I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping others realize their wholeness and healing through evidence based, trauma informed care. My background is in craniosacral therapy, somatic emotional release, and crisis intervention. I take a holistic person centered approach to therapy, which acknowledges that mental health is influenced by the interconnectedness of a person's physical health, emotional state, social connection and spiritual belief.
