Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. If you’re ready to invest in your mental health and personal growth, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
Therapy is about possibilities. It's a chance to better understand yourself, discover new ways of responding to life's challenges, and move toward the person you want to become. I see my role as walking alongside you, helping you explore those possibilities while supporting you through your own unique journey.
With more than 21 years of experience, I've learned there is no one "right" way to do therapy because there is no one "right" kind of person. Rather than relying on rigid formulas, I tailor therapy to you. Together we'll build on your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and develop practical strategies that fit your life and your goals.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. When you feel understood, respected, and safe enough to be yourself, therapy becomes a place where growth can happen. My goal is to create that kind of environment: collaborative, genuine, and free of judgment.
I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, and the many struggles that don't always fit neatly into a diagnosis. Sometimes people come to therapy simply because life feels harder than it used to or they feel stuck and aren't sure why. Whatever brings you here, we'll work together to understand what's happening, identify opportunities for change, and help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and authentic.

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, stress, grief, or unexpected changes leave you unsure of what comes next. Maybe you’re overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, coping with the loss of someone you love, or simply feeling unlike yourself.
Hi, I’m Orly Krupkin. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship concerns, caregiving, and life transitions. This work has given me a deeper understanding of grief , loss, and emotional challenges that can come with significant changes in life, and what I’ve learned is that meaningful change starts when you feel truly heard.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin where you are and take things one step at a time, creating space for greater clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy for adults and couples who are ready to move beyond feeling stuck and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. Many of the clients I work with appear to be managing on the outside, while internally navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship strain, or difficulty expressing their needs. If you find yourself overthinking, reacting instead of responding, or repeating patterns that no longer serve you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
My approach is structured, intentional, and insight-oriented. I focus on helping you strengthen your emotional intelligence—how you understand, manage, and communicate your emotions—because this is the foundation for healthier relationships, clearer decision-making, and improved overall well-being. Together, we will identify patterns, explore the root of your challenges, and develop practical tools that help you respond with clarity and confidence rather than impulse or avoidance.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional fatigue, as well as couples working through communication breakdowns, trust concerns, and disconnection. Therapy with me is an active process. It requires honesty, consistency, and a willingness to do the work, but it also creates the opportunity for real, sustainable growth.
If you’re ready to invest in yourself, better understand how you operate emotionally, and begin showing up differently in your life and relationships, this is a space where that work can begin.

Hello, I am Shana Toney, a Licensed Professional Counselor. Over my lifetime I have always worked in human services. It was gratifying to work with clients in their time of need and support them through the process. Many of the clients would say they felt comfortable talking to me and I listened to their needs. Those years of serving the community led me to become a therapist. Once I became a therapist 8 years ago, I found my passion. I love having the opportunity and freedom to work with clients, helping them figure things out, learn to create change in their lives and coping with situations they have no control over. Change is not easy but possible. My role as a therapist is to walk with clients to help create their change and happiness they desire.
At the heart of my practice is the idea that "we're all walking each other home." This guides how I show up with clients—as a fellow traveler who is committed to creating a space where you are safe, supported, and valued. I have extensive experience in grief and loss, whether from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a beloved animal companion. I also have experience working with individuals living with acute or chronic illness, as well as with those recovering from addiction or substance use disorder. Additionally, I support caregivers with their own unique challenges.
I was born in NJ where I completed my education at Rutger's University and now live with my family in DE. I have my LCSW in DE, NJ, and CA and currently practice in these 3 states. I am an animal lover of all kinds and enjoy being outdoors as much as I can. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, exercising, and reading.
I specialize in relational trauma, including domestic violence and childhood trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, helping them break unhealthy patterns, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I integrate trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices like CBT and EMDR. I meet clients where they are while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve them, helping them build insight and practical coping skills. I am supportive, honest, and straightforward. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to share openly, while also offering clear feedback and guidance. I balance empathy with gentle challenge to help clients move forward. I help clients identify patterns, process past experiences, and develop practical strategies for change. Together, we set clear, realistic goals and track progress. My focus is on helping clients build confidence, improve relationships, and feel more in control of their lives. Please note: I provide individual therapy only and don't offer couples counseling.
