Hello, I’m Xiangru (Ruby) Meng, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with dual licensure in both New York and New Jersey. For the past eight years, I've had the privilege of partnering with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complex currents of life. My experience has shown me that everyone, at some point, faces challenges that can feel overwhelming, whether it's the persistent hum of anxiety, the weight of depression, the complexities of relationships, or the uncertainty of major life transitions. My role is to walk alongside you through these ups and downs, offering support that is not only professional but also deeply compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored specifically to you. My therapeutic approach is built on the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. Beyond my professional work, my personal passions deeply inform my practice. Yoga reminds me of the crucial mind-body connection, while rock climbing has taught me about resilience and how to break down overwhelming challenges into manageable steps. As a knitter and a dog mom, I’m also reminded daily of the value of patience and the healing power of unconditional connection. Whether you are seeking to heal, build healthier relationships, or simply find a clearer path forward, I am here to support you. My goal is to help you navigate your current challenges while equipping you with the insight and tools to build a more resilient and meaningful life. I look forward to the possibility of connecting with you!

I value authenticity, empathy, and self-awareness, both for myself, my clients, and as a critical part of the therapeutic process (I also take advantage of the healing power of laughter whenever possible!). I aim to normalize and validate my clients’ experiences without judgment, and above all, provide the most basic of human needs: to feel seen and heard. My name is Stephanie (or Stevie, either is fine) and I have been providing therapy in NJ exclusively via telehealth for about the last 5 years (prior to that, in person). I have a deep passion and respect for the power of therapy to change lives, which I have been privileged to witness in my work with clients, as well as in my personal life, both through the consistent use of therapy as part of my own self-care, as well as having spent the last 20 years raising two children with special needs. If you have been struggling with symptoms of depression or anxiety, particularly if they are related to a traumatic experience, I would love the opportunity to work with you to reduce your symptoms and help you experience a present that is not overshadowed by your past. I love working with women ages 20 to 30-something who are still in academia or just starting out in their careers, but also love working with women of any age. I frequently work with survivors of child sexual abuse, as well as those struggling with issues related to self-worth, but work with other conditions as well.

Rita LaBrew, LMFT, licensed in New York and New Jersey, brings extensive experience in foster care, child welfare, private practice, and telehealth. I provide a collaborative, thoughtful therapy experience grounded in clinical expertise and evidence-informed care. Together, we'll work toward greater insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults who are ready to move beyond simply managing symptoms and are willing to explore the deeper patterns shaping their lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family-of-origin concerns, life transitions, or longstanding emotional patterns, therapy offers an opportunity to understand not only what you're experiencing, but why. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, integrating psychoeducation to help make complex emotional experiences more understandable and practical. Together, we explore how early relationships, unconscious patterns, protective roles, and present-day experiences influence your emotions, relationships, and decisions. As insight grows, clients often find themselves responding to life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. Clients often describe my style as thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where curiosity replaces self-criticism, where difficult experiences can be understood without judgment, and where lasting change develops through deeper self-awareness rather than temporary solutions. My practice is best suited for adults seeking ongoing outpatient psychotherapy and is not a fit for higher-acuity or crisis-focused care. I may refer clients whose needs would be better served by a higher level of care, specialized treatment, or services outside my scope of practice. Please note that I do not provide documentation or written support for court, custody, disability, or other legal matters, and my practice is not a fit for individuals seeking therapy primarily for court-related issues. My goal is always to help clients find the care that best meets their needs.

For most of my adult life I have had the privilege of helping others navigate challenges, make meaningful changes, and move forward in their lives. Along the way life has happened to me, too. I have experienced loss, grief, life transitions, and family conflict, and I understand that sometimes even the strongest among us need support finding our way through difficult seasons. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, what I bring to the professional relationship is true life experiences, not just professional training, and a genuine understanding of how complex life can be. I work with adults of all ages who are ready for change, and yet, may not be quite sure where to begin. Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning. Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Hi, I’m Jessica Troxler ~ I believe that it’s important to not overshare with clients and at the same time share a little about myself to start building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I began my professional career as a biology major and decided to switch to psychology. Regardless of my major, I knew that I always wanted to be in a helping profession and to make a positive difference in other people’s lives. I have been in the mental health field for over 7 years. I received my Master’s in Clinical Social Work with a specialization in addiction counseling from Rutgers University in 2019. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, brazilian jiu jitsu, spending time with friends and family, skiing, traveling, and going to concerts. I’ve had the honor of helping clients through various life struggles, such as, navigating the aftermath of divorce or breakups, addiction, eating disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, homelessness, anxiety, and depression. I’ve also worked in a variety of settings such as, inpatient mental health facilities, detox centers, and in-home therapy working with families and children. You name it, I’ve probably helped someone through almost every issue that someone can go through in life. I will also offer appropriate referrals if I don’t believe that I can confidently address your specific needs. I utilize different evidenced based practices, such as, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution focused therapy, and gottman method couples therapy.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably carrying something heavy — and you may have been carrying it longer than you should have had to. I’m glad you’re here. I’m an LMFT licensed in both New York and New Jersey, and I work with adults who are navigating some of life’s most emotionally demanding seasons: parenting stress, relationship strain, depression, ADHD, and the kind of high-functioning exhaustion that doesn’t always look like struggle from the outside but absolutely feels like it. My approach is relational at its core. I believe that healing rarely happens in isolation — it happens in connection. Before any technique or homework assignment, I prioritize building a therapeutic relationship where you actually feel safe enough to be honest. That foundation isn’t just good therapy etiquette; it’s what makes everything else possible. From there, I draw on a range of evidence-based frameworks — attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches — tailoring the work to what you specifically need rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. Some clients need tools and structure. Others need space to process and be witnessed. Most need both, at different moments. I’ve worked with many people who came to therapy after putting it off for a long time — sometimes years. What kept them away was often fear: fear of judgment, fear of being misunderstood, or simply not knowing what therapy was supposed to feel like. I take that seriously. My goal from the very first session is to help you feel less alone in what you’re facing, and more capable of moving through it. You don’t have to have it figured out before you reach out. That’s what we’re here to do together.

I have worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, hospice, foster care, and group practices. My training and expertise in schema therapy have allowed me to become the clinician that I've always wanted to be. I have spent the past two decades counseling and supervising clinicians who work with some of society's most vulnerable members. I possess a vast amount of experience working with children and adolescents who face various mental health, social, and behavioral challenges. I have a master’s degree in psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I also obtained my certification as an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), which allows me to supervise clinical candidates for state licensure. I am currently the Clinical Supervisor for Healthy Body Healthy Mind, LLC. I previously held the role of Senior Primary Therapist for ten years in the Children’s Partial Hospital Program (PHP) at Princeton House Behavioral Health located in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Before joining Princeton House, I worked with Cranford Counseling Center, worked as a supervisor for the Children’s Mobile Response & Stabilization Unit at UMDNJ in Essex County, and served as the Program Head Clinician at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey in their Full-Day and Half Day Partial Hospital Programs. I have a passion for providing therapeutic services for children and adolescents and their families who are in need of effective solutions to mental health and behavioral challenges. My experience, combined with my passion for helping children and their families, allows me to serve my clients successfully.
