I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts providing teleehealth therapy to adults and parents. I specialize in supporting parents of children (and adults 18+) with complex needs, including autism, neurodiversity and mental health challenges. Additionally, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and stress and live transitions. My work is warm, practical, and collaborative, integrating CBT-informed, trauma-informed and motivational interviewing approaches.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, collaborative conversation to get to know each other and clarify goals for therapy. I will gather relevant background information, discuss presenting concerns, and explore what clients hope to achieve through our work together. We will also review confidentiality, session structure, and any questions about therapy. By the end of the session, clients typically have a clear plan for next steps and a sense of how we can work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are my ability to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment while remaining practical and goal-focused. I excel at collaborating with clients to identify challenges and develop actionable strategies, particularly for parents managing complex family or child-related needs. I am skilled at integrating evidence-based approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing, to tailor therapy to each client’s goals. My experience in both school-based and private practice settings allows me to understand diverse client needs and provide realistic, effective support.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults and parents seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or life transitions. I also work with parents of children with complex needs, including autism, behavioral and mental challenges who want practical strategies, emotional support, and guidance in navigating school and care systems.
