I’m someone who cares about real connection, steady progress, and creating a space where you can show up as yourself. I’ve spent years helping people sort through heavy thoughts, navigate big life changes, and rebuild a sense of direction.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and values-driven. I bring structure when it’s helpful and loosen it when you’re ready to lead. My communication style is calm, warm, and straightforward — I make space for you to speak freely, slow down, or dig deeper when you’re ready.
My background spans community mental health, integrated primary care, and work with people navigating some of life’s harder edges — chronic illness, trauma, and major life transitions. I’ve worked alongside people at a lot of different starting points, and that shapes how I show up: without assumptions, and without a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’m a Missouri-licensed therapist with 19 years of experience. My style is warm, inviting, and deeply accepting—I meet you where you are and celebrate the courage it takes to show up. I lean on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build awareness of how your life experiences shape today’s thoughts, feelings, and responses. For 15 years I’ve supported active-duty service members and their families, and I’ve also worked in schools—experiences that taught me to listen closely, honor each person’s story, and tailor care to your unique needs. I’m an ordained clergy member and can integrate a faith-based perspective when that feels meaningful for you, while also offering a safe space to process spirituality or church hurt.
Hi, I’m a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s hardest moments and create meaningful, lasting change. I bring a warm, down-to-earth, and practical approach to therapy, blending evidence-based methods with genuine connection so you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.

My name is Maya (they/them) and I specialize in understanding the overlapping worlds of queer, neurodivergent, and disabled folks. I am sex-positive, poly-affirming, and kink-informed. Currently accepting new clients as of 6/10. Please note that I can only provide therapy at this time, I do not offer medication management or testing services.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my rescue pit bull/chow mix. I love crafting, scrolling through memes, and adding treasures to my doom pile. I specialize in helping clients who are struggling with chronic illness, grief and loss related to losing someone or major life changes, caregiver fatigue, end-of-life issues and related burnout. Through past work with clients and my own personal journey with caregiving, deep grief, end-of-life issues, chronic illness and related burnout, I realized that my special talents lie in helping people who are seeking help with these things themselves. I love teaching and speaking for groups who want to learn more about all of these things.

Hey, I’m Amber. I’m so glad you’re here! I know sometimes it can be pretty scary searching for a therapist who helps you feel known and understood. That is who I strive to be. Let me share a little about myself. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 11 years. I worked in community mental health for 10 1/2 of those years before deciding to branch into my own private practice. I grew up in a very conservative and religious family, even attending seminary, so I do know those beliefs well. It took me until I was 25 to be brave enough to live my authentic self as a gay individual, knowing it would cost me most of my family and friends. It hasn't been easy, but it has been worth it. It is now my desire to be the support for you that I never had as you live your own truth.
Lying awake at 3 AM while your mind replays everything that went wrong. Dragging through another day with pain that nobody else can see. Worrying so much your chest is tight before your feet hit the floor. Feeling nothing when you used to feel something.
You've tried pushing through it. Ignoring it. Waiting for it to pass. It's not working.
I'm Bryan Barry, a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in VA and private practice settings. I specialize in helping adults break the cycle of chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, and depression using structured, evidence-based CBT. Sessions are focused, practical, and built around skills you can use immediately. You'll get homework. We'll track your progress. Most clients start noticing real shifts within the first few weeks.
If you're ready to stop managing and start changing, let's talk. Evening and weekend telehealth available in Missouri and South Carolina. Because therapy should work as hard as you do.

Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.
I provide the validation, support, and space to help individuals and families explore their strengths and improve the cycles that make them unhappy. I am action oriented and direct, while leaving space for self-exploration and growth in a warm and nurturing environment.
I counsel individuals, couples, and families and specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, family conflict, divorce, and self esteem issues.

Many of the women I work with are extremely capable and successful in their careers, yet they feel frustrated that food seems to be the one area of life they cannot fully control. Emotional eating often develops as a response to stress, exhaustion, or emotional overload. In our work together we explore the deeper patterns driving these behaviors so you can develop a healthier relationship with food and feel confident in your body again. I also provide specialized coaching programs for clients who want to go deeper into transforming their relationship with food and building sustainable health habits. Using my signature Release It Now!TM 5-Step Process, I help clients heal from the inside out — restoring peace, self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience.
When you heal the emotional roots beneath your behaviors, lasting freedom follows.

Hi, I’m Alyssa, a licensed clinical social worker who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I have over three years of experience helping clients better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, so I focus on helping clients gain insight while also learning tools they can use in their everyday lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, because no two people or journeys are the same.
Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.
My name is Jennifer and I've been a therapist for 15 years. I specialize in working with relationship and family issues, parenting, narcissistic abuse recovery, codependency, trauma, and complex PTSD. As a veteran with 15 years of military service I have a special passion for working with active military, veterans, and their families. In my free time, I am an avid traveler, hiker, and backpacker. I have a German Shepard who loves to join me in my adventures.
For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside people through some of the most challenging and meaningful moments of their lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri, my role is not to “fix” anyone — it’s to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your inner strength, and create the changes that matter most to you. I believe that healing doesn’t always come from having the right answers — sometimes, it begins with the right questions, honest reflection, and the courage to show up just as you are.
I believe therapy should be a safe place where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps in life. Together, we will explore what has been weighing on you, identify your strengths, and create meaningful strategies for growth and healing. My goal is to help you feel more confident, empowered, and equipped to navigate life with greater clarity and peace.
I’m Ann Ross, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s most challenging emotional seasons. I bring a calm, grounded, and compassionate presence to therapy, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and supported from the very first session. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people are truly seen and heard, and when they are given the right tools to understand their inner world.
I help adults who are dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, stress, chronic worry, and difficult life transitions. My approach is both supportive and practical, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and attachment-informed work with a personalized, person-centered style. I value collaboration, and I work closely with each client to identify their goals, uncover the patterns that may be holding them back, and build strategies that support lasting emotional resilience.
Clients often share that they appreciate my warm, steady presence and my ability to make therapy feel both comfortable and productive. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and solution-focused. I believe that each person brings strengths into the therapy space, even when life feels difficult. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-informed care, and family-based strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to build healthier coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in daily life.
I have particular experience supporting adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with impulsivity, anger, family challenges, or high-risk behaviors. I also work with adults who are balancing multiple responsibilities and seeking ways to manage stress, process past experiences, and regain a sense of emotional stability.
Clients who work with me can expect a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you build resilience, gain confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges, and take steady steps toward becoming the healthiest version of yourself.
