Hi there! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in the same cycles especially those who are high-functioning, insightful, and self-aware, yet still feeling disconnected from themselves, their partners, or the life they’re trying to build.
Whether you’re working through emotional stress, communication breakdowns, intimacy concerns, or burnout, my goal is to help you get to the root of what’s really going on not just the surface-level issues. I focus on helping clients understand their emotional and behavioral patterns so they can create supportive, balanced environments at home, at work, and in their relationships that truly reflect their needs.
My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based therapy, with space for deeper self-reflection. I prioritize making sure you feel valued, understood, and supported throughout the process. Together, we build insight, strengthen communication, and develop tools you can actually use in real life. The work we do is about lasting growth, more clarity, more confidence, deeper connection, and relationships that feel healthier, more aligned, and more you.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes work in Child Protective Services and as a medical social worker, which has shaped my compassionate, grounded, and holistic approach to therapy. These experiences have given me a deep respect for the strength people carry,
even during life’s most difficult seasons. I value cultural awareness and honor each client’s unique identity and lived experience. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we focus on meaningful, realistic goals that support emotional well-being and lasting change. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring your concerns, and building on your existing strengths.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and maternal mental health concerns, including the emotional changes that can occur during pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood. I also support clients who are navigating questions around cultural identify, family expectations, and balancing personal values with cultural traditions. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, develop coping strategies and reconnect with their strengths. Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, managing anxiety or depression, or exploring your identity or life direction, therapy can be a space where you feel supported, understood and empowered.
I provide a supportive space where you can slow down and process what you have been experiencing.
I am a licensed therapist (LMFT #140975, LPCC #17040), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
I believe healing can take place when all parts of the self are welcome to sit at the table. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I help clients understand and work directly with their nervous system, building resilience and a felt sense of safety that supports deeper emotional and relational work. This approach can help people dealing with a variety of things such as relationships, complex trauma, PTSD, ADHD, mild to moderate Traumatic Brain Injury, life transitions, optimization of strengths, increasing tolerance for ease/presence, chronic stress, self-image concerns, anxiety, depression, pain management, and more.
I also bring a deep understanding of brain-based differences, including the impacts of trauma and cognitive diversity on the sense of self and relationships. I approach this with a strengths-based, neuro-affirming lens. Rather than viewing individual differences as deficits or damage, I honor the adaptive intelligence of the brain and the ways it reorganizes in response to experience. My goal is not to “fix" neurodivergence, but to help individuals build self-understanding and make space for changes that are important to them.
My work is marked by the integration of mind and body. Therapy with me is not about eliminating parts of you. It is about helping all parts feel heard, understood, and organized in a way that allows you to move forward with greater clarity and an embodied sense of peace.
I’m Danielle Williamson, a trauma‑focused therapist who helps adults move beyond insight and into real, embodied change. I utilize Brainspotting, EMDR, and other modalities because they reach the deeper layers where talk therapy often can’t. My style is warm, collaborative, and paced to your nervous system — no pressure, no judgment, just a grounded space to finally feel unstuck and supported in your healing.

Marjorie is a Spanish language Bilingual Psychotherapist from South America and has been practicing in the USA since 2008 as a MSW provider and since 2012 as a LCSW therapist.
Marjorie graduated with both a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's degree in clinical social work from California State University Los Angeles.
Marjorie works both in her own private practice -focusing on women’s issues and minority populations - and as a Psychiatric Social Worker for a large managed health care organization, helping clients with diverse psychosocial stressors or chronic mood disorders.
Marjorie has extensive experience in social work, advocacy, case management and mental health services for over 18 years.
Marjorie has provided psychotherapy services for adults and children from various cultural backgrounds, she’s sensitive to the linguistic needs of the clients served (Spanish/English).
Areas of focus: Assessment and diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, counseling (short term specific or situational issues), psychotherapy (long term broader range for mental illness) and crisis intervention.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
I have been in the helping professions since 2005 and as a licensed therapist for 16 years. I’ve worked with a variety of clients of different cultures throughout. Early in my training, there was a heavy emphasis on the Western approach to address symptomology, but now as my career and experience have grown, I blend Western approach with Eastern influence, emphasizing the link between the mind and the body, and how trauma lives within the body, not just in our minds.
A bit about me: I’m a true crime junkie, I love painting, bowling, and music in any mood, so trust me when I say there is nothing too weird or too much here. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll walk beside you every step of the way. When you come into the therapy room, I will be warm, welcoming, and real, because therapy can feel intimidating and nobody needs extra pressure on top of what they already carry.

Hi, I am Miriam, a Latina Licensed Therapist with over a decade of experience working with adults as they navigate some of life's most difficult moments. I know first hand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. My name is Christopher, and I believe life can be better than what we have adapted to and gotten used to. Over the years I first began working with the indigent population and there I learned about the connections between substance abuse, mental illness and trauma. I then worked more with addiction when I worked with people struggling to stop substance abuse and once again, I recognized a connection between these behaviors and trauma. Finally, before completing the last stages of earning hours for my license I worked with children and families and noticed the way personal trauma experienced by adults effected parenting and family relationships. Helping people address anxiety and depression symptoms independent of a trauma made improved my abilities who help people that deal with those symptoms along with other trauma indicators.
If something in your life feels unsettled, unclear, or not fully aligned, therapy can offer a space to slow down and make sense of things. Sometimes there’s a clear reason people reach out; other times, it’s just a sense that something isn’t quite right. I often work with independent, self-aware and critical thinking people who are sometimes used to figuring things out on their own, but find that insight alone hasn’t shifted things enough.
Our work isn’t about rushing toward solutions or following a rigid plan. It’s about creating space to explore what’s beneath the surface. The patterns, emotions, and experiences that may still be shaping your relationships, sense of self, or ability to feel grounded. You don’t need to have a clear goal or the “right” words. You’re welcome to come as you are.
My style is warm, present, and engaged grounded in precision and often humor. Together we will build clarity, psychological strength and resilience that supports health, life and growth.
If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out and schedule a session to get started.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and understanding. I partner with clients to explore patterns, build coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My work is informed by trauma-informed care and a holistic perspective that honors each client’s lived experience. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values.
When life's challenges - work, relationships, money troubles, illness or injury become too much to manage, or when the pain of the past pops up when you least expect it to disrupt sleep, or when daily stressors build up and make it hard to cope, that's when more than a friendly ear is needed. That's when a professional can help you heal the compounding effects of life experiences.
If you are seeking long-term relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief or loss, I will help you heal those emotional injuries that compound over a lifetime and make life lose its meaning. And I will empower you to heal the emotional pain that is preventing you from living your best life.
