If you’ve ever felt like the weird friend or been met with stunned silence after dropping some blunt commentary and cynical humor—welcome home. You’ve officially found your place.
You may be starting to figure out that adulthood is rarely the clean, linear journey we were promised. When dating, relationships, career, marriage, or kids, don't go according to plan, it can leave you feeling at times lost and uncertain about your future (especially when it feels like everyone around you has it all figured out). Whether you are navigating the identity shifts of your twenties, the burnout of your thirties and forties, or redefining your purpose later in life, your complexity is welcome here.
My style combines deep clinical expertise with real-talk human connection. I bridge the gap between structured trauma healing and deep-dive self-discovery by integrating EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and Jungian shadow work to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface. I also specialize in psychedelic and ketamine-assisted therapies for women ready to break through stubborn patterns. I leave the sterile, blank-stare vibe at the door: my approach is direct, exceptionally warm, and grounded in wit. Bring your unfiltered thoughts and most chaotic weeks into this room—we will face them head-on, with equal parts science and soul.

I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer.
Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

I specialize in working with unresolved trauma, complex PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My approach is compassionate and straightforward. Hello. My name is John Petkac and I have been providing psychotherapy services for over 29 years. In addition to clinical psychology, I have background and education in music education, philosophy, spirituality and religion. My background and life experience gives me an ability to see a larger picture of situations in life and offer unique resolutions to things that may be occuring.
I am a strong believer in the individual's ability to address and resolve their own issues. Through the process of therapy, we will explore what has been working for you and what has not. It is my belief and practice to treat the person, not the symptoms or the problem. We will work on building and adding to the skills you already possess to help you to build a more fulfilling life.
An integral part of this process is assisting you in an increased understanding and awareness of yourself. Personal growth involves seeing and making informed choices. Therein lies the importance of self-awareness - there is no choice where there is no awareness. Raising a level of self-awareness increases your ability to have and make choices.
Through exploration of these factors and possibly more, we will work toward a resolution that works for you and one that allows you to live a fuller and happier life.
You are here because something is just not working in your life as it sits right now. You are feeling overwhelmed, stuck and hopeless. You think if you just keep pushing, keep striving, keep working on it, it will get better, but you are still struggling to stay afloat. I am here to help. Here you can breathe, you can pinpoint and work through the trouble spots, and you can learn new tools to handle these overwhelming emotions that keep nagging at you in your day to day. Here, you can find guidance to get back on your feet and moving in the right direction. Whether it is a new life event, anxiety or depression symptoms overwhelming you, things from your past resurfacing, or another difficult conversation that drew you to therapy, welcome.

Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together.
As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy.
At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.
Hello! I’m Sheena Thomas, a licensed mental health clinician with over 15 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field. So, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.

I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar.
I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world.
It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace.
Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity.
I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.

Hi there, I'm Sophia!
I understand that reaching out for support isn't always easy. Life can be complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes downright unpredictable. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, struggling with relationships, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
I believe therapy should be a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back.
Together, we'll work to identify patterns, build on your strengths, gain new perspectives, and develop realistic strategies to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I believe meaningful change comes from a combination of self-awareness, personal growth, and having the right tools to move forward.
As a therapist, I bring both professional experience and a genuine appreciation for the complexities of being human. I believe in meeting you where you are while gently challenging you to move toward where you want to be.
Whether you're looking for support through a difficult time or ready to make lasting changes, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and more confident in creating a life that feels fulfilling and authentic to you.
Hi, I'm Coreen!
Are you struggling to manage stress? Are your relationships suffering? Do you feel disconnected from yourself?
I will help you explore your core identity and values as you work toward building the life you want. Together we will determine what is and is not working for you - mind, body, and spirit. We will also work on building new skills along the way.
I practice with a humanistic, relational lens, working to build trust in an empathetic, nonjudgmental environment and support you in setting individualized goals to meet your needs. I believe in the importance of self-compassion in fueling personal growth and will work hard to assist you in embodying your true self.
I am a licensed therapist with 8 years experience supporting individuals with navigating the day-to-day and life transitions in the midst of experiencing anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I utilize talk therapy and operate from a person-centered approach to help form a trusting relationship where you feel safe and comfortable opening up. I like to consider my approach to therapy eclectic. Each person has different needs and what works for one does not work for all. I like to be creative with each of my clients and find the treatment modality that will work best for them and their situation. I personally have struggled with my own anxiety and panic attacks since I was a child. This is what led me to want to be a therapist to help others.
Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have been a therapist for twenty years and in the Human Services Field for 30 plus years. I also have a Masters in Counseling and two undergraduate degrees in Social Work and Special Education.
Welcome!
Pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee, and make yourself comfortable. Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself, and my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I help adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, substance use, process addictions, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected transitions. I also specialize in working with healthcare professionals, first responders, veterans, active-duty military, and military families, recognizing the unique stressors these roles often carry.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy isn't about "fixing" you it's about helping you understand your story, recognize your strengths, and build the confidence and skills to move forward. Every treatment plan is personalized using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (EMDRIA Certified), CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, to meet your individual needs and goals.
Whether you're healing from trauma, working toward recovery, navigating burnout, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone. Together, we'll create a path toward greater resilience, healthier relationships, renewed purpose, and a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
I'm honored to be part of your journey, and I look forward to meeting you.
