My practice was created to help adults dealing with depression, anxiety and needing guidance with adjusting to to a change in quality of life. I hope to help individuals find peace needed to have more control over their lives and confidently overcome challenges. My goal is to help you understand “you” as well as focus on developing your internal and external strengths.

I hold a Masters from Assumption University (Counseling Psychology) and PhD from the University of Connecticut (Educational Psychology) and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults struggling with the stress and anxiety of life's challenges. While not all problems may be completely solvable, I believe there is always a path toward self-improvement, healing, and overall wellbeing.
Appointments are available outside of 8-5 working hours starting as late as 7 pm! It takes courage to reach out for help when you struggle or feel stuck.
