycle of self-sabotaging or addictive behaviors. Life can be better and relationships more fulfilling. With support and guidance, you can build the life you want.
I have extensive experience in the fields of mental health and addictions, working with individuals seeking change and the loved ones who want to support them.
I’ve been providing direct therapy since 2008 and am currently licensed to practice in three states. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, grounded in the belief that each individual processes and learns differently—so therapy should reflect that. Whether short-term or long-term, I’m here to support you in gaining new insight, building confidence, and moving forward in your life and relationships.

Being a therapist has seemed like a natural progression for me. I have always been able to easily relate to others and meet them where they are. I have taken my own struggles and used them to help make myself stronger and be able to gain insight into how to help others who may be struggling. I think anyone can benefit through the self-exploration that comes with therapy. I find it rewarding to see the progress people are capable of and to help them see the progress themselves.

Hi! I am Lexi.
I have been working with high acuity trauma clients for three years, since switching from a career in school counseling. Working with clients who have experienced immense trauma is such meaningful work that I am so grateful to be a part of. My clinical passions are centered around helping individuals build their self-worth, challenge thinking traps, and manage mental health symptoms through coping mechanisms. The most rewarding circumstances for me are helping clients to reclaim their strengths and their story, while working towards fostering a healthy environment of love and acceptance for their selves.
While my experiences have been largely based on trauma throughout my career, I am open to all clients and enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and circumstances. :)
Sometimes you just can't.
You have been trying so hard for so long but you feel like a failure. You just don't adult like other people.
This can show up looking like Anxiety, Depression or even stuff like OCD or Social Anxiety symptoms.
Often this pain relates to trauma. It could be a history of very serious abuse with PTSD or just painful life experiences you assumed were not such a big deal.
This is where I can help. I love to use my skills to help people who are wrestling with emotional pain and daily life struggles. I want you to see yourself and the world in a new way. To stop experiencing days that feel like a dumpster fire. To feel hopeful about your life. To feel safe.To accept your imperfections and like yourself anyhow.
When we work together it probably won't be like other therapy you have tried.
We will work on your timeline. We will also focus on what matters. I am trained in therapies that address your thinking and your emotions. I use several forms of Cognitive therapy, EMDR, and Ericksonian (non-directive) Hypnosis.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University in 2003 and my Master of Science degree in Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work in 2006.
