Hi. My name is Christine Toler, Chris, and I earned my Ed.S and LPC- MHSP in the state of Tennessee, New Jersey and Delaware. I have been licensed as a Professional Counselor since 2010, and a School Counselor since 2006. I started being a believer in therapy when it first helped me over forty years ago, (as a child). I thought what a wonderful way to get to the root of the problem... and get rid of it. Since then, I have been working on myself as a client as well as acquiring a licensure to help others, including teens, adults and families. I focus on solution based and non-judgmental cognitive therapy. I believe understanding a problem is not the end of the work. (unfortunately) The action we take to support a positive change... is what changes lives. And while I have experienced that in some very important areas... I continue to grow... daily. I choose to be transparent about that because I believe it is important to the work that my clients know I understand how it feels to be in their chair. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, doubt, guilt, grief, or all of the above, I believe I can help you.

Hey, my name is Marrium Guirguis and I am here to help you wherever you are in life. I believe we all have a story to tell and regardless of how similar two experiences sound, they will still be very different from each other and deserve to be heard, validated and worked with uniquely. Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with adults and adolescents 14+ with PTSD, Anxiety, working with survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence, family dynamics, supportive therapy through challenges, people with disabilities, and young couples. One thing uniquely about myself is that I am a little person (dwarfism). I navigate the world at 3’6” tall and had to overcome a lot and have learned tremendously from my experiences. If you resonate with that and feel there could be a lot to unpack and work through, I can help you. I have had great success in incorporating one's culture, faith, values and morals due to it being integral in understanding who they are. My Christian faith has influenced my desire to help people, but I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds in a faith-based or secular style, based on your preference. Life is moving pretty fast with all of the rapid changes occurring daily. This may be what you are looking for to be able to gain that much more control over it. As a therapist, I describe myself as open, honest, direct, and grounding. I have a laid-back, humorous style that keeps our sessions down-to-earth. I am goal-oriented, blending a structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills, as relationship dynamics always find a way into the therapy room. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship, focusing on creating a safe space built on mutual trust. I view our bond as the primary foundation for how you can build and navigate healthier relationships in your outside life. My approach is profoundly shaped by my own life experiences. Coming from a background of broken family relationships, I intimately understand what it means to live through past trauma, struggle, and navigate mental health challenges. It is this exact journey of resilience that made me the person I am today and fuels my genuine passion to help others heal.

Whether there has been a significant loss, a life transition, relational conflict, or daily stressors, we all need support during difficult times. Sometimes, however, a trained professional can help navigate these challenges and assist in facilitating positive change. We aren’t always able to recognize the underlying cause of our discomfort or find ways to overcome life’s challenges. In a therapeutic setting, we will work together to discover healthier ways for you to deal with life’s struggles, make desired changes, improve relationships, and find inner healing. Seeking therapy can be viewed as an investment in yourself. Improving mental and emotional health is as important as one’s physical health. My role is to provide a safe space and come alongside you on your journey. I work with adolescents and adults and provide individual, couples, and family counseling services. I treat depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, (PTSD), relationship issues, parenting, behavioral concerns, and many other problems affecting how we feel and operate in the world.

I believe that therapy is a safe space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered to work through life’s challenges while discovering your strengths and purpose. As the sole owner and clinician of Walls Come Tumbling Down for the last 2 years My Ideal Client My ideal client is a woman of Christian faith who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or other life circumstances that have left her feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from herself. She is ready to grow, heal, and make meaningful changes in her life—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My Approach My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and faith-sensitive. I meet each client where she is and work collaboratively to help her develop practical tools, gain insight, strengthen her emotional well-being, and move toward the life she desires. Hi, I am Georgia and I am of Caribbean heritage. I initally began my career in technical problem-solving in the fields of Environmental Science and Engineering, but my deeper calling was always in helping people navigate their own challenges. While working as an engineer, I served my church community as a lay counselor and intercessor, which sparked a growing passion for more meaningful, people-centered work. That calling led me to pursue a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I haven’t looked back since. Today, I serve as both a private practice clinician and a workplace mental health consultant and trainer. This work allows me to blend my analytical skills with a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing—and I truly feel I’ve found my purpose.

