Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and it’s okay to have questions or hesitations. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to listen and guide you through the steps.

Hi, I am Errol Victory, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the State of New Jersey with over eight years of clinical experience. To seek professional counseling takes tremendous courage and fortitude. You have made the right decision to seek professional help. You are the repository of your narrative, and no one can tell your pain like you can, this platform and forum allows you to share your experience with enormous confidentiality. I am available to assist you in overcoming your challenging thoughts, and emotional, and behavioral struggles.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably carrying something heavy — and you may have been carrying it longer than you should have had to. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m an LMFT licensed in both New York and New Jersey, and I work with adults who are navigating some of life’s most emotionally demanding seasons: parenting stress, relationship strain, depression, ADHD, and the kind of high-functioning exhaustion that doesn’t always look like struggle from the outside but absolutely feels like it.
My approach is relational at its core. I believe that healing rarely happens in isolation — it happens in connection. Before any technique or homework assignment, I prioritize building a therapeutic relationship where you actually feel safe enough to be honest. That foundation isn’t just good therapy etiquette; it’s what makes everything else possible.
From there, I draw on a range of evidence-based frameworks — attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches — tailoring the work to what you specifically need rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. Some clients need tools and structure. Others need space to process and be witnessed. Most need both, at different moments.
I’ve worked with many people who came to therapy after putting it off for a long time — sometimes years. What kept them away was often fear: fear of judgment, fear of being misunderstood, or simply not knowing what therapy was supposed to feel like. I take that seriously. My goal from the very first session is to help you feel less alone in what you’re facing, and more capable of moving through it.
You don’t have to have it figured out before you reach out. That’s what we’re here to do together.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience in the mental health field. As a therapist, I pride myself on being genuine, compassionate, and approachable. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. I understand that every person is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I meet my clients where they are and adjust my therapeutic techniques and interventions based on their individual needs, personality, experiences, and presentation.
I enjoy getting to know the person behind the symptoms and creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, collaboration, and understanding. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling to understand your emotions, navigating a difficult transition, working through past experiences, or simply wanting to grow, I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported while also being encouraged to challenge yourself and make meaningful changes.
My passion is helping clients recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Good Karma to all....
I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey.

I'm a therapist who believes good therapy starts with feeling comfortable, not like you're sitting across from someone with a clipboard. I bring warmth, honesty, and a little casualness to our work together. I'm also neurodivergent myself, so I know firsthand what it's like to navigate a brain that works a little differently. That lived experience makes me a better therapist , not just a more empathetic one, but a more real one. I'm the kind of therapist who will laugh with you, be straight with you, and when you're ready, go to the deeper and harder places right alongside you. With experience spanning from early childhood all the way through older adulthood, I've had the privilege of working with people across every stage of life and across a wide range of needs. No matter where you're starting from, my goal is always the same : to meet you where you are and grow with you throughout the process.
