Hi, I'm Angelica Gray, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LISW) providing telehealth therapy for adults in Arkansas and Ohio. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life stressors using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
I’m a business owner, a single mom, and a foster and adoptive parent. I understand what it’s like to juggle multiple roles, carry constant responsibility, and still want to show up well for the people who matter most. One thing I say often is “work on yourself first.” It’s one of the few things we actually have control over even when we feel as though we don't, and it’s also the thing we tend to put off. We’re busy, we’re juggling everything, and before we know it, we’re stuck in patterns that feel frustrating and hard to break. No judgment here. I get it.
I’ve been working with individuals and families as a therapist since 2018, with a background in healthcare prior to that, and I’ve spent my career serving the Fort Worth community I grew up in. I take a solution-focused, strengths-based approach, which means we’ll focus on what’s already working, build on your strengths, and create practical steps that actually move things forward.
I am career Clinical Psychotherapist devoted to aiding individuals, couples, adults. teens, families, and veterans suffering emotional stress and mental health issues. My priorities focus on persons experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, relationship and communication problems, grief and trauma recovery.
I am committed to illustrating how the vital quality of resilience can be acquired through learned coping skills and accurate self=perception. Activating improvement plans, achieving goals, and building confidence are the center of my person-centered counseling.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals
through life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and practical guidance. I work with adults
facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the emotional
impact of trauma. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, creating a safe,
nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.
I believe therapy should be both meaningful and useful—helping you better understand yourself
while building skills you can apply in everyday life. I draw from evidence-based practices and
tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, values, and goals. Whether you are seeking
clarity, healing, or tools to move forward, I partner with you to support lasting growth and
emotional well-being.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to do it alone. I
would be honored to work with you on your journey toward greater balance, insight, and
resilience.

I am also very open minded and love working with clients from all walks of life, and love learning from them. I have been a therapist for almost 20 years, but I've been a social worker for 30. Hi, my name is Tishina and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For the past eight years, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood changes, and the challenges that come with everyday problem solving. I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. It helped me heal, find my voice, and believe in myself and now I'm passionate about offering that same support and hope to the people that I work with.
I believe that the client needs to express the issues and trauma that they have along with being given coping skills and tools to deal with the symptoms associated with their issues.
I believe in being proactive. I don’t want the client to think that I’m just there listening and nodding my head. I want them to know that this is a collaborative process and I’m in it with them to help them become with self and overcome any obstacles in their way.
A native of Cleveland, OH, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor holding over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, identity, or major transitions, I work with you to uncover patterns, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
I listen with empathy and compassion. I meet people where they are, whether they are ready to dive right in and make changes, or need time to engage and decide if therapy is right for them. I enjoy connecting your past experiences with current life choices. I love helping people see that they have all of the skills they need for change, they just may not know it yet. Incorporating laughter, moments of relaxation and finding joy are a must for our sessions. My ultimate goal is to have the client leaving the session feeling better than when they started.

I value the individual and the couple regardless of age or philosophical approach to their life or relationship. I see my goal of treatment as improving the individual or couple to be the best they want to be.