Welcome to Dr. Mitchell’s Safe and Brave Space I began my career in social services in 1995, working with children, youth, and families often labeled as “at-risk”—many of whom were impacted by substance use, poverty, child abuse, and neglect. Over time, my commitment to equity and justice led me to the field of social work, where I continue to center the person-in-environment perspective and actively support antiracist policies, ideas, and actions. This work is grounded in an acknowledgment that we live and practice on the stolen lands of Indigenous peoples, and that much of the wealth and infrastructure of this nation was built through the unpaid labor and enduring suffering of enslaved Africans. I honor these histories and their ongoing impact as part of my commitment to justice, healing, and collective liberation. I am deeply committed to self-awareness and reflective practice, both personally and with those I serve. I walk alongside clients on a healing journey rooted in self-care, resilience, and transformation. I integrate narrative therapy and other evidence-informed approaches through the lens of intersectionality to remain fully person-centered. My practice pays particular attention to the impacts of trauma and race-based stress on one’s inner world. As appropriate, I incorporate Feminist Theory, Queer Theory, and Liberation Psychology to support healing that honors identity, lived experience, and systemic context. I welcome all who value peace, healing, and justice to join me in this space—to try, to grow, and to be.

I believe therapy works best when it centers on you—your experiences, needs, and goals. My approach is person-centered and rooted in cultural humility, seeing you as the expert on your own life while I walk alongside you as a guide. Together, we’ll navigate challenges, uncover strengths, and create space for meaningful growth. I work with adults on a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma (including racial trauma), grief, identity development, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and conflicts. I specialize in helping adults who have experienced trauma and significant loss, using a two-pronged approach that supports day-to-day functioning while also processing past experiences. I bring 13 years of experience in the mental health field and have been a licensed counselor for 7 years. I am trained and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, and I also incorporate Psychodynamic Theory and Trauma-Focused CBT into my practice. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Pennsylvania State University. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can heal, strengthen your emotional awareness, and build a deeper sense of self and personal freedom.

I am an engaging and connecting type of therapist who helps you feel like you can talk openly and without reserve. I love getting to know my clients and truly feel honored to be in this helping profession. I want to be your biggest fan and cheerleader and can honestly say I do not judge my clients. I have heard the darkest and worst things and still find that I like my clients and want them to succeed. I have been in private practice for about 12 years but have been a therapist for about 15-16. *I have included my basic work hours in the availability calendar but feel free to message me if you need to inquire about other availability. I often have other availability but it changes weekly so I cannot list it as static availability on my Grow Calendar. If we find another time than is listed here, I can schedule it on the Grow Platform.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—without feeling judged, pressured, or expected to have everything figured out. Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and navigating relationships, emotions, and unexpected changes can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves. My goal is to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and understanding while helping you make sense of your experiences, recognize your strengths, and find practical ways to move forward. You don’t have to have all the answers to begin; we can figure things out together, one step at a time.

When healers need healing, where do they go? Usually, right here. I’ve built a distinct reputation as a "therapist’s therapist." Clinicians, medical professionals, and seasoned helpers trust me because I speak fluent clinical language, skip the superficial fluff, and understand the heavy toll of carrying everyone else's trauma. Behind my strength-based, holistic approach lies both hard-earned lived experience and sharp clinical precision. True success means helping you unearth your core values, build rock-solid boundaries, and step into your most evolved, emotionally intelligent self. That is the essence of achieving Dynamic Total Wellness. While Grow Therapy is a fantastic home base for our sessions, my primary clinical hub—featuring expanded availability and a deeper look at my practice philosophy—can always be explored over at DynamicsTotalwellness.com. Whether you’re holding space for an entire caseload or simply trying to reclaim your own Main Character Energy, you deserve a safe space where you get to be the client. Let’s get to work.

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
