Hi, I'm Denise and I have been a therapist for over 10 years. In our first session, I will begin to take a full history of what you feel is the reason for seeking help today. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I know that many people initially feel anxious meeting a new therapist and I always work to make you feel comfortable.
