Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. I have been practicing for about 5 years now, but have worked in the mental health field for 8 years. I will support you in developing skills and different ways of thinking that you can use to navigate through daily life challenges and experiences you may encounter.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in community settings, transitional housing programs, and family court. With a background in the creative arts and a passion for problem-solving, I became a therapist to help others build meaningful lives—just as I sought to do for myself. I integrate clinical expertise with creativity to support clients in developing personalized coping strategies and designing the life they want to live.
I'm Ben Northrup, a licensed professional counselor with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals with borderline personality disorder, psychosis treatment, helping family members of individuals with symptoms of psychosis, and support for anxiety and depression.
I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lock Haven University and have worked in group homes, partial hospitalization programs, women’s centers, and community-based mental health clinics. These experiences have shaped my client-centered, practical, and empathetic approach to therapy.
I tend to keep therapy pretty conversational and relaxed. I don't think therapy should feel like something you have to dread each week. Sometimes we'll have a serious emotional conversation, sometimes we'll problem solve, sometimes we'll laugh, and sometimes you might just need a place to let everything out. My goal is to make therapy a place where you can be yourself while we figure out the best way to help you reach your goals.
Hi, I'm Daniel. I’m a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience. In the past I've worked with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, community case management, and outpatient clinics in and around Boston and Philadelphia. Currently, I work virtually with adult clients in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Delaware.
Finding a therapist can be daunting – an investment in time, money, and emotional energy. If you or a loved one is searching for someone to work with, please feel free to schedule an appointment. I’ll be glad to provide more information or answer any questions or concerns about the process.
Hi there! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. I specialize in helping clients develop practical coping strategies, improve communication skills, and enhance self-care routines. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help you develop practical coping skills, improve communication, and strengthen self-care. I aim to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.
I believe in fostering independence and resilience, equipping you with tools and insights to handle life’s challenges with confidence. Hi, I'm Julia Kalp. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), providing therapy since 2012, and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2009. I have worked in the mental health and social services field since 2003. Over the past 22 years, I've worked with clients ranging from preschoolers to older adults, helping people across all stages of life find balance, strength, and emotional clarity.
Before beginning outpatient practice, I worked in treatment facilities and provided in-home services to children, adolescents, and families. Those early experiences showed me how deeply our relationships, environments, and early experiences shape who we are—and how much healing becomes possible when people feel safe, understood, and supported.
In my work today, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing mood challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, attention and impulse control concerns, attachment needs, and stress-related issues. I draw from evidence-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based care tailored to each person's needs.
My clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative—where we combine your insight and lived experience with my clinical tools to build meaningful change together.
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or wanting to strengthen relationships, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit your life. Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and connected than when you began.
Hi, I'm Stephanie – your partner on a path to a brighter you.
If anxiety, depression, or life's twists have you in their grip, remember, you're not alone. I blend Person-Centered Therapy's wisdom with CBT and DBT tools, tailoring them to build your unique path to growth.
My passion is walking alongside others and creating a sanctuary where they can lay their inner world bare. This is the environment in which true healing and growth can take place.
I am KayLee Taylor LCSW. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2017. I completed most of my licensing hours in Utah, then moved to Pennsylvania where I completed my LCSW in 06/2019. I also have a background in criminal justice and healthcare. I love the outdoors and animals, and hope to one day be able to use both in therapy again. I approach therapy with; compassion, bluntness, and humor.
My name is Amy Cornell and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania and a National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. I work with adult clients via telehealth in the state of Pennsylvania, specializing in depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues, while utilizing a complementary approach to therapy comprised of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and Solution-Focused Therapy concepts.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and based on client needs. I utilize a clinical orientation that integrates concepts and techniques emphasizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to identify treatment priorities, personal strengths, natural supports, and create a path forward towards healing that works for each client.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from Marywood University. I have 20 years experience as a clinical psych specialist helping adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, or are navigating difficult life changes. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate and safe space where one can feel empowered to move forward with confidence.
Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational, trauma-informed approach to healing. My work integrates evidence-based practices—including CBT and mindfulness-based strategies—with thoughtful insight to help clients move out of survival mode and into greater self-trust and stability.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Our sessions are a space to slow down, untangle patterns, and build tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship challenges, we’ll work collaboratively to understand what’s shaped your story and develop new ways of responding with clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and direct. I bring compassion and humor into the room while also offering honest feedback and actionable strategies. You can expect to feel supported — and gently challenged — in ways that foster growth.
My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself and empowered to build a life aligned with your values, not your past pain.
Everyone deserves a journey of self-healing and self-discovery. In fact, allowing yourself to blossom is the avenue to experiencing self-love and meaningful connections with others.
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years, but started researching and seeking methods of healing since my early teens. I attended the University of California, San Diego, followed by Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, studying Clinical Psychology, Critical Gender Studies, and Transpersonal Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EFT Practitioner.
I have experience assisting individuals with a range of issues including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, addictions, end of life issues, and issues related to discrimination and marginalization. I am an experienced therapist, supervisor, and group facilitator in various settings. I have also instructed Graduate Level Psychology students, teaching courses on Transforming Addictions and Multicultural and Diversity Issues in Counseling.
Hi! I am Kim Allen. I am excited to meet with you! I have been working with individuals of all ages for over 15 years. I have always been passionate about helping others and would love to support you whether you are simply going through some tough times, needs some motivation in making a change in your life or are struggling with some more difficult challenges. I have worked with a variety of populations including victims of trauma; parents, adolescents and children struggling with mental health or other neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc). and individuals working to make lifestyle changes such as diet and nutritional changes. I have also worked with couples on improving their communication and relationship skills.
I am particularly passionate about helping others find ways to make changes using natural means including things such as meditation, dietary changes, nutritional supplementation and behavior modification.
Whether you are new to therapy or just seeking someone new to work with, I understand that taking the step to meet with someone new can be overwhelming. You have taken the first step toward making change. I hope you will let me help you take the next step!