I’m Michael Woods Jr., a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 15 years of experience. I help people who are dealing with stress, pressure, and feeling stuck—even when things on the outside look like they should be working.
My approach is real and straightforward. I’m not just here to listen—I’m here to help you understand what’s actually going on and give you practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I focus a lot on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and how to start responding differently instead of reacting on autopilot.
A big part of my work is helping people build awareness, take ownership, and develop the mental skills needed to handle challenges more effectively. I also bring in my background in athletics and performance, so there’s an emphasis on consistency, discipline, and doing the work—not just talking about it.
I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with empathy and support to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping clients recognize their resilience and develop practical tools for lasting change. My approach is compassionate, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and needs.
Therapy can be challenging due to life itself, and meaningful change rarely occurs overnight. Throughout my work as a therapist, I have found the best outcomes come when clients approach the process with openness, humility, and a willingness to engage in self-reflection and growth. I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy; instead, I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, goals, and experiences. My role is to support and guide clients through their journey, recognizing that therapy is ultimately what you make of it. Lasting change comes through consistent effort, collaboration, and trust in the process.
I am a compassionate therapist who creates a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My experience as a first responder for children in crisis strengthened my ability to remain calm and grounded in high‑stress situations. I’m committed to helping clients build practical tools for resilience and growth. Outside of work, I enjoy nature, hiking, baking, reading, and traveling.
Kassandra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor as well as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Ohio. Hi, I’m Jacalyn Yurick, LISW-S. I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, substance use, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or exhausted from carrying the weight of everything on their own. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside while silently struggling internally with anxiety, unresolved trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion. Others come to therapy after years of feeling misunderstood, emotionally disconnected, or unable to fully move forward despite trying everything they can to “just cope.” My goal is to help clients move beyond simply surviving and begin feeling more grounded, confident, connected, and emotionally at peace. I am EMDR-trained and have extensive experience treating complex trauma and PTSD. In addition to trauma work, I frequently help clients struggling with panic attacks, chronic stress, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, grief and loss, and substance use concerns. I utilize evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based treatment tailored to each client’s individual needs. My background includes work in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential substance use treatment, outpatient mental health, school-based therapy, couples counseling, and telehealth. Working across these settings has given me experience supporting clients through both crisis situations and long-term personal growth.
Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, supportive, direct, and easy to talk to. Therapy does not require you to have everything figured out before you begin. You only need a starting point, and together we can work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Hi, I'm Ellise, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio. For the past eight years I've been dedicated to supporting adult patients with PTSD/PTSI, anxiety, depression, BPD, Women's Issues (fertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause) and Substance Abuse diagnoses become the best version of themselves. My therapeutic approach is rooted in CBT, DBT, EFT, Somatic Experiencing and IFS, I tend to use a blend of these methods in my sessions to best target what goals you as my patient set. It's my goal to help you achieve balance in your life and become the best version of yourself.
I am licensed professional clinical counselor licensed in Ohio. I have a master’s in clinical counseling from John Carroll University. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults. My areas of treatment include but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and career challenges. I also have experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
Being a therapist isn't just my career—it's a dream I worked hard to achieve because I know what it's like to walk through difficult seasons and wonder if things will ever feel different. My experiences taught me that healing is possible, and they shaped the kind of therapist I strive to be: the therapist I wish I had when I needed one most.
I believe every person has inherent worth, even when life has convinced them otherwise. Your past may explain where you've been, but it doesn't have to define where you're going. Healing and forgiveness can coexist, and growth is possible without pretending the pain never happened.
My role isn't to tell you who you should be—it's to help you rediscover who you are beneath the anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or life circumstances that have made you question yourself. I'll meet you with honesty, compassion, and a little humor along the way because I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be fully human.
I believe the only way to truly fail at becoming the person you were meant to be is to stop trying. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning after a difficult experience, my hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, supported, and more hopeful than when you walked in.
I'm Sarah, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with specialized training in EMDR, perinatal mental health, Gottman couples therapy, infant mental health, and early childhood mental health. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and hopeful—a place where you feel like you.
Outside of the office, I'm a busy mother of two and fantasy author who loves baking and cooking!
I’m a clinical psychologist based in Ohio who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, identity concerns, and the pressure to “have it all together.” I take a genuinely collaborative approach to therapy and put a lot of care into building a strong, trusting relationship where you don’t have to censor yourself.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means we’ll focus less on “fixing” or fighting your feelings and more on getting clear about your values and building a life that feels meaningful to you. Instead of trying to shut emotions down, I help clients learn how to make space for feelings, respond with compassion, and use practical coping skills to stay present and move toward what matters most.
I’ve spent much of my career working with college and graduate students, so I’m familiar with the unique stressors of academic life, emerging adulthood, and major life transitions. I approach therapy through a lens of cultural humility, actively honoring how your race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, religion or spirituality, class background, and other identities shape your experiences. I work to create a space where your culture and identities are not just “respected,” but meaningfully integrated into our work together, and where your values and lived experience guide our goals and the way we move through therapy.
As a Certified Geek Therapist, I enjoy working with clients whose “geeky” interests—like video games, anime, superheroes, board games, and TTRPGs—are a meaningful part of their lives. Together, we can use your fandoms and favorite stories as tools for insight, coping, and growth, treating them as strengths rather than quirks you have to hide in therapy.
I have been a licensed social worker for the past 30 years. I have worked in child welfare and at the Veteran's Health Administration, and all of the work I have done has been working with people with anxiety, depression and or trauma. I think I lean as much from the people I work with as much as they learn from me. I believe people can change, people can grow and people are capable of making possible what seems impossible. I am eclectic in my practice, but I lean heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma informed, Reality based and Solution Focused treatment.
Hello! My name is Jeyran Shahgaldiyeva, I am a licensed clinical therapist credentialed to provide services in Ohio, Massachusetts, and Florida.
First of all, let me thank you for beginning this journey. Starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time - so, please, give your self credits for being brave enough to make this big step towards improvement. Feeling better is possible. I'm here to support you.
I am a blessed mom of 2 boys, with a loving spouse that supports me, and a world where I get to work with people that want support in their lives. Even with the life I live, there are many challenges that we have to navigate. I have 2 years of experience providing mental health services to the youth of today and because of my personal experinces, I have been able to connect with them and help them grow. All I can ask from my clients is to give me a chance to work with you as you navigate life challenges to find a life that's blessed.
Therapy is something that has a flow. I may have an idea in mind for what to talk about, but your daily input is more important. Together we will flow through your emotions while facing opportunities to challenge the way you think and guide you to new possibilities; while managing heightened emotions. I use techniques from art therapy, narrative therapy, strength based and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) as a way to have all the tools in my toolbox that we may need.
I am a licensed psychotherapist, chaplain, pastor, and educator dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult challenges. My work focuses on grief, trauma, life transitions, personal development, and the pursuit of meaning and purpose. Drawing from both evidence-based psychological practices and spiritually integrated approaches, I help clients make sense of their experiences, strengthen resilience, and move toward lives marked by healing, growth, and hope.
I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 30 years of experience supporting adults in overcoming mental health and substance use challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, helping clients build practical skills to manage emotions, improve thinking patterns, and create lasting change. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, gain insight, and develop tools to move forward with confidence.
I’m a licensed therapist who helps individuals navigate addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and the complex experiences that come with being human. My practice is grounded in compassion, accountability, and evidence-based care. I specialize in supporting adults working through substance use, alcohol use disorder, eating disorders, and compulsive behaviors, as well as those seeking healing from trauma.
I also work closely with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, offering a space that is affirming, culturally aware, and judgment-free. My approach is collaborative and practical—we’ll identify what’s getting in your way, build coping skills that actually work, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
My goal is simple: to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create a life that feels more aligned and less overwhelming.
