Welcome! I'm Kaila Rae, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). In the last 5 years, I've worked in private practice, college counseling, and crisis counseling, where I had the privilege of walking alongside individuals struggling with a wide range of presenting concerns, including complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, disordered eating, OCD, and challenges associated with being neurodivergent.
Don't see what you are struggling with in that list? That's okay because no matter how complex whatever brings you here today is—whether it's processing a traumatic past, managing recent loss, or finally addressing a concerning behavior—the core belief of my practice is simple: Your life and all of the problems you've faced are unique, so the path to your healing should be too.
Therapy with me is a collaborative partnership in which we tailor every step to your specific needs and goals in a way that honors your lived experience, background, and cultural values as essential components of your treatment. To do this, I draw from a versatile therapy toolkit, including IFS (Internal Family Systems), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Somatic, Narrative, and Attachment-based therapies.
You are the only expert on your life, so with your knowledge of yourself and my clinical training, we can work together to help you heal and live in alignment with your goals and values.

Sudden life changes such as the loss of a loved one, the death of a pet, or diagnosis with a chronic or debilitating disease, are hard to handle. Being a caregiver for a loved one who has a chronic or terminal illness can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience; but it also comes with stresses that can be hard for friends and family to understand. Being a person who needs help to manage day to day activities of living can also be difficult, even if the help is appreciated. Illness, loss of mobility, reduced independence, physical and emotional pain can change your relationship with others and with yourself. Even positive life transitions such as retirement, promotions, or reprioritizing your work/life balance to focus on what matters, can be stressful. Whatever changes you are going through can impact your ability to find meaning, a sense of purpose, or hope in your life. Whether you have always struggled with feelings of depression and anxiety, or they have come as a result of these changes in your life, I believe therapy can help.

I bring all of this professional and personal experience to my practice.

I utilize a humanistic, strengths-based style while drawing on CBT, psychodynamic, and narrative techniques as I support clients' development of self-worth, flexibility, and self-compassion. We work toward positive growth and change and toward the development of nourishing, supportive relationships.

Hello, I’m Colleen.
Does it feel as if you are giving more energy than you have or that there are too many things and not enough mental energy to juggle all those tasks? Are you finding that your relationships are strained or that keeping up with friends and loved ones seems like an unsurmountable task? Do you find it difficult to give yourself grace and empathy?
I am looking to work with young professionals and adults to help manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and the stressors that come with living in a chaotic world. Together, we can identify the issues that you are facing, discuss how best to manage these feelings and stressors and find a way to make your routine and relationships work with you instead of against you. I have weekend availability to help fit therapy into your busy schedule.
I have worked in the hospital setting for seven years now and feel very comfortable talking with medical professionals about the particularly difficult strains that a career in medicine puts on individuals. Anxiety, depression, and strained relationships can feel overwhelming and unsurmountable alone, but I’m here to help. In our sessions, I hope to provide a place where you feel safe, and somewhere we can work together to make a plan to make any stressors that you are dealing with manageable. I look forward to working with you.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Liberty University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help youth in the foster care system, adolescent struggles, and adults trying become the best versions of themselves. I empower others to seek the core of their challenges and find effective skills to implement for the desired change they want in their life.
I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer.
Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

Hello! My name is Michaela Seeley and I'm a licensed professional counselor. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. There is no hierarchy in treatment. You provide the lived experience and I provide the knowledge on how to process what you’re going through to cope with symptoms effectively. Because of this, I take a collaborative approach to treatment. I recognize that change can be terrifying and because of this, I emphasize a united approach. I have always been guided by the phrase "we do the best we can with the tools we have" and encourage my clients to establish that mantra in treatment. I'm here to help you build new tools, rediscover your resilience, and feel more empowered in your healing journey.
Hi, I’m Julie — I’m glad you’re here.
Anxiety and depression touch so many of our lives in ways that can feel overwhelming: spiraling thoughts that won’t quiet down, a racing heartbeat, sleepless nights, or pulling away in social situations. These struggles don’t just affect our inner world — they can also add stress and strain to our relationships with coworkers, friends, and family.
In therapy, I help people untangle these patterns so they can feel more present, connected, and grounded. When our minds are constantly caught up in the past or worried about the future, it’s hard to truly experience life as it’s happening. Together, we’ll work on practical tools and deeper understanding so you can find more peace, balance, and fulfillment in your day-to-day life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (MSCP) from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Childhood Studies from Rutgers University, where I also minored in Criminal Justice and Gender Studies. My professional background is rooted in advocacy, social justice, and client-centered, trauma-informed care.
I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and support adolescents, young adults, and adults through deeply human experiences such as interpersonal violence, anxiety, depression, grief, self-doubt, racial identity, complex trauma, and life transitions. My therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including CBT, Psychoanalytic, and Psychodynamic therapy—always held within a culturally responsive and client-centered lens. This is more than treatment—it’s connection, truth-telling, and reclamation.
I work with you to explore the unconscious roots of your present-day distress—unraveling long-standing relational patterns, internal conflicts, and attachment wounds. Together, we examine how your early experiences have shaped your sense of self and relationships, not to stay in the past, but to understand it with compassion and gain new freedom in the present. I honor the complexity of healing—holding space for ambiguity, contradiction, and growth that unfolds over time.
When requested, I integrate Christian counseling techniques—offering faith-based support if you want to explore your relationship with God and see your journey through a Christ-centered lens. Whether your faith is strong or just beginning, I use spiritual reflection, Scripture, and prayer as grounding tools for meaning-making, motivation, and healing. I aim to co-create a space where you can breathe deeper, speak freer, and begin again without shame. This is your space to show up as you are—to be witnessed in your becoming and reclaim your story.
I began my professional career in 2005 working as a caseworker helping children and families maintain safe and healthy environments as well as financial stability. Since then I have completed masters degrees in counselor education and clinical counseling and was first licensed as a professional counselor in 2014. I'm currently credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. In my career, I've been privileged to serve many individuals in crisis, community based, and outpatient counseling settings. I've worked with individuals experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, addiction, trauma, and severe and debilitating mental health issues. Also, as a gender and sexually diverse member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am well suited to address the unique needs of individuals exploring ideas related to their own gender and sexuality or that of a loved one.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 32 years of experience supporting people in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient behavioral health clinics, and schools. I also have a background in policy and research.
I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work as a therapist. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, illness, grief, life transitions, and questions of meaning and identity.
My approach is integrative — I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), humanistic and existential perspectives, and mindfulness-based practices. This allows me to adapt therapy to each individual, offering both practical tools for coping and space for deeper exploration and growth.
What shapes my work most is my belief in people’s capacity for healing and resilience. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and grounded. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel safe to be yourself, explore openly, and take steps toward the life you want to live.
