Hi, I’m Victoria. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and support. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you can build confidence, reduce symptoms, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, codependency, and major life transitions. My approach is eclectic, meaning I tailor each session to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, identify areas for growth, and develop practical strategies that support your emotional well-being and overall life satisfaction.
I believe that improving your mental health can positively impact every part of your life. With the right tools and support, healing and personal growth are possible for everyone.
The world has only one you, and you were made to SHINE!
Like an athletic coach, I apply my considerable training, experience, and creativity to help you carve out the steps to get from where you are to where you want to be, providing you support, accountability, and structure along the way. I provide coaching to individuals, families, and organizations facing a variety of challenges both in the US and around the world.
As a licensed counselor, I also understand that sometimes we're just trying to keep our heads above water. For my counseling clients, I provide support and feedback to help them strengthen areas of their identity and process places of pain so that they can move through to healing.
My seminary training and clinical experience equipped me with expertise in both theology and psychology for an integrated approach to total wellness. I look forward to having an ongoing helping relationship in a mobile culture so that, wherever life takes you, I am available to walk alongside you.
Hi, I’m Robyn. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Kansas and Missouri. I work with people who are navigating grief and loss; including the loss of a loved one, changes in relationships, shifts in identity, caregiving stress, or the emotional weight that comes with major life transitions.
Many of the people I work with aren’t in crisis, but they feel heavy, stuck, or not quite like themselves anymore. They’re often managing work, family, and responsibilities just fine on the outside, while carrying a lot internally. Sometimes they know something is off, but they don’t yet have the words for it.
My style is calm, steady, and thoughtful. I’m comfortable sitting with silence, strong emotions, and conversations that don’t have quick or easy answers. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing or performing. It's a space where you can slow down, be real, and make sense of what you’re carrying.
Together, we focus on building clarity, emotional awareness, and a steadier footing as you move forward, at your own pace.
Anxiety & Sleeplessness
Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Trauma and Healing
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and culturally sensitive approaches to create a space that honors each person’s unique story and identity. I have worked in the mental health field for more than ten years, supporting adolescents, adults, and families through challenges related to mental health, challenging family dynamics, life changes, and substance use.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community mental health centers, private practice, and nonprofit organizations. My personal and family history also affords me valuable lived experiences that inform my approach with clients and advances my ability to extend empathy to my clients. This diverse experience has allowed me to work with people from many different walks of life, each with their own unique challenges, hopes, and dreams.
I help teenagers and adults work through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges that may be affecting their relationships and goals.
I have been in the mental health field for more than a decade, and have been a licensed counselor since 2021. I am passionate about working with people to achieve breakthroughs in their lives, improve their understanding of what they need and want, and improve boundaries with those around them.
Asking for help can push us outside our comfort zone, but that’s often where real growth begins. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, heal, and grow. You don’t have to do this alone. (También hablo español.)

Hi, I’m Amy. I live in Missouri with my husband, our sweet dog, and two very sassy cats who keep life lively. Being both a military spouse and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through life’s many transitions, challenges, and seasons of growth.
My journey into social work began with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska, followed by a master’s from the University of Maine. For more than 20 years, I’ve been walking alongside people as they navigate anxiety, trauma, infertility, grief, and the everyday pressures of life. What I love most about this work is creating a safe, supportive space where people can feel heard, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that healing is possible—and that resilience can grow even in the most difficult circumstances. Whether we’re working through painful past experiences or exploring new ways to cope with stress, my goal is to help you find hope, balance, and a deeper sense of self.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has worked with individuals that are experiencing a variation of difficulties. I specialize in helping patients with anxiety, depression, and stress. I also have experience helping individuals with ADHD, brain injury, relationships, self-esteem, school/career and other life difficulties.
We all want to be heard when something is bothering us. Having someone hear us when we are upset can mean a lot. It can also feel good to have someone to vent to when a day has been long. I am interested in helping you through life's struggles and setting goals for the future. I'm also here to guide and support you through difficult experiences. I am here to listen because sometimes you may need to share when life changes or need help processing what has happened. I want to be there for you even when the day is neither good or bad. I am here.
For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside people through some of the most challenging and meaningful moments of their lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri, my role is not to “fix” anyone — it’s to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your inner strength, and create the changes that matter most to you. I believe that healing doesn’t always come from having the right answers — sometimes, it begins with the right questions, honest reflection, and the courage to show up just as you are.
I am focused on sex therapy, working with people who have gender or identity questioning issues, issues with partners, kink/fetish/swinging related issues, or problems or issues with sex and sexuality. I see individuals, couples, and polycules.
I have both book learning and practical, lived experience in many sex/gender/sexuality issues. I am a member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.
I believe there is no single “right” way to experience desire, identity, or relationships. Therapy with me is an affirming, open-minded space where clients can explore who they are, what they want, and how to move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-acceptance.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in the wilderness, thrifting or browsing rummage sales, and
sharing life with partners and five and a half cats.

