My experience has involved working with adolescents, adults, couples, and seniors. Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today’s society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse. I possess extensive experience collaborating with veterans on complicated trauma and mental health concerns
I view our initial session as a mutual job interview where we both determine if we are the right fit.
What makes me unique is my ability to integrate sex therapy, men’s mental health, trauma work, and relationship counseling into an approach that is both practical and deeply individualized. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the pressures men face around identity, vulnerability, intimacy, and emotional expression, while also helping clients navigate complex concerns such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. My experience working with veterans and individuals across all stages of life has given me a grounded and compassionate perspective. I also approach therapy through an “outside the box” lens, tailoring treatment creatively to each client rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
My ideal clients are men and couples who feel stuck in patterns of disconnection, communication struggles, intimacy concerns, or emotional stress. Many are high-functioning in other areas of life but struggle with vulnerability, relationship conflict, sexual concerns, performance anxiety, or maintaining emotional and physical connection. They are motivated for growth, want healthier relationships, and are looking for practical tools alongside deeper emotional healing.
