Hello! I have always enjoyed helping others for as long as I can remember as early as age 9. I love to see their responses in the learning process. I have experienced trauma, witnessed violence, anxiety, have been in an unhealthy alcoholic relationship and have been a sensitive being my entire life not understanding why.
My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Over time, I was introduced to mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation (which I didn’t realized how much I needed) and Yoga. This allowed me to calm my mind and focus.
My career goal was Physical Education teaching and when I graduated (after have 4 children), teacher jobs were scarce. I was introduced to Behavioral Health and here I am now, 25 years later.

“Trauma-focused therapy is at the heart of my practice, and I offer a warm, supportive space for healing and growth.”
I’ve been a therapist for more than 38 years, and I bring a steady, compassionate approach to helping adults through a wide range of challenges. Over the past 16 years, I worked in two Veterans Outpatient Clinics, where I had the privilege of supporting both male and female veterans. My areas of focus include trauma, PTSD, childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse, relationship concerns, depression, and anxiety. My approach is to meet the client where they are and assist them in improving their lives.
I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. My community mental health experience has prepared me to support clients through a variety of challenges, including life transitions, depression, anxiety, anger management, and relationship or family conflict.
In my work, I value the role of humor in building rapport and creating a supportive therapeutic environment. I strive to remain open-minded and curious, approaching each person’s experience with a willingness to understand and learn. I also view constructive feedback as an important tool for growth and improvement, both personally and professionally.
My name is Toni Ann Fontana, LCSW, and I bring over a decade of social work experience, including four years as a clinical therapist. I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.
As your therapist, my role is to create a safe, supportive space, where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement. Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
I have been in the mental health profession for 10+ years. I have many years experience working with adults, children and adolescents with mental health issues. I continue educating myself on various interventions and techniques. I strive to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which individuals can express themselves. I believe that compassion, empathy and patience are needed with all. I have a genuine concern for my patients. I have experience with Individual, group, couples and family therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed School Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services across diverse settings. My work includes jails, residential and inpatient facilities, outpatient care, private practice, collaborative care programs, and substance use treatment and rehab facilities. I also hold a certification through the International Problem Gambling and Gaming Certification Organization (IPGCC), allowing me to support individuals struggling with gambling, gaming, or substance-related concerns. I am dedicated to providing client-centered care that empowers individuals to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
I have over a decade of experience working with people as they navigate life transitions. I understand struggling and feeling overwhelmed, and believe that adding support and guidance can help alleviate life's stressors.
I've worked multiple years as a therapist in a community mental health center, a partial hospitalization program, and a nursing home. I try to understand where you are starting and where you are trying to go. I believe that there is value in humor, storytelling, and understanding different perspectives.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. In my practice, I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can feel completely safe, seen, and understood. Rooted in a Person-Centered philosophy, I believe you are the ultimate expert on your own life. Together, we work as equal partners—shifting the focus from 'what is wrong with you' to honoring how you’ve survived what you've been through. By blending this deep empathy with practical, humanistic DBT skills, we won't just talk about change; we will actively collaborate to build the real-world tools—like mindfulness and emotion regulation—that help you reclaim your power and create a life that feels truly worth living.

Hello and welcome!
My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed LPC with over twenty years of experience working in clinical, school, and home settings. I recognize the increasing complexity of modern life. With each year, we accumulate more experiences, both positive, and negative, that we are expected to process while "keeping it all together". I have a Master's Degree in Education from West Chester University, which I enthusiastically use to help my clients learn to thrive in our challenging world. I view every client relationship as a unique opportunity to serve as a positive and impactful influence that inspires lasting and meaningful change. As a parent, daughter, caregiver, sibling and partner, I understand the pressure and expections of modern relationships and the flexibility needed to manage daily struggles while remaining motivated, focused and stable. Similar to many of the clients I work with- I recognize that even the good days are exhausting and demanding. My ideal client is a person that is ready to choose to show up for themselves and engage in the process of self-transformation to create the outcomes they desire. You deserve to become the best version of yourself. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you on this journey.
Hello, I am Kathleen.
Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward?
Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful.
Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others.
In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.

I worked primarily with children ages 2–16, much of that time in elementary school settings. My work focused on supporting children on the autism spectrum, as well as those with ADHD and mood disorders, while collaborating closely with families and teachers.
I also have experience as an in‑house school therapist, again working with elementary‑aged students. Although my background is rooted in child and family work, I have also supported adults through IBHS and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I’ve spent meaningful time counseling families and partnering with educators, giving me a well‑rounded understanding of the challenges they face.

Asking for help is hard. When life gets to be overwhelming, talking about the issues can help organize your thoughts. The therapeutic relationship is the most important tool we'll use! We'll work on building trust, a sense of safety, and open communication to identify how we can improve on your already existing coping skills, supports, and knowledge. I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet your needs. I believe that being kind and compassionate with yourself is the first step to healing and creating change.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them - whether that's anxiety, relationship struggles, substance use, or a lingering sense they've lost connection with who they truly are.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, substance use concerns, life transitions, and questions of identity.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing substance use disorders, co-dependency, co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, stress, relational patterns, shame, people-pleasing, identity exploration and rebuilding a healthy relationship with self, and religious or spiritual trauma. Many of my clients are working to untangle harmful patterns, rebuild trust with themselves, and create healthier relationships.
I have particular interest in supporting individuals unpacking harmful religious experiences or high-control faith environments. Many clients I work with are navigating questions of identity, autonomy, and personal values after feeling pressure to conform to rigid belief systems. Many of the clients I work with are learning to trust their own voice again after years of feeling pressure to meet others' expectations. I understand how deeply faith, identity, family, and community can be intertwined, and I approach this work with care and respect for each person's unique journey.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe therapy is not a "one-size-fits all" experience, and I tailor the process to each client's needs, values and goals.
Seeking greater serenity in your life takes courage. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or silenced along the way. You deserve support as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.

Hello, and welcome to my profile here at Grow!
I have been a professional counselor for over 20 years; I truly love what I do and all the clients I have worked with over the years.
I look forward to continuing to help my clients in anyway I can, whenever I can, and wherever I can.
Could you be my next client on the Grow Platform?
Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning.
Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.
You already know something is not working. Maybe it shows up in your relationships, your stress, or patterns you cannot seem to shake. I help you name it plainly and work on changing it. With a background spanning children, teens, and adults across individual, group, and family settings, I bring a direct, honest approach I call caring confrontation: pointing to what is not serving you, then working with you on what comes next. We all have these things to look at. I am no exception. If that sounds like what you need, I would love to connect.

I am a Christian man, a family man, and I enjoy getting to know others, hearing their stories, coming alongside in their journey, and helping for a time. Primarily, I have seen this happen when people are open to seeing things from a different perspective and experiencing healing in their relationships. When we work together, I want you to start walking through life with better vision, better purpose, and better people, although it might be the same people but you are seeing them and treating them in a whole new way. And don't forget about seeing and treating yourself in new ways too. You are worth it!
