I create a safe and accepting space for you to be yourself, openly share your thoughts, feelings and challenges as well as your goals, hopes and dreams. Life is stressful and difficult to navigate your way through on your own, and I will be there for you unconditionally; to support you, to encourage you, and to assist you in learning how to to let go of the struggles, the past hurts and regrets, the things that are holding you back from living the full and meaningful life you were meant to live. I will teach you the skills most were never taught that allow you to live that life. I provide tools, techniques and strategies designed to unhook you from your busy mind, and all its stories it tells you that are upsetting, triggering and disempowering. When you learn how to unhook and let go of disempowering thoughts and realign back into the present moment, back to the YOU you truly are, you step into your power, as the present moment is where you make conscious choices in how you want to be and show up in the world, instead of letting your thoughts and uncomfortable feelings make that choices for you.
During our first session I want to hear all about you; your family of origin upbringing and the challenges or benefits that gave you, your current life situation, your strengths and your struggles and what you are needing help with; why you are here at this time.
My biggest strengths are seeing the pure potential and natural gifts in my clients. I will shine this projection onto you, so that you will become aware of your natural gifts and positive qualities, empowering you to move forward in the belief in yourself. I love to provide practical tools and skills that will be of benefit to my clients, you will leave sessions with simple tools that you can use in your daily life designed to create more mental/ emotional space and increase sense of well being.
I am here to serve those adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, lack of motivation or self confidence and those that lack direction in life.
