To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.

My name is Judy Jordan and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with over 20 years years of professional experience in counseling with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I took an evening course in Psychology 5 when starting school, and by the end of it , I knew I wanted to become a therapist. I was drawn to understanding people on a deeper level and helping them through their struggles. With support from my dad, I left my job and went back to school starting from scratch. I loved every minute of learning and felt more certain with each class that I was on the right path. My dedication paid off...I earned straight A's and received the Academic Achievement Award in Psychology. More importantly I found a sense of purpose in supporting others on their mental health journeys.

Exhausted by the way you think about yourself? We are often (if not always) our own worst enemies. Whether this pattern has caused you problems with guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, addiction or you name it - the starting point is generally the same. When we embark on the project of therapy you will be asked to put your painful thoughts and feelings into words. As the process unfolds, the strength and fervor used to overthink and condemn yourself will become accessible to use productively in reaching your goals.
"Can she help me?" -
A question you maybe asking yourself as you move through profile after profile, browsing bio after bio. Everything you are going through in your life right now, has brought you to this very point- where you have run out of solutions, options and ideas. You have tried everything you know so far. You're here, hoping to find a professional who not only understands you, but can also help you figure out how to redirect your life in a way that will be the most aligned, to what you want it to be.
THIS is a moment worthy of pride.
The fact that you are looking for help at all, says that you are someone who wants something better, something different. That you are not content with adjusting to struggle but you want to do what you can to elevate your life to a level that you feel good about.
You're doing your part on working on yourself.
How about I tell you what part I can play so you don't have to do that alone?

Hello, I am Kathleen.
Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward?
Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful.
Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others.
In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Hello and welcome,
I’m Dr. Ramon Coronado, a licensed clinical social worker and graduate school educator with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I want to thank you for taking the courageous step to begin therapy—it’s a meaningful investment in your well-being, growth, and healing.
My approach is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and evidence-based practices. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and work toward your goals. Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, identity, or transitions, we’ll work collaboratively to find strategies that support your unique journey.
Hi, I’m Lainie Popp. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness-based approaches. I help adults who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and self-criticism learn how to feel more calm, present, and less overwhelmed in their daily lives. My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive, focused on helping you understand yourself with compassion and feel more comfortable in your own mind and body.
I really love being a therapist, and it’s so rewarding to support people on their journeys of self-discovery. In many ways, I get to give back the same kind of support that therapy gave me. Over time, I’ve come to see that things like anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or struggles in relationships and careers often show up when something’s off in the mind-body-spirit connection.
I’ve been through my own path of growth and transformation, and along the way, I picked up some powerful tools that I truly believe can help you find more healing, love, peace, and purpose in your life. In my work, I lean into attachment theory and also explore the deeper, more spiritual aspects of what it means to be human.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cal State University Northridge. Hello, my name is Pak. I am a licensed therapist providing services for individuals in California, Texas, and Nevada.
If you're considering therapy, you're likely facing challenges or difficulties that are impacting your well-being and quality of life. It takes courage to acknowledge these struggles and seek help, and I want you to know that I understand how difficult this can be. I want to help my clients develop meaningful insight that will contribute to better self-awareness and personal growth. I want to help couples strengthen their relationship through better support and communication. I am a true believer in relationships. Healthy relationships will lead to emotional strength, which is ultimately my goal for all my clients.
I hold compassion for those who struggle with OCD: The persistent, unwanted, unpleasant thoughts, the sometimes paralyzing anxiety, the compulsive actions, rituals, ruminations, avoidances meant to neutralize the thoughts. I also have an understanding of how often OCD can be misunderstood, misdiagnosed, and the shame and stigma sufferers sometimes feel. Most of my work involves helping people gain control over their OCD and process traumas including interpersonal abuse from friends, family and coworkers (sometimes related to OCD, unfortunately), adverse childhood experiences, and bullying -- past or present. I also work issues related to OCD, such as body dysmorphia, eating disorders that intersect with their OCD, emetophobia, social anxiety, generalized anxiety.
I am currently licensed in Florida (MT 4081) and in California (MFC 103044) and accept telehealth clients through a secure HIPAA compliant video platform. In addition to OCD and anxiety treatment I provide support to people coping with chronic illness such as cancer and autoimmune disease, self esteem issues, grief and loss.
I welcome neurodivergent people -- many of my clients are autistic or have tic disorders or ADHD diagnoses in addition to some of the other issues detailed above.
I wholeheartedly believe it’s my role as a therapist to assist you in realizing, accessing and cultivating the internal and external resources that you already possess. Stress, conflict, and pain are those given aspects of life. I'll support you in healing, reconnecting and making empowering choices to achieve peace and feel more joy on a daily basis. Together, we will create a safe space for vulnerability and strength; both are needed for change. Our sessions will allow you to move through stuck points in your mind, relationships and environment. My approach is empathic, direct, emotionally supportive and solutions focused.
