Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at NYU with a multi-state virtual practice. I take a deeply individualized approach to addressing the problems that you want to change, so we can figure out together the best way forward. Most of my training is based on the Cognitive Behavioral Model in which I will help you try out dozens of different therapy tools to find out the perfect combination that works for you. I am also a firm believer that our mind does not exist independently of our body, and caring for our body is a foundation for good mental health.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist/sex therapist in Pennsylvania with over 12 years of professional work experience. I have specialized experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relational/sexual issues, intimacy, family conflicts, & LGBTQ+.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace.
Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity.
I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.

Welcome! Many of us seek therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or guidance from professionals at different junctures in our lives. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 25 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families create healthier relationships, manage anxiety, and build emotional resilience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Ecosystemic Family Structural Therapy (EFST) to help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but meaningful change is possible. I look forward to supporting you and your family on that journey.
I am a licensed therapist with 8 years experience supporting individuals with navigating the day-to-day and life transitions in the midst of experiencing anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I utilize talk therapy and operate from a person-centered approach to help form a trusting relationship where you feel safe and comfortable opening up. I like to consider my approach to therapy eclectic. Each person has different needs and what works for one does not work for all. I like to be creative with each of my clients and find the treatment modality that will work best for them and their situation. I personally have struggled with my own anxiety and panic attacks since I was a child. This is what led me to want to be a therapist to help others.

Hi there,
I’m Elizabeth, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 9 years of experience working with teens and adults. I’m passionate about helping people navigate challenges, break through patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and create meaningful change. Through our work together, we will explore the thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Rather than trying to push away or change difficult thoughts and feelings, we will work together to help you develop a different relationship with them, so they feel more manageable and less able to hold you back from living a life that feels meaningful to you.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same.
If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else.
I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.
Hello!
My name is Kelly Brock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and also in Iowa.
Maybe you are just feeling stuck, and don't know why? Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort?
I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from California University of PA in 2010 and have been practicing for 14 years. I help women struggling through infertility, loss, reproductive trauma, grief, and anxiety. That’s where therapy with me comes in. My experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of therapy. I have worked with a diverse population of individuals and have experience in treating an array of diagnoses, including PTSD, Loss/Miscarriage and Postpartum Issues, Depression, OCD, Life Transitions, and Anxiety. I work with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective to assist clients in learning the skills necessary to cope with depression, anxiety, relationship issues/family concerns, sexual trauma, unresolved emotional issues, grief and loss, self-esteem/self-empowerment issues, and more. Hi!
Since 1991, I have worked with individuals across outpatient and inpatient settings, in homes and schools, and now through telehealth. I have assisted people with a variety of challenges--whether related to depression, anxiety and stress, panic, obsessions and compulsions, trauma. behavioral control, self-esteem, substance use, life transition, and other issues.
I believe in "possibilities thinking", goal setting, active strategizing, and frequent accounting of progress. As a long-term therapist, therapist and program supervisor, and college psychology professor, I am well acquainted with many therapeutic approaches; however, I am somewhat partial to cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation and mindfulness, and solution-focused treatment. I am also formally EMDR-trained, which can be a very helpful tool for trauma.
There are many therapy options and providers--whomever you select, I wish you the best. Remember--it’s your life, your journey … make the most of it!
Sincerely,
Rick

Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning.
Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.

I am a psychotherapist who works with a diverse population of people. My goal is to collaborate with individuals to assist them in achieving their therapy goal(S). My treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and Ericksonian hypnotherapy approaches. Although I used these modalities, I do not use a one size fits all approach. I am a think-out-of-the-box clinician that will often challenge clients to try approaches that may be out of their comfort zone. Some examples of my experience include working with individual clients on developing skills in coping with mental health conditions/diagnosis, life stress, finding balance, and improving self-esteem. Although I use these approaches, my clients tell me it feels like we are having a conversation as opposed to feeling like they are in a therapy session. I have a specialization in working with Veterans, LGBTQI, men, and people of color populations. However, I work with all people who are seeking mental health services. I am licensed in DC (LICSW), VA (LCSW), MD (LCSW-C), and PA (LCSW). I have BS in Human Ecology, BA in Humanities from The Ohio State University, MSW from San Jose State University and Post Masters fellowship in mental health from Stanford University.

Some clients come to me needing a safe, supportive space to process anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions. Others are ready to clarify goals, strengthen confidence, and move toward meaningful change. Many want both. Together, we tailor our work to meet you exactly where you are.
While I work with individuals and couples of varying ages and backgrounds, I have a lot of experience working with teen girls (15+) and young adults, I am trained multiple trauma-informed therapies, such as TF-CBT and Compassionate Inquiry. IFS and Cognitive Therapy.
Me - Dr. Amy Rhoades, PhD, MSW, LCSW, BSN, RN - I live a life of service to others.
My ideal client? It's you! Whether you are 18 or 88, I want to work with you. Have childhood trauma? That is one of my specialties. People say you are hard to work with? I got you. As a registered nurse, I can also help you with any medical conditions/diagnoses you or a loved one may have that is causing strife in your life.
Whatever you are experiencing, right here, right now, I will walk beside you in it.
I am an experienced provider who thinks outside of the box and have a bit of an eclectic style. I am well versed in many treatment modalities and will work with you on finding what best fits your needs in this moment.

I grew up in Eastern Europe and moved to the USA as an adult. I speak Russian, Ukrainian, and English languages. I had to learn a whole new way of living, face my fears, and overcome many barriers and understand how important communication is in moving forward in life in the direction we want to go. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with many different people. I've counseled older adults, LGBTQ+, immigrants and refugees from all over the world. I believe in creating a warm and welcoming space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings, and I am here to help you feel understood and valued.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from Edinboro University - now PennWest - in 2007, and I recently became certified in EMDR and member of EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) International Association. I am also certified in treating Insomnia with Cognitive-behavioral Therapy for Insomnia - CBT-I.
Tired of reading bios? I would be too, so I'll keep it short:
I graduated from UPenn 10+ years ago with a Master's in Social Work. I have experience working in almost every setting you could imagine.
I specialize in making people feel comfortable, safe, and validated. I specialize in treating my clients like they matter, are important & are worthy, no matter what they look like, sound like, or "seem" like. I'm also an expert in being a real human being and not a robot with automated responses who will "mhmm" you to death.
My "approach" is understanding that I can't expect you to expose the deepest, darkest, most vulnerable parts of yourself to me if I remain a complete stranger to you. In our sessions, I want you to feel like you're with one of your best friends who you can trust, laugh and ugly-cry with.
My only goal is to make you feel like you're not alone. Like you have someone in your corner who will fight for you, laugh with you, curse with you, and ugly-cry with you (I'm totally kidding, kinda, that part's negotiable).
