I am a licensed professional counselor who is a Christian. I understand how important it is to have a Christian counselor. If this is something you want to integrate into your counseling process I am able to do this and can use the Bible and your relationship with God to help you with whatever struggles you have. Integrating God and your beliefs is not a requirement to have counseling, but it is something I can offer. You can be yourself without fear of judgment when working with me. I respect your faith and denominational differences. I don’t have an agenda nor am I preachy.
I strive to assist clients with bouncing back from life experiences such as trauma, identity/ spiritual issues and parenting. I provide support and encouragement for working on goals that address topics such as strategies for surviving trauma, healthy ways to manage anxiety and depression, tools for building self-esteem, and more. Just because you are a Christian doesn't mean you don't suffer from depression, anxiety, stress, etch…
Hi, I’m Rosalind , I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a strong background in providing counseling in therapeutic spaces within Hospitals, Inpatient Substance Abuse centers, Outpatient Mental Health Clinics and Private Practice. At this point I have now provided therapy to a variety of ages and populations across the spectrum. I offer a unique and authentic experience in order to help you learn what’s behind the surface of issues .
My name is Willard and I am a licensed counselor in several states. My practice primarily focuses on helping others deal with ambiguity. Often our thoughts and subsequently what we teach ourselves becomes rigid and fairly black and white. Using a pragmatic and authentic approach to therapy I help others to be okay with things that are beyond their control and work with them to establish themselves as the protagonist in their own story. This is primarily accomplished through conversation and allowing you the client to guide the therapy in the direction it needs to go.
I have provided counseling & therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including schools, group homes, residential treatment facilities, in-office, in-home and virtually.
I earned my B.A. in Psychology from The College of Wooster in 2001. In 2003, after working for 2 years at a non-profit in Washington, DC, I joined the staff of HB Woodlawn Secondary Program, in Arlington, VA, as a counseling assistant and college counselor for students in 6th – 12th grade.
In 2006, I moved to Philadelphia, PA, and earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology & School Counseling from Rosemont College in 2009. During my two practicum experiences, I worked primarily with children and adolescents with a variety of behavioral and mental health issues. I was a guidance counselor at Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, where I provided counseling for students struggling with depression, anxiety, and school or family issues. I was also a therapist at St. Francis St. Joseph Homes for Children, where I provided group, family and individual counseling for homeless or displaced boys who often needed support for trauma and grief.
Since 2009, I have provided therapy in both a Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) in Portsmouth, VA, and as an independent counselor providing in-office and in-home services in San Antonio, TX and Gambrills, MD. At the RTF, I was a co-leader of the Young Women’s Center, which specialized in intensive care for girls aged 12-18 who required treatment for mood disorders, depression, trauma, anxiety & PTSD. Independently, I've worked virtually with children, adults, blended families, as well as military families & veterans.
In 2016, I graduated with a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP) in the state of Virginia. Previously, I have provided both individual and group therapy for non-profit agencies as well as worked as a crisis therapist. I am here to help you live the life you deserve. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome all people to my practice. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, and stress management.

