Many of my clients are high-achieving people who have spent years holding everything together on the outside while privately struggling with alcohol, substances, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, or burnout. My journey in helping others meet their mental health goals began at Westfield State College in 2004, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor in social work. After raising 2 children I returned to what had become Westfield State University and completed my masters degree in one year with the goal of becoming a clinical therapist. Since that time I have worked with clients from 12-90 get the support they need.
