My name is Keisha Williams. I am human, and I understand that challenges occur in our lives when we least expect it. I am a firm believer that everyone goes though "ups" and "downs"/"negatives" and "positives" at different times in their lives. It is natural to experience these feelings; however, please know that you don't have to stay "down". You can and will bounce back and be better than you were before.

Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep. I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people. I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.

Hello, friends. Are you emotionally exhausted due to ongoing conflicts in life? Moreover, are you utterly overwhelmed while trying to secure a meaningful connection with family or loved ones? If so, you are not alone. Several children maintain the notion that "parents just don't understand." Conversely, many parents believe their children are mentally and emotionally disconnected from family. If this sounds like your case. . .I am extending my "virtual" hand. Let us work together to overcome issues that have long stopped you and your family from being happy, healthy, and whole. My name is Dr. Austin, LCSW, and I assist children and families in their efforts to create a communal living environment where families thrive, not merely survive. I believe in establishing a safe, judgment-free therapeutic setting where all are treated with unconditional positive regard.

I have been working in the helping professions for over 15 years. Having seen how trauma can affect so many of us, I focused on learning ways to help others get through the trauma and live healthy, fulfilled and value based lives. I am here to help you on your journey to finding your own Inner Sun. I use a blend of brain and body based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My primary modality is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy), based on the Adaptive Information Processing model. Neuroscience and studies on Neuroplasticity are baring out that the mind can heal itself. Old pathways and negative memories can be updated with new adaptive information. EMDR uses eye movements and other forms of physical tapping and Bi-Lateral stimulation to help the brain process old stuck memories and trauma. Not just for Big Trauma's like car accidents, it can help with many issues from the past, present and perceived future concerns including PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety and more specific issues such as religious abuse, shame, guilt and pain management.

I have 12 years of clinical experience working with teens, young adults and adults. In addition to working with common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, etc., I have broader experience working with children of divorce, trauma, grief and LGBTQAI+ populations. We all have a fundamental need to feel known, cared for and understood and I am honored to have a career in which I can be that person for others. The therapeutic process is hard to explain and better to be experienced. As we feel known, cared for and understood by not only another but with time, ourselves, it’s a special kind of magic that can bring about deep healing and shifts. A little bit about me; I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and have also lived in Boston, Massachusetts and Boulder, Colorado. I am now back home, married and a mother of two wild and wonderful boys. Some things that I love are music, nature, hidden gems, good food, deep talks, movies, a good workout, and adventure!

My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build insight, stability, and long‑term resilience. I am completing an APA‑accredited doctoral internship in a large integrated healthcare system, where I receive supervised training across trauma recovery, inpatient mental health, and neuropsychological assessment. This includes experience with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), crisis stabilization, diagnostic clarification, and cognitive evaluations for conditions such as TBI, dementia, and complex medical presentations. My clinical work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence‑based approaches. I integrate structured assessment, clear case conceptualization, and practical skills to help clients navigate PTSD, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and life transitions. I am committed to providing care that is compassionate, culturally aware, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. My goal is to create a safe, steady therapeutic space where clients can explore their concerns, strengthen coping abilities, and move toward meaningful personal growth. As a seasoned therapist, I have experience working with a broad range of mental health and life challenges. I believe effective therapy begins with creating a safe, respectful environment where clients can explore their concerns, ask meaningful questions, and discover practical answers that lead to positive, lasting change. My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while recognizing that every client is unique. When appropriate, I incorporate other therapeutic modalities and techniques to meet the individual needs, goals, and circumstances of each person. My practice includes marriage and family counseling, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, concerns related to aging, workplace and career challenges, conflict resolution and mediation, and faith-based counseling when requested. I welcome individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and with a wide variety of concerns. My goal is not simply to help clients manage their symptoms, but to help them develop healthier coping skills, gain greater self-understanding, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose. I also value collaboration. Over the years, I have developed a network of physicians, mental health professionals, and spiritual advisors whose knowledge and perspective I can draw upon when it may benefit a client. I believe good therapy sometimes means recognizing when additional expertise or a different perspective is needed. Most importantly, I believe therapy is about the client—not the therapist. If a client or I determine that I am not the best fit for their particular needs, I will do everything I can to help them find a professional who is better suited to assist them. My priority is always helping the client receive the care that gives them the best opportunity to heal, grow, and move forward.

Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 50, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and professional life. I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose, because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change. Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.

I'm Sherae Green, LMHC, CCTP, founder of Healing Roots Therapy, where I specialize in **trauma, women's mental health, and helping adults navigate life's challenges**. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves, recognizing how past experiences influence our present, and challenging patterns that no longer serve us. My approach is direct, collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, balancing compassion with accountability to support lasting growth. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and cultural identity issues. I have a particular passion for supporting women, especially BIPOC women, navigating the intersection of personal experiences, cultural expectations, relationships, and systemic stressors. Whether you're processing painful experiences, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to reconnect with yourself, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences and gain clarity. Recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and attachment-based interventions. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs, with an emphasis on developing self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, establishing healthy boundaries, and building practical coping skills. **My approach emphasizes active participation, self-reflection, and personal accountability.** Therapy is more than discussing challenges; it's about understanding underlying patterns, exploring new perspectives, and applying what you learn outside of sessions. I'll support you while also encouraging you to challenge beliefs and behaviors that may be limiting your growth. Ultimately, my goal is to help you move beyond survival mode and build a life rooted in emotional wellness, authenticity, confidence, and empowerment. Healing doesn't mean erasing your past; it means learning to move forward without allowing it to define your future. If you're ready to actively invest in your healing and personal growth, I look forward to working with you.

Hi, I am Kamala, a FL and GA LMHC. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University in 2003 and my master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I have worked as a mental health counselor for five years. However, I have been in the field of helping people for 18 years, starting as a case manager at a homeless shelter and later as a special education teacher. What can I can say? People are my niche. Helping individuals get through life's difficulties is my purpose. The thing about it is, we may not be able to live 100% symptom-free, but we can live productive, fulfilling lives even with some discomfort. That may sound daunting, but I think it's realistic. Do you know why? Because even when we get through one thing, another thing is somewhere on the timeline waiting. I'm here to help you get through your "thing" now and prepare you for your "thing" later. Hope to meet you soon.

I have several years of experience treating individuals, families, and adolescents using a holistic, empathic, and trauma-informed approach. Watching friends and family struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with these difficulties from a place of understanding, patience, and empathy. I received a BA in psychology first, which led to obtaining a substance abuse certificate. I gained experience working with families and individuals and, after some time, I was ready to further my education and obtained a Master of Social Work. This helped me expand my clinical skills and learn more targeted therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychoanalytical care, and art therapy. I found these approaches are a great synthesis of neuroscience, trauma, and creativity.

I practice an integrative, relational approach in counseling while operating from a holistic (mind-body-spirit) framework. I’ll join clients in their unique journey and encourage the use of effective mind-body practices (e.g., tapping and bilateral stimulation), communication tools, and reflective skills that embody responsibility and intentionality. While building a genuine therapeutic relationship, I both encourage and challenge clients to create more authenticity and alignment in their own lives. I bring insight and intentionality to the process while sharing experience, strength, and hope.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone. My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained. As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, strength's based and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations. If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
