Hi, I’m Melanie. Do you feel tired all the time, burned out, and detached from your loved ones? Are you constantly nervous or worried? Have you experienced a trauma that just keeps on replaying in your mind or in your dreams? I help people manage depression, anxiety, sleep, and/or work through trauma. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to feeling like yourself again. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, sleep disturbances, cycles of anxiety and depression, or trauma, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's put in this work together! You got this!
Clients can expect me as their therapist to complete a thorough intake assessment and start discussing treatment goals. I will answer any questions they may have and provide my clinical insights as to how therapy may help them. Clients typically leave the session with at least 1-2 things they can start working on out of session.
