I’m a Missouri-licensed therapist with 19 years of experience. My style is warm, inviting, and deeply accepting—I meet you where you are and celebrate the courage it takes to show up. I lean on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build awareness of how your life experiences shape today’s thoughts, feelings, and responses. For 15 years I’ve supported active-duty service members and their families, and I’ve also worked in schools—experiences that taught me to listen closely, honor each person’s story, and tailor care to your unique needs. I’m an ordained clergy member and can integrate a faith-based perspective when that feels meaningful for you, while also offering a safe space to process spirituality or church hurt.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting new and expecting mothers. As a parent who has supported my son through anxiety, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to create a safe, supportive, and understanding space for meaningful healing.
Many of the women I work with are extremely capable and successful in their careers, yet they feel frustrated that food seems to be the one area of life they cannot fully control. Emotional eating often develops as a response to stress, exhaustion, or emotional overload. In our work together we explore the deeper patterns driving these behaviors so you can develop a healthier relationship with food and feel confident in your body again. I also provide specialized coaching programs for clients who want to go deeper into transforming their relationship with food and building sustainable health habits. Using my signature Release It Now!TM 5-Step Process, I help clients heal from the inside out — restoring peace, self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience.
When you heal the emotional roots beneath your behaviors, lasting freedom follows.

Hi, I'm **Christian Jené Williams, LPC**, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and authenticity. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, play therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, behavioral challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.
I am passionate about providing services to those who want to take that step forward to begin their journey to healing. I’m a therapist based in Missouri who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, self esteem, depression, and the effects of trauma. Outside of therapy, I’m a proud dog mom who loves rollerskating, music, and movement whether through dance or fitness.
Hi, I'm Jonni Allen, from Houston, Texas, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Advanced Mediator. I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. Through empowerment, support, and emotional development I have seen women achieve greater success in their career, higher reports of satisfaction and enjoyment from their interpersonal relationships and a genuine calm and peacefulness when enjoying their down time, allowing more time to spend on hobbies, side hustles, or causes with greater vigor and passion.
I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Each person is unique and has specific needs. Typically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge your current assumptions about your situation.
I specialize in people experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns around life transitions, and personality disorders. I am trauma informed and can help you realize how past traumas are impacting your mental health today, and strategies to cope better and calm the mind and body.
I am a single mom to three children one adult, and two elementary age.
I love being horribly straightforward with my clients. Coming to therapy can be uncomfortable, but the pay-offs are often life-changing. My passion is to help clients experience healing, balance, peace, and empowerment using holistic and integrative psychotherapy. Realizing that everyone’s mental health needs are unique, I specialize in providing tailored treatment plans that incorporate the latest evidence-based treatment methods with your specific objectives in seeking counseling.
I am committed to working with you to see the results you wish to achieve in therapy. Besides my graduate studies, I have additional training/focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma based therapies and I use a variety of interventions to meet your personal needs/issues. I have also focused my post-graduate studies on positive psychology, holistic methods, and integrated therapies. Use me!! Work with me to use my skills/knowledge to meet your objectives to live a better life.

My journey into therapy began when my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age. As I learned more about how to support her, I realized how meaningful it would be to help others navigate similar challenges. What I love most about being a therapist is connecting with people from all walks of life. Everyone brings a unique story, and I value the opportunity to build real relationships and offer a space where clients can feel safe, heard, and accepted just as they are.

My specialties are working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, anger issues, personal crises, and family relationship issues. I actively work to help clients feel supported and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I look forward to this journey with you!
Feeling stuck, stressed, or overwhelmed? I provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and empowered to create the life you want. I work with young and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, life transitions, PTSD/ trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.
I’m Chelsea, a somatic-first therapist who helps people move from emotional overwhelm into steadiness and clarity. In my practice, I guide clients to slow down, notice what’s happening in their bodies, and act from a grounded, regulated place rather than from panic, old wounds, or automatic patterns. I blend ACT, DBT, CBT, and embodied awareness to help people understand their thoughts, regulate their nervous systems, and build relationships and behaviors that align with their values. My work is gentle, intuitive, and deeply human — focused on helping clients feel anchored, present, and capable of choosing the life they want.

Hi! My name is Leahanna McDonald and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)! I received my Masters from the University of Southern Indiana and have been serving children and families since 2014. I support children, teens, and caregivers during high stressors of life transitions such as divorce, separation, parenting conflicts, high conflict divorce, custody changes, and changes in family dynamics.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am deeply committed to creating a warm and welcoming space for my clients, where they feel truly seen and valued. Guided by my Christian worldview, I believe in the power of compassion and grace as we navigate life's challenges together. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I focus on understanding each person’s unique story and experiences. Utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, I aim to empower you on your journey towards growth. Together, we will explore your path forward, foster hope, build strength, and pursue joy in every season of life.