Hi there! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker -Clinical. I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. I have 9 years of experience providing clinical services to adults, families, and children. In my practice, I use a stregth based approach to help adults who struggle with managing the complexities of life - home, family, and career.
Let’s be real, starting the search for a therapist is a big deal, and I don’t take that lightly. If you’ve made it this far, I want you to know I’m already rooting for you. My name is Mileyni Rivera, and I work primarily with young adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break.
I believe therapy should feel like a supportive, collaborative space where you can drop the mask, be yourself, and talk honestly about what’s been weighing on you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation because it’s such a powerful tool for understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. But I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach so I also draw from other methods depending on your needs, goals, and personality.
At my core, I’m down to earth, curious, and genuinely invested in helping you reconnect with your strengths. My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and build practical skills you can actually use outside of our sessions. Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or quick fixes; it’s about creating space to explore, heal, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Florida since 2021. I am also currently licensed in Massachusetts and Colorado. I attended Rivier College for my BA and University of New Hampshire for my MSW. I have worked in multiple settings, including healthcare, hospice , adoption, addiction, and general outpatient mental health and relationships.
Hi I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I received my Master's Degree in 2010 from Loyola University and have been seeing clients since then . I especially enjoy helping adults deal with stressful transitions and challenges in life. My goal is to help clients gain insight and understanding about their challenges so that we together can find helpful solutions.
Often, we all go through difficult times. Times of despair, painful circumstances, and distress; Situations that many times affect our peace of mind and our relationships with ourselves and others. Sometimes, we even question the purpose of our lives because we feel like there is no purpose for what we are going through. As a caring clinician, I allow and encouraged my client to create a space for healing, where they feel in control of choosing their own path to freedom and sense of control.
I am Ketty - licensed clinical therapist. Also a Black female and first generation American of Caribbean descent - if you know, you know. And I am here for all your stories because they deserve to be heard, and you deserve to be seen. In the last few years, I have had the opportunity to practice in diverse settings and at various levels of care, and I have found myself the most at home and energized supporting clients on their journey to self-discovery. I have had first hand experience with the challenges and added barriers that one may encounter simply existing as a person of color: at work, at school, and at home. From generations of unresolved trauma, to attachment ruptures and dysfunctional family dynamics to endless systemic challenges, you deserve a safe space for healing.
Glow Up came to be from a passion of mine to educate, heal and empower others to embrace their whole life story. An opportunity to refine the values and boundaries that allow you to experience the genuine beauty of relationships on your terms, and reconcile the painful experiences and devastating memories into intentional, purposeful and "whole" living.
Using a trauma-informed approach as well as attachment based and emotion focused interventions, we work together to identify your needs and your goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan that works for you. I am committed to providing you with the space to heal and thrive, to make use of humor and compassion, and to remain authentic and present every step of the way.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Virginia and LCSWC in Maryland. I received my Masters from Virginia Commonwealth University and have been practicing for over 20 years. My history and background is inclusive of treating adults with specialty population of veterans and persons that have experienced trauma. I work one on one with adults struggling with stress with regards to self worth challenges, recovery from toxic relationships, navigating the complexities of co-parenting or healing after relationship break up or divorce . I treat the individual while considering their whole health needs and help them to heal and become the best version of themselves. For clarification, I do not specialize in couples work or family- based therapy, I work on one on with individuals only.
First of all, I love what I do and to witness the positive changes clients make in their lives as a result of choosing therapy to help them accomplish what they want. Often the goal is to achieve symptom relief so as to not be overwhelmed by anxiety, mood disorders or be better able to manage the challenges of ADHD. Sometimes there is not a specific outcome identified but a need for ongoing support for dealing with life transitions or difficult people. Sometimes clients use therapy as a confidential sounding board where they can talk to an objective outsider about situations and sort out their perspective. I offer various ways to see and respond to situations that might otherwise not be considered. Your opinion as a client is the most important one and I will also honestly provide mine when asked for. I believe therapy can actually be something that you can look forward to and an opportunity to learn new skills to use long after you discontinue, and we can even have some fun and laughs along the journey.
I am the wife of a Retired Combat Veteran and a mother to four beautiful children. I understand the complexities of being separated from your spouse for extended periods and feeling alone in the relationship and raising the children. Even the most well-prepared and successful person can find themselves wondering how things became so complicated, messy, or challenging, and feel at a loss when it comes to what to do to put the pieces back together. People have been shaped and molded by their past experiences, both good and bad. Often, people feel drawn to focus on the bad experiences, leading to pain and struggles of many kinds.

Hi, I’m Dr. Josh Gonsher, a licensed clinical psychologist with a warm, down-to-earth approach to healing. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, worry, and stress—not by fighting their symptoms, but by creating a new internal landscape where those struggles no longer take center stage.
My approach is grounded in Contextual Therapy. I don’t just help clients “fix” thoughts or behaviors—I work with them to build a more meaningful life, one where old patterns and problems naturally begin to lose their grip. It’s about shifting the frame, not just adjusting the picture.

My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), coaching, and positive psychology to reframe trauma narratives, foster self-discovery, and disrupt patterns of depression, anxiety, and re-traumatization. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or cycles of stress and overwhelm, I provide a safe space where healing begins.