My goal is to support you in your journey toward healing and self-discovery, offering a safe and nurturing space where you can process your experiences and gain new insights.

I am an active empathetic listener and I consider that a priority in building a therapeutic partnership. You know you best! I will not assume and will ask questions to help the process move forward in a manner that promotes your individual growth toward your goals. I like to use real-life examples in discussion and I often employ humor in this and will get to know specifics that will personalize these examples. I am well-trained and experienced in many evidence-based treatments and together we can explore and plan how to proceed and progress in these for you.
Reaching out to engage in therapy can be scary. Please know I understand this and will provide a reassuring, supportive setting to focus on you and on what you are looking to get out of the therapy experience. It is a partnership focused on you, for you and in support of your growth and life balance progress. We can discuss and plan how to best work together toward your goals.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Philadelphia. Are you feeling stuck in repetitive patterns? Struggling to find your footing despite efforts to move forward? Have you encountered challenging relationship dynamics?
If you've faced difficult relationship experiences or find yourself caught in unhealthy cycles, therapy offers a nurturing environment to explore these complexities, heal past wounds, and develop skills for nurturing healthier connections. Specializing in supporting individuals navigating challenging relationship dynamics, I offer guidance in boundary-setting, rebuilding self-worth, and fostering empowerment.
Hi, I'm Cory!
Do you feel unmotivated, uninspired, and stuck in the routine of life or your relationship? Are you searching for who you are at your core and learning to live a life aligned with that? Are you struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, or stress, which gets in the way of you moving forward?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with families, individuals, and couples. My belief is that we all have struggles throughout our lives, and with the right support, we all have the strength within us to overcome these obstacles. In walking this journey of growth and healing with you, we will use a mind, body, and soul approach. I believe if we are not fulfilling all areas of our health and wellness there will always be parts of us that are not aligned with our truest self, which hinders our natural healing cycle and interferes with us living a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I work well with individuals experiencing life struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, negative patterns caused by toxic family dynamics, phase of life and adjustment issues, grief and loss, career challenges, self esteem obstacles, relationship struggles, developing and teaching coping skills, finding the root causes to negative patterns in your life, and helping to identify who you are as your individual self.
You are exhausted from carrying everything on your own. Your mind never seems to slow down. You replay conversations, second-guess decisions, and worry about things that haven’t even happened yet. You spend so much time taking care of everyone else that you’re not sure when you stopped taking care of yourself.
I help people understand what’s keeping them stuck and create a path toward healing. Using EMDR therapy, we work together to process difficult experiences, reduce the emotional weight of the past, and quiet the constant mental noise that keeps you feeling overwhelmed. Rather than talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain reprocess experiences that may still be affecting how you think, feel, and respond today. Along the way, we’ll build practical tools, healthier boundaries, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

Over the past 12 years, she has gained extensive experience working within community mental health agencies serving individuals with co-occurring disorders, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs, and Drug Court-mandated counseling. She has also worked in private practice, conducting clinical assessments and determining client appropriateness for EMDR therapy.

