I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), health/wellness coach, and mental health advocate passionate about helping others become their authentic selves. I have 15 years of experience working with youth, families, and adults in various community, school-based, and clinical settings. I utilize a strengths based approach to empower others to practice the courage and vulnerability to first love themselves. I am a big proponent of radical self-love and the connection between mind, body, and soul. I wholeheartedly believe that truly loving ourselves is the key to overcoming shame & perfectionism and to building confidence and long-lasting change.
I help to bridge the gap between traditional psychotherapy and deep somatic healing. I integrate clinical interventions with Yoga Nidra, an evidence-based, deeply restorative mindfulness practice designed to release stored stress and emotions and rewire the nervous system.

Are you tired of being judged for not doing things the “normal” way? Has the world attempted to dim your light? If you are looking for a space that is fun, nonjudgmental, the ability to be yourself then come see me as I take pride in being apart of others’ journey. I wont lie and say that change is easy, change is messy, but I am willing to be messy with you.
Hello, I am Viktoria.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own.
There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish.
Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.

Are you a woman who is feeling down and have little interest or pleasure in doing things you normally do? Do you feel tired or have little energy or so restless that it is hard to sit still and relax? Are you easily annoyed or irritable? If you answer yes to any or all of these questions, then you may be experiencing some depression and anxiety. But I have good news for you! I work exclusively with women only who are experiencing Depression and Anxiety. These conditions are treatable through talk therapy sessions and can often resolve in the short-term. Therapy does not have to be a long-term process and often you can achieve the goals you set for yourself within a matter of months.

Therapy provides an opportunity to wonder about experiences, emotions, and desires that we may not otherwise have space to explore. This process can deepen our insight into the impact of personal history on our current behavioral and emotional patterns, allowing us a greater sense of self and choice in our lives and relationships.
In the course of psychotherapy, we will create a space of non-judgmental curiosity, including space for creativity, playfulness, and humor.
I help my patients develop and strengthen their ability to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges so that they can live a more meaningful, mindful, and enjoyable life.
I encourage my patients to work hard to grow and change, achieving the life they desire. I seek to develop a caring and supportive relationship with all my patients.
You are a unique human being. There is no "one size fits all" therapy. Let's talk and see if I am the right fit to help you reach the goals you want for yourself.

Hey there, my name is Amelia,
By taking a compassionate and warm approach, I help my clients heal from the past and make meaningful change in the present. My priority is to build authentic, honest relationships with my clients. Through building a trusting relationship, my hope is that you feel comfortable to explore your emotions and unpack past experiences that may be hindering you in your present life. I believe therapy should be engaging, supportive, and responsive.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
Hi, I am Georgia and I am of Caribbean heritage. I initally began my career in technical problem-solving in the fields of Environmental Science and Engineering, but my deeper calling was always in helping people navigate their own challenges. While working as an engineer, I served my church community as a lay counselor and intercessor, which sparked a growing passion for more meaningful, people-centered work. That calling led me to pursue a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I haven’t looked back since. Today, I serve as both a private practice clinician and a workplace mental health consultant and trainer. This work allows me to blend my analytical skills with a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing—and I truly feel I’ve found my purpose.
Hi! I’m Brittany Benton, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University and have dedicated my career to working alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
I believe therapy should be a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly seen and heard. Whether we’re exploring past experiences, addressing current stressors, or setting future goals, I strive to meet each client with warmth, empathy, and curiosity. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in a strengths-based approach that honors your unique story and potential for growth.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I was born in Brazil, living in America for 30 plus years
I understand you are not doing so well and that's what made you call us.
I have 29 plus years of experience and can assist you in regaining your wellness.
You don't have to do this alone. Let me help you move out of crisis and into a state of tranquility and confidence in your life.
In your sessions, you can expect my undivided attention and practical feedback to start improving your situation and your well being.
Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing, despite feeling worried or unsure, perhaps even hopeful, despite misgivings. Choosing to change is difficult, and you are doing it!! With 26 years of practice, I bring professional expertise, personal understanding, sincerity, warmth and caring to your healing journey. Whether you’re navigating life solo or in a relationship, unresolved childhood trauma can quietly shape your patterns, reactions, and relationships. I help individuals and couples uncover those early wounds and start healing—through psychotherapy grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. Because healing isn’t just talk; it’s nervous system deep. The body keeps the score, but you get to rewrite the story. Let’s create the life you were always meant to live. Not all therapies or therapists are created equal, as you know if you are still struggling with the same issues. Time for a change.
If you want to feel better about yourself, confident, excited about life, build healthier relationships, and become your best self, welcome to creating your best life. Together, we'll integrate Mind/Body/Spirit approaches with classical therapeutic interventions tailored to your unique needs.

My name is David Patrick, LCSW. I have 14 years of experience dealing with a wide array of topics that bring people to therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I see myself and my clients as friends on a journey of discovery about themselves. I do not lead, nor allow myself to be led, I believe we are equals. I listen intently and make suggestions and sometimes assign homework when appropriate. Remember, there are 168 hours in a typical week, and most people only see their therapist for one hour, leaving 167 hours outside the weekly session to practice and explore questions and see if the new results are present. I see us as equals and occasionally I will make suggestions, but ultimately this is a time of discovery for the individual and it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.
