Hello. I have been in human services for 27 years and conducting outpatient therapy for 22 years. I have worked with people in many situations, but most of my experience has been with children and families - mainly preteens and teens. I have a laid back and practical approach to empower clients through maintaining motivation for change and gain self worth.
As a therapist, the most important aspect of therapy is working together to create goals for therapy and create a path for meaningful change. Change is an element that is uncomfortable to most people, but by working together, we can establish lasting change through the use of each individuals strengths and by providing support. My approach is practical, I work from a cognitive perspective using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, exposure response prevention, and positive psychology.

Hi. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist in Pennsylvania. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and I've been practicing for 24 years. I enjoy working with both males and females from 18-64. I help clients improve their coping strategies, retrain the way they think about things, and give them the confidence they need to tackle their challenges they deal with in their daily lives.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and clinically grounded environment for individuals and families navigating life’s most difficult challenges. Since earning my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2004, I have spent over 15 years helping people move from places of uncertainty and pain toward clarity, resilience, and confidence. I have experience working inpatient and outpatient settings.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same.
If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else.
I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.

Hi, I’m Grace Rummel, LCSW and I own Little Steps Counseling, LLC. I have over five years of experience in counseling, including the past three years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering.
My approach to therapy is compassionate and individualized. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected, while also helping them build practical skills to navigate stress, emotions, relationships, and personal growth. I have extensive experience working with younger populations, but I also value the unique perspectives and needs that adults bring into the therapeutic process.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or looking to better understand yourself, I aim to meet you where you are and work alongside you toward meaningful change.
Welcome! My name is Amy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families. Using a person centered, humanistic approach, my goal is to create a warm and nurturing environment to support my clients in identifying and working through barriers to a fulfilling and joyful life.
Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together.
As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy.
At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania, with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Edinboro University (2017). Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life’s challenges—first in social services and, for the past three years, in private practice.
My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and solution-focused. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I'm here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward the life you want.

My name is Beth Ann Bunting, and I am a LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania, with over 30 years of experiencing supporting individuals and families. I've helped clients navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, amputations and traumatic brain injuries. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, heard, and supported, so I strive to create a calm, encouraging environment where growth can change can take place.
My goal as a therapist is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths and potential. Whether you're looking for understanding, coping skills, or a path toward deeper healing, I'm here to help guide that process with compassion and care.
I found my career as a therapist as a secondary one which has provided exposure to multiple therapeutic settings. My start in community mental health gifted me with a well-rounded, diverse level of training and exposure to the human experience. More importantly, my background reinforced the importance and power of the therapeutic relationship. I am curious, empathetic, affirming, and compassionate. My sense of humor often finds its way into our sessions (as do my dogs, if you're so inclined!). Together, we will map your treatment, so that you are clear as to what to expect, regardless of the intervention. We start at the place you are ready, reinforcing the strengths and resiliency that you already exhibit. Together, we build from there to address what you came in for.. Therapy is hard work, but it is also profoundly full, rewarding and empowering. It's important for me to honor both the challenges and rewards.

You may be here because life feels overwhelming or you’re tired of carrying things on your own. As a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self‑doubt, and other stressors that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to your story, goals, and pace. I use evidence‑based practices alongside compassion and curiosity to help clients build practical tools, feel more grounded and confident, and move toward healing. I also bring experience as a former law‑enforcement victim advocate, with special insight into supporting survivors of crime, including domestic violence.
As a licensed professional counselor, I believe that healing begins with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience working with children and adults. I have primarily worked within school systems as an on-site therapist; as well as in my own private practice. I work with people who have a variety of concerns, including: trauma, attachment, grief and loss, divorce, school problems, anxiety and depression, life-phase transitions, and family conflicts. I value an eclectic and prescriptive therapeutic model, and am skilled at shifting gears when the need arises.
My specialty is working with children 2 to 12. As a registered play therapist/supervisor, I understand the language that children routinely use to communicate: play. Through play therapy, children can explore new roles, act out challenging situations, and re-work beliefs about themselves and others. In parent-child play therapy (with younger children), we work together to build secure and safe connections, practice new ways of communicating, and foster JOY in your interactions.
In addition to play therapy, I have trained extensively in EMDR (for children and adults), Jungian sandtray, the Oaklander Model of Gestalt Play therapy, Mindfulness, and Theraplay. Every one of these modalities is meant to foster relationships built on safety, warmth, security, and trust.
My work with adult clients can be described as "going deep." I especially enjoy working with adult women going through life transitions (career, family, spiritual). In addition, I am interested in working with other therapists who experience clinical burnout.
In my life outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, crocheting, reading, yoga, walking, petting my cats, and spending time in nature.

Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over seven years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves.
Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.

Your unique identities, relationship dynamics, and lived experiences matter, and I am here to support you with openness and understanding.
Taking the time to start therapy and acknowledge our own personal struggles is the first, and often times, most difficult step in the healing process. I believe that therapy can offer the space for one to process relationships, career changes, grief, and life transitions in depth with safety and clarity. As a therapist, I aim to offer insight in helping clients identify their own values and assist them in aligning said values with their life choices to connect one's sense of self. I also help clients explore how their experiences may have impacted them and offering ways one can use that understanding for self healing and growth.

Becoming more aware of how we perceive and interact with the world and those around us can be challenging but I am here to help find a way.
I am passionate about providing a compassionate and nonjudgemental experience; I want to meet you where you are and provide a framework we can work towards in effort to bring about lasting change. Whether you feel overwhelmed by life's challenges or want to get into a healthier frame of mind, I'm here to help.
