I create a safe and accepting space for you to openly share your thoughts, feelings and challenges as well as your hopes and dreams. Life can be extremely stressful and difficult to navigate your way through on your own, and I will assist you in letting go of the struggles, the holding onto past hurts and regrets, learning new skills to create the space for the present moment with more calm, balance and compassion I provide tools and strategies designed to unhook you from your busy mind, and all its stories it tells you that are upsetting, triggering and disempowering. When you learn how to unhook from disempowering thoughts and realign back into the present moment, you have just stepped into your power, as the present moment is where you can make conscious choices in how you want to be and show up in the world. I enjoy seeing my clients become their authentic selves, overcoming their past, their negative thinking, and their fears and deliberately create the life they want.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

When my clients leave a session with me they feel validated and accepted, supported and encouraged. They leave with tools and skills that can be incorporated into their daily lives between sessions. They are provided with techniques to tap into positive and renewing feelings which are necessary in order to solve difficult and long standing problems, as Einstein said, "We cannot solve our problem with the same thinking we used when we created them."

My biggest strengths are seeing the pure potential and natural gifts in my clients. I will shine this projection onto you, so that you will become aware of your natural gifts and positive qualities, empowering you to move forward in the belief in yourself. I love to provide practical tools and skills that will be of benefit to my clients, you will leave sessions with simple tools that you can use in your daily life designed to create more mental/ emotional space and increase sense of well being.
