Hi, I am a Licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I earned my master's in professional counseling through Grand Canyon University and have been practicing for the past 4 years. I help adolescents and adults overcome struggles of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma that hold people back from being the most empowered version of themselves. I work with multiple therapeutic interventions to help my clients reach their counseling goals.
Hello, I am Mark Levine, a licnensed professional counselor based in Arizona. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows inidviduals to discuss their concerns related to various situations. I focus on helping clients develop healthy communication & boundaries with significant individuals and improve their quality of life. I have found therapy can help personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you deserve. Thank you.
Life can sometimes leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. You may be going through a major change, dealing with grief or depression, or simply trying to better understand yourself and your emotions. Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, and my goal is to make that first step feel a little easier.
I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what you are experiencing. I often work with people who want to manage anxiety and stress, strengthen their coping skills, improve their relationships, and find a clearer sense of direction.
I see therapy as a team effort. Together, we will explore what is getting in your way, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. My approach includes looking at how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect while also focusing on your strengths and the solutions that can help you move forward. We will work toward realistic, lasting changes at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Greetings! I have enjoyed being a counselor for the last twenty-six years. Prior to that, I was in the art field, with a publishing business and a gallery in New York City's Soho district. I also teach at University of Phoenix and Rio Salado Community College. I firmly believe you have the power within you to make changes. My job is to teach you skills and point you in the right direction. I have a passion for what I do and really love helping people.

Anxiety & Sleeplessness
Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Trauma and Healing
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Hello!!! I'm John Ely--formally, John N. Ely, Ph.D., LPC--informally, "John" or "Doc". I'm an old man--76 years old--with a doctorate in counseling from Marquette University granted in 1980 and somewhat over forty years of experience as a therapy provider, supervisor, trainer and director. I retired from same about ten years ago but have continued since in a small, limited telepractice (I live in a very remote small community in Mammoth, AZ, a former mining town for what was then Phelps-Dodge and is now Freeport-McMorAn) which remains the main source of employment of its residents). I would best describe myself as a general practitioner but with somewhat of a specialty in assisting fellow human beings who are in distress, desire help reducing it and desire a collaborative partnership in doing so.
As a psychologist who has been licensed for 27 years, I have been honored to work with a wide variety of people. I enjoy working with a diverse group of clients ranging in age from young adulthood to seniors. Having worked with people across therapeutic environments also gives me an understanding of systems of care that I can pass on to clients.
I am an autistic therapist, which is important to mention as my communication style may differ from what you are accustomed to. I am very direct and honest, and my guidance is grounded in research and the lived experiences of other clients. My therapeutic approach is centered on helping you define your current purpose. I employ a client-centered approach, cognitive behavioral techniques, and existentialism to ensure you feel heard, seen, and valued. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I am pleased that you are here, and I look forward to working with you.
I began my education in research psychology before entering counseling. Now, I am a Community Counselor. I have spent my time as a therapist side by side with people in their homes, in their schools, at their workplace, and out in the community. I have worked with people on the Autism Spectrum, with ADHD, depression, mood disorders, and end of life issues.
My approach to helping has always been to help you define your current purpose. I utilize a client-centered approach, cognitive behavioralism, and existentialism. I want you to feel heard, seen, and feel that you are important. We will work together to help you on a journey to discover yourself.
I am glad you are here and I look forward to working with you.
Hi, I’m Gitty. I’m a licensed therapist, parent educator, and the founder of NeuroWise Therapeutics, where I help children, adults, couples, and families better understand their minds, emotions, and relationships.
My work is grounded in the belief that people don’t need to be “fixed” — they need support, insight, and the right tools to feel confident and capable. I combine neuroscience, practical skills, and a warm, compassionate approach to help clients calm their nervous system, strengthen connection, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is always to help you feel empowered, understood, and more at home in yourself and your relationships.
I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and the seasons of life when everything simply feels like a lot.
My background is a little different from the traditional therapy path. I’ve worked in schools, community mental health, and crisis intervention settings. I’ve supported veterans, first responders, survivors of trauma and abuse, neurodivergent individuals, parents, professionals, and people facing some of life’s hardest moments. These experiences have taught me how to stay grounded when things feel chaotic and why it’s so important to see the whole person - not simply a diagnosis or list of symptoms.
My style is conversational, collaborative, and practical. I’ll give you space to process, but I’m not a therapist who simply nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” We’ll get curious about patterns, relationships, boundaries, past experiences, and the things that keep showing up in your life. We’ll explore where those patterns came from, how they affect you now, and what you may want to change.
I believe insight is only part of the work. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies you can use outside of therapy to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, improve communication, strengthen relationships, establish boundaries, and navigate difficult seasons.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need from therapy before you begin. Sometimes it starts with simply recognizing that something isn’t working anymore. My role isn’t to tell you how to live your life - it’s to help you understand yourself more clearly, build skills and confidence, and create meaningful change.
I specialize in helping children, adolescents & families, couples, adults of all ages, including the elderly, bereavement services as well first responders and veterans. I help individuals heal from trauma, depression, anxiety and mood disorders as well. My work helps individuals reconnect with their inner resilience & sense of purpose. I am also trained in trauma informed Yoga, which has influenced, my somatic approach to therapy.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals through their healing and growth journeys, beginning as a child and adolescent therapist before expanding my practice to work with adolescents and adults. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and my training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, always adapted to honor each client's unique story and strengths. I believe deeply in advocacy; both as something I practice on behalf of my clients and as a critical skill I help them develop for themselves, because sustainable wellness requires individuals to have the tools, voice, and confidence to advocate for their own needs. Beyond the therapy room, I extend this commitment to advocacy through my consulting work, partnering with organizations to build psychologically safe, inclusive, and equity-driven environments where all people can thrive.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
I help clients move forward by combining insight with action. Together, we identify patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop concrete skills that can be applied in everyday life. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, I tailor treatment to each individual so it feels relevant and effective.
My background allows me to combine practical, skill-based strategies with deeper emotional work, helping clients not only gain insight but also build tools they can use in everyday life. I focus on creating a collaborative, supportive space where meaningful, lasting change feels both achievable and sustainable.
We do not need to struggle any longer against our old conditioned patterns... we must only recognize them for what they are.
Hello! My name Is Natalie Knight and I am an LCSW who is passionate about utilizing the strength of the therapeutic alliance as a support to enter into an exploration of what is beckoning for our attention at any given moment. I believe once we learn how to meet our emotions that we can clear ourselves of old past traumas or new ones.
I have been doing this work for the past eight years professionally. I use a person-centered approach in my counseling practice which emphasizes that the client is the best authority for his/her own life and that the answers to his/her questions are inside of them. I serve as a mirror to reflect to the client the inherent wisdom that we uncover during our therapy sessions. I also rely strongly on EMDR as a modality to help client with the root of their trauma. This process has been quite effective for me in my search for understanding and I hope to be able to share it with others who feel called to this type of work with me as well.