My passion is to help individuals explore and begin to understand their mental health by helping them "connect the dots" of their lives. I recognized the importance of delving into the past to illuminate the present and understand the “whys” behind the tangled web of thoughts and actions that shape our daily experiences. I am a very laid back therapist who provides a safe and nurturing space to explore your inner self. Please join me on this journey, where together, we can uncover the hidden truths, “connect the dots,” and have a deeper understanding of life.

Hey, I'm Tina! I've been a licensed therapist for 15 years and I have done tons of work with adolescents and adults. I have supported clients with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, and grief. Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.
Hello, my name is Nicole but I go by Nickie. I have been a licensed therapist for several years. I was born and raised in the state of Missouri. I moved to Washington a year ago. I have spent my adult life helping others and wish to continue doing just that. I work a full time but enjoy providing therapy in my spare time. I have worked with all ages, and active duty Army.
I provide the validation, support, and space to help individuals and families explore their strengths and improve the cycles that make them unhappy. I am action oriented and direct, while leaving space for self-exploration and growth in a warm and nurturing environment.
I counsel individuals, couples, and families and specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, family conflict, divorce, and self esteem issues.
Evening and weekend appointments available for working adults.
I help adults who are exhausted from anxiety that won't shut off, depression that drains all energy, sleepless nights, or chronic pain that's controlling their lives. Many of my clients have been struggling for months or even years, trying different approaches without finding real relief. They're ready for something that actually works.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) because the research is clear: it provides practical strategies that create measurable change, not just insight. I'm particularly trained in CBT for insomnia (CBT-I) and chronic pain (CBT-CP), which means if you're dealing with sleep problems or pain alongside anxiety or depression, I have specialized tools to help.
With over 20 years of experience treating veterans in VA primary care and hospital settings, I've worked with thousands of people facing anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, and trauma. What I've learned: effective therapy requires practical tools you can use immediately, a structured approach that respects your time, and a therapist who genuinely believes you can get better.
I opened my private practice specifically to offer evening and weekend appointments because I know working adults can't always take time off during the day. You shouldn't have to choose between your job and getting help for what's keeping you up at night or draining your energy during the day.
My approach: We identify what's keeping you stuck, build a practical plan with strategies you can use right away, and track progress weekly. The focus is on tangible results: reduced anxiety, improved mood, better sleep, less pain interference in your daily life.
Best fit: Adults ready to actively participate in structured, evidence-based treatment and practice skills between sessions.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and Illinois. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds and in a variety of settings. Life comes with many challenges and we often find ourselves overwhelmed by what has come our way. Together we can identify concerns and find ways to move through life challenges. Through exploring and learning ways to manage emotions, I feel there are opportunities for growth. I believe it is important to identify individual strengths and will guide you towards positive self worth. Whether you are looking for short-term or long-term counseling, I will work with you to achieve a greater self-fulfillment.
Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.

Many of the women I work with are extremely capable and successful in their careers, yet they feel frustrated that food seems to be the one area of life they cannot fully control. Emotional eating often develops as a response to stress, exhaustion, or emotional overload. In our work together we explore the deeper patterns driving these behaviors so you can develop a healthier relationship with food and feel confident in your body again. I also provide specialized coaching programs for clients who want to go deeper into transforming their relationship with food and building sustainable health habits. Using my signature Release It Now!TM 5-Step Process, I help clients heal from the inside out — restoring peace, self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience.
When you heal the emotional roots beneath your behaviors, lasting freedom follows.
