I received my masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology at Brenau University in Gainesville, GA in 2017. I specialize in treating anxiety-related disorders and also specialize in working with attachment-based patterns and behaviors. I also have experience in working with OCD using ERP therapy, treating Repetitive Body-Focused Behaviors (hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting), and phobias. I use an integrative approach with adult clients to tailor therapy to best fit each individual client's needs.

I have been in the field of social services for almost 20 years, focusing mainly on child welfare. For the past 10 years, I have been a Clinical Social Worker. Hello! I’m a licensed mental health counselor, licensed in both WA and GA. I received my MA in psychology counseling in 2004 and have worked as a school based counselor before entering into my private practice in 2010. I enjoy partnering with clients to uncover the roots of maladaptive thinking. Once there is awareness and understanding healing can blossom. I love Jesus and acknowledge He is the source of our healing. I have a solid church family, a wonderful husband, beautiful daughter and two sons. I have found this method to be very successful with clients.
