Hi, I’m Keira, a therapist for women who are tired of overthinking, feeling stuck, and carrying everything on their own. You might be high-functioning in your day-to-day life, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve tried to “figure it out” on your own, but keep running into the same patterns. I specialize in insight-oriented therapy—helping you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why. Together, we’ll look at the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, relationships, and emotions so you can create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you see things from new angles, challenge what’s not working, and support you in building a stronger, more grounded sense of self. I work best with clients who are open to self-reflection and interested in understanding themselves on a deeper level. If you’re looking for a space to explore, gain insight, and make lasting changes, we’ll likely be a good fit.

Hi there! I’m Ayana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an MSW degree. As a Christian therapist, I specialize in helping Black and African-American women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, spirituality, and stress. There are times when we find ourselves on autopilot, in a state of being that is mundane, overwhelming, and monotonous. If you are feeling stuck and want more out of life, I'm here to assist with setting goals, overcoming limiting beliefs, and developing appropriate coping skills that will propel you forward in life. I use a combination approach that includes mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and person-centered therapies. These techniques help with grounding and appreciating the present moment while identifying belief patterns that are a hindrance. My services are offered on an easily accessible virtual platform, making it convenient for you to receive the support you need from the comfort of your own space. I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous and empowering step towards improving your overall mental well-being. You have already taken the right step by seeking out a qualified therapist, and I want you to know that I am here for you. Together, we can work on creating a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with your true self. Outside of my professional life, I value spirituality and the strength it brings to the healing process. I am passionate about helping my clients find balance and peace in their lives. If you're ready to embark on this journey towards better mental health, let's connect and start this transformative process together.

One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I applaud you on taking this first step in investing in your growth and personal development. Sometimes, we are faced with major life changes or challenges that alter our perspective on life, which directly impact our mental, emotional, and social well-being. By promoting a safe, judgement free, and shame free environment, my aim is to allow you the freedom to explore your experiences with a sense of curiosity, compassion, openness, and acceptance. I believe that seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-love. Choosing to care for yourself in this way is a meaningful step, even when it feels challenging. I see therapy as a collaborative process. You bring your experience, and I bring guidance, skills, and support. The work we do together is about understanding yourself more fully, finding ways to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, and creating lasting change that feels authentic and meaningful to you. Therapy can help you feel better, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper, more compassionate connection with yourself and others. In our work together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, relationships, cultural background, and life patterns influence how you feel and show up in the world. I pay attention to how your body, emotions, and the social and gendered aspects of your life play a role, helping you connect mind and body while gaining insight into what drives your patterns.

Hi, I’m Alexis! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia with several years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, life transitions, and difficult family or relationship dynamics. You may be feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by your thoughts, uncertain about a relationship, or frustrated by patterns that keep repeating. You may also be functioning well on the outside while privately struggling to manage your mood, past experiences, or the expectations placed on you. Therapy can provide a place to slow down, understand what is happening, and begin making meaningful changes. My experience includes community-based care, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, nonprofit organizations, residential treatment, and private practice. I use evidence-based approaches including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other trauma-informed and attachment-based interventions. Your treatment will be tailored to your needs rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach. I earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Religion, a Master of Social Work, and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Georgia. I am currently completing my Doctorate degree and also serve as a part-time Assistant Professor, helping prepare future social work professionals. My style is warm, authentic, engaging, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in therapy while also receiving honest feedback, practical tools, and support in working toward the changes that matter to you.

I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower clients to better understand their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I integrate several therapeutic modalities in my work, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based approaches. Through these methods, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful or “stuck” beliefs related to past experiences, strengthen personal motivation for growth, and develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they explore difficult emotions and experiences. Together, we work to develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate healthier perspectives that support long-term well-being. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are navigating trauma, stress, life transitions, and mood or anxiety-related concerns. Whether you are seeking to process past experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, or build new coping strategies, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and personal growth.

In Therapy, I operate with the belief that my clients are the experts in their life and I am the professional. We work together to maximize clients reaching their goals in therapy. I rely on the client's expertise in their life experiences as much as they rely on my professional knowledge, compassion and skill sets in therapeutic sessions. I know my clients possess an inner strength and resiliency that promotes the groundwork for therapy. My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well. I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons. With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia. I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with experience helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create more intentional, balanced lives. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether that’s in relationships, life transitions, or their own internal dialogue. Many clients enter into therapy feeling uncertain, disconnected, or weighed down by stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences. Through our work together, clients begin to feel more grounded, more clear, and more in control of their lives. They learn how to set boundaries without guilt, manage their emotions with confidence, and show up in their relationships in a way that feels more authentic and aligned. My clients often leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, a deeper understanding of their needs, and the ability to move through life with greater peace, clarity, and intention.

Hello, I am Shaqueena. Are you tired of being tired? Do you feel that no one understands your situation or that no one can relate? Are you unsure if therapy is right for you? If you are here, then that means that you are ready and motivated to make some changes in your life. Seeking help can sometimes be tough, which is why I believe that we all experience things in our life that goes beyond our ability to cope and when that happens we need a little more assistance. As a licensed professional counselor, my ultimate goal is to first normalize seeking assistance by decreasing the stigma on mental health. In doing so, my goal is to assist individuals in their healing process, to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves and to help individuals to see that life is completely what you make it. My preference for treatment is to utilize a trauma-informed approach in addition to CBT, EMDR and Choice/Reality Therapy.

My name is Erika Cuttray, I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Georgia. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014 shadowing and preparing to become a therapist. I am a graduate of Savannah State University School of Social Work in Savannah Georgia where I started my career. I started my work as a therapist intern at a psychiatric facility, graduated, and went on to become a child therapist. During that time I worked with families and their children, dealing with all types of issues from divorce to childhood traumas. Additionally, I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults in crisis coming from acute and psychiatric settings. In the past, I worked as a therapist on teenage girl units, and the autism unit as well as younger children and older boys. I was afforded the opportunity to assess children and adolescents in times of crisis and process unexpected life challenges. I worked with a team of qualified individual's severe and persistent mental illnesses through clinical assessments, risk assessments, intake assessments, and client evaluations. The main form of treatment modalities I like to utilize is cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, I also utilize mindfulness, solution-focused and client-centered tactics. We will discuss strengthening communication and working as a team in therapy. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, lay out expectations, and help you utilize tools that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Working together we can achieve a great outcome for your life. Not just for today, but for the long haul. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me.