Hello and welcome! I'm Diane, a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and Virginia. My passion is helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal and emotional well-being. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and positive change. My role as a counselor is to guide and support you on your journey, helping you to uncover your strengths and achieve your goals. Together, we will work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I have an eclectic style that is influenced by a couple of different theoretical orientations. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I pull in different mindfulness and problem-solving techniques to assist you in creating more desired outcomes. Counseling is not a 'one size fits all' endeavor and I will take time to recognize what best suits your needs and goals.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and making this decision to try something new (and maybe a little scary!)
Therapy can truly be a sacred space. It's a place that can absolutely change your life, if you allow your self the time and space to heal. My focus is to see you as uniquely you: the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly. I believe we all have inherent value and worth, and I strive to see this in every single person, including you! We may have some changes we need to make and some behaviors we have to part ways with, but through this healing journey, I want you to know how valued and loved you are. To embrace life again like we were meant to. To forgive others and learn to let go. To change what you can and find peace with what you can't.
I operate from a trauma-informed perspective - recognizing how the past has changed the way we see ourselves and those around us. I look at how early life experiences impact our relationships, attachments, emotions, motivation, and joy. I incorporate mindfulness to help with regulation and utilize psychoeducation to understand that what happened in the past can't be changed, but we have the ability to pursue healing and growth regardless.
I am self-pay only for couples sessions ($125/session).
Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced difficult marriages and relationships, helping them rebuild their lives. Understanding the impact such trauma can have on self-esteem and identity, I work alongside you to process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, and restore your sense of self-worth.
I also support South Asian women navigating the complexities of overlapping cultural or familial expectations. Together, we honor the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically.
A plan, specific actions and personalized strategies - This is what I give my clients to help them get unstuck, overcome suffering, and fully enjoy the important things in their life.
The Bible, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and neuropsychology - The sources of wisdom I use to guide our plans and strategies.
When life throws you for a loop, your mind and emotions are overwhelming and don't make sense, and you don't know what to do, you need someone who understands the mind and emotions, and how to tame them.
I'm Dr. Matt Bridgman. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband and father, and a clinical psychologist and board certified neuropsychologist. I have a Master's degree in Christian Leadership and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, both from Fuller Theological Seminary.
I've been studying the human mind (mood, emotions, behavior, cognition) for over 20 years, through the lenses of God's Word and neuropsychology. I've helped thousands of people with mood/emotion and also cognitive troubles coming from many sources: depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, concussions and traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and numerous other mental health, neurological, and physical health conditions. I've worked in community counseling centers, inpatient psychiatry units, big academic medical centers, small community hospitals, outpatient behavioral health clinics, neurology clinics, inpatient physical rehabilitation units, and VA medical centers. I'm excited now to be helping others through my own private practice.
I help my clients not just through empathy and good listening, but through helping them understand their own mind better. I guide them through shaping and training their mind, overcoming suffering, and thriving in the process of it all.
Hello! I am from the state of Michigan but I also have licenses in Utah and Pennsylvania. I have been in practice for 6 years. I work with people 16 and up, both online and in person. Hi, I'm Amber (she/her)! I have over 15 years of experience! I’m a therapist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals through substance use, mental health concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals involved with the court system and LGBTQ+ individuals. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, and social justice perspectives.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a mom and a spouse, and much of my time is spent at home with my family. I understand that life can be messy, complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes beautiful all at the same time. I bring that same understanding and humanity into my work with clients.
"One step, one step."
So, this is a phrase I often say. I use it as a reminder that we will move forward, heal, achieve our goals one step, one moment at a time. If we feel or see ourselves slip back....we reset. We move forward again one step, one step.
Wellness has always been a focus in my life's work. My expertise has allowed me to work with individuals from the African Diaspora, immigrant communities, various cultures, military and those diagnosed with chronic illness. I use a holistic approach, integrating modalities such as a Client-Centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused and Mindfulness to achieve your goals and build an empowered, stronger and healthier sense of self. I believe that collaborating with you as an individual, learning your strengths, challenges, and identifying key coping skills together we move towards your best strategies for wellness.
If you are feeling worried, depressed, scared, anxious, overwhelmed by circumstances in your daily life or new to therapy we can work together to find that balance you need.
Please note: Currently, I only have availability for one bi-weekly client. My current scheduling availability includes Friday afternoons, and Saturday or Sunday mornings. This is my only availability at this time (as of 9/19/26).
I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient care, school-based therapy, partial programs, and community mental health. I work with adults ages 18 and up, and I support clients dealing with anxiety and depression, PTSD, life transitions, neurodivergence (such as autism and ADHD), and women’s physical and mental health concerns.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to you—your goals, your strengths, and what you need right now. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I’m also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Most importantly, I strive to create a warm, genuine, and safe space where you can be yourself and share what’s really going on. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move toward growth and healing.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.

Hello! I appreciate that you’re taking this step toward finding a therapist you feel will be a good fit for you. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience. For most of this time I have worked with people around issues of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and relationship/family issues. I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ folks around issues of coming out and self-acceptance. I know that the decision to look for a therapist isn’t always an easy one but, by doing so, you are taking an important first step toward creating change for yourself!
I take a down-to-earth, supportive, conversational approach to therapy. I engage in discussion and don’t hesitate to share my own life experience when appropriate. I find that a more personal approach helps strengthen the relationship between me and the people I meet with which, in turn, will help you feel more comfortable being open in sessions.
I take this approach because therapy is most successful when a person feels like their therapist understands them and when there is some level of connection. I focus on ensuring you will feel both seen and heard starting with our first session. You will be approached by me with curiosity, interest, and care at all times. At the start of your sessions with me I will ask how you’d like to start that day’s conversation and, if you’re not sure, will support you in discovering what might be important for you to talk about in the moment.

Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I'd like to work together if you think we'd be a good fit. In my practice, I work with clients to explore the roots of such issues as family, grief, stress, anxiety, relationships and health conditions.
Together, we’ll look at the coping skills that once helped but may no longer serve you and identify the triggers and patterns keeping you stuck. We’ll consider how your past and present interactions shape your experiences today.
