Explaining the Process: I’ll provide an overview of how therapy works, including the techniques I might use and how we can track your progress. Creating a Safe Space: My goal is to establish trust and ensure you feel comfortable. You can share as much or as little as you wish. Confidentiality and Practical Details: I will explain how confidentiality works, go over practical details like fees and cancellation policies, and invite you to ask any questions.
