Hi!
I'm Gaby, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and mother of three. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, or family stressors. I understand both professionally and personally that life can be overwhelming at times, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, sharing your story, and working toward meaningful change.
I have several years of experience supporting children and families navigating complex life circumstances, including trauma, crisis situations, and involvement with the child welfare system. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported while also being encouraged to take active steps toward growth and healing.
I am passionate about helping people build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and feel more confident in managing life's challenges. Whether you're looking for support for yourself, your child, or your family, I work alongside clients to identify strengths, develop practical tools, and create lasting positive change.
Fun fact: I often use the same simple coping skills and mindset strategies in my own daily life that I teach my clients—because sometimes the smallest changes can make the biggest difference.

Hi there, I’m Nathalie.
Life comes with many obstacles. The goal is to enhance one’s coping skills by focusing on one’s strengths and reflect on our emotions. We cannot change certain life events or people’s behaviors however, we can work on our social emotional intelligence and strengthen our self-esteem as part of life’s journey. There are no quick fixes to therapy as it is a process.
I help children and adults navigate life’s challenges by targeting short and long term goals with clear measurable objectives. Mental health is similar to physical health which is part of our overall health. Mental health targets our brain health which drives us. I will be your guide to bring out the gifts you already possess. We do our best with what we know as a form of protection to survive. I will provide support and a safe space to address your life’s challenges.

Hi, I’m Mercedes Harrison, and I believe therapy should be more than just talking about what’s going on—it should help you understand yourself, recognize patterns, and feel more equipped to move forward.
Do you ever leave therapy feeling like you talked a lot, but still aren’t fully sure what you’re working on or how to actually move forward? Many people know they’re struggling but have a hard time putting words to their emotions, recognizing patterns, or understanding why they keep getting stuck in the same cycles.
In my work with clients, I believe therapy can feel more meaningful when you’re able to actually see, organize, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is for you to leave each session with tangible tools, practical insight, and personalized resources that you can continue using and reflecting on outside of therapy.
I want therapy to be a space where you not only feel heard, but also gain clarity, understanding, and tools that support you in creating meaningful change.

Everyone in life (including therapists at times) need someone to talk to in order to help resolve problems, manage stress, process trauma or enhance coping skills. I utilize trauma stabilization and reprocessing strategies, cognitive-behavioral techniques as well as person-centered and solution focused techniques. I believe everyone has the tools inside them to achieve their goals; it is just about unlocking them and utilizing them.

Hi, I’m Chelse. I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to navigate life’s heaviest seasons alone. With a Master’s from the University of West Georgia and seven years of clinical experience, I’ve dedicated much of my career to supporting individuals of all ages as they heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Whether you're dealing with an eating disorder or just feeling overwhelmed by life, I'm here to help you find your footing - without any judgment.
Whether you are a parent watching your child struggle or an adult trying to find your own way forward, I want you to know you're not alone. I work with children, teens, and adults (ages 6 and up), creating a space where you can let your guard down and just be heard. My goal isn't just to listen, though - it’s to give you real, proven tools to handle heavy emotions, break out of frustrating ruts, and finally feel like yourself again.
A good therapy relationship starts with trust, but it also requires the right expertise. While I treat a range of challenges - including depression, anger, and the messy transitions that kids face growing up - my primary focus is supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we’ll focus on building practical strategies that fit your actual life, empowering you or your family to move past the survival phase and find real, lasting relief.

Hello. I am a caregiver by nature and have worked in many roles in healthcare. I love helping and healing. I often use art therapy techniques in therapy that heal by putting things on paper to make thoughts and feelings tangible, so we can see them, touch them and wrap our mind around it and what heals. I was born into a musical family and see how music can be a powerful tool to heal, to manage and to cope. My practice is grounded in proven strategies and most of my clients do get better. Therapy works. I have seen it thousands of times at this point in my career. I can only hope that what has helped others will help you meet your therapy goals too.
