Hi, its nice to meet you. I have been a therapist for a decade now. Before being a therapist, I spent 20 years in Healthcare Administration with 17 of those in management. I share this because I understand the stress that comes with the "corp" world and management.
After 20 years, I decided to change careers and utilize my skills in coaching and mentoring. I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am a health and wellness focused licensed professional counselor, so I spend time talking about how to balance your life, your stress, and ensure you are having some fun in your life.
Therapeutically I'm very eclectic. I use different techniques based on your needs. That being said, yes, I use CBT, DBT, REBT, talk therapy, and assessments as most therapists do.
My primary focus is all types of Anxiety, ADHD testing in adults, Executive Functioning, Self-Confidence, Life Changes, and Couples/Relationship Counseling.
I do have a "day job" so the work I do through Grow is part time, evening and most Saturdays.
As a licensed professional counselor with 30 years experience, I have helped adults and couples navigating through relationship challenges, life transitions, self worth issues and substance use and recovery. My approach is collaborative, mindful and nonjudgemental . I know sometimes it is difficult to see the way forward. Together, we can slow things down, gain clarity, explore patterns, and identify practical steps toward creating meaningful and lasting change. My hope is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.
My name is John Kowite, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I have over six years of experience supporting clients with anxiety, ADHD, autism, addiction and dual diagnosis, with specialized training working with couples and neurodiverse clients. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space, incorporating mindfulness and creative expression in my work with clients, to help them name and acknowledge their feelings and experiences, heal and feel better.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Arizona since 2008. I specialize in assisting individuals coping with depression, anxiety, self esteem, chronic medical illness, caregiver stress and burnout, and life transitions. My clients are inviting me to walk alongside them and my goal is to enhance my client's ability to navigate the path of life in a way that serves their future self best! I assist my clients in removing the boulders and rocks which get in the way and help them gain skills so the path they walk becomes easier to navigate.
I specialize in helping adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. Using evidence based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT, and MBCT. I help clients develop practical skills to reduce distress, build resilience, and create lasting change.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. i am here to support you in this process.
If you can read this, you made the first step. Congratulations. Seeking therapy is hard. Most people delay and tell themselves that whatever they are experiencing must be the way life is. Chances are if you have reached the point to begin exploring therapy, counseling can help make your life better. While therapy is often hard, it can be an enjoyable and uplifting experience as well. I believe that you cannot laugh without a combination of insight and relief. You can expect some humor in most sessions.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. In that time I have worked with men, women, teens, and families on a wide variety of issues. Sometimes that work simply involved helping them through a particular incident or life change that overwhelmed them. Other times our work together centered around longstanding issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
In addition to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, I also offer a fourth-wave therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I have found this technique to be highly effective in helping people with trauma and or anxiety. Our minds and bodies are connected. Anyone who has experienced a tight neck and shoulders or an upset stomach when they were stressed knows this. EFT uses acupressure (done by the client) and cognitive interventions to provide fast and effective relief.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am ready to help you through the challenges you are facing. In addition to counseling, I also provide vocational testing, coaching, and consulting.
I provide both Christian and secular counseling depending on the needs of my clients.
For clients with high level confidentiality concerns due to corporate or clearance issues, there are ways we can do EFT without you ever speaking out loud about events.
Dr. Gadson is a Bilingual “Spanish and English” African American/Black Psychological Therapist with a Doctorate Degree. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds with different behavioral needs. With an in-depth understanding of psychological disorders, treatment techniques, diagnosis, interventions, and referrals. This includes assessing and psychological testing with multiple disciplinary teams in Primary Care, Integrated Care, and mental health settings.
I have been in the mental health field for over 8 years working as a caser manager for kids 6 to 17, working at a rehab facility, working as a substance abuse counselor in a prison and running my private practice. I offer EMDR, Trauma Informed CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness based approaches. Are you riding the hot mess express? When is the last time you had a good cry and not because you are angry? Do you feel like a robot and/or don't know what you want and need? Do you know exactly why you do what you do and still can't make any changes? Have you got in trouble because you used unhealthy coping skills and wants to learn how to do different? I have helped people from many different backgrounds and lived experiences get to a point where there they can live the life they want and not the one their past has created for them. I only have two rules for my clients: "you aren't allowed to say sorry because you didn't do anything wrong" and "you are allowed to tell me no". I use whatever method my client needs to help either process the past or learn new skills in the present. Not all therapy requires you to process the past.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a doctorate in behavioral health (DBH), providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families ready to create meaningful, lasting change. My work is grounded in an integrated, trauma-informed approach that combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of how emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns develop over time.

I also work extensively with couples who feel disconnected, stuck in recurring conflict, or are working to rebuild trust after difficult experiences. My approach is both structured and relational. Welcome! I'm Diana and I've helped thousands of struggling children, adolescents and adults in the public school setting and private practice for 32 years. I am highly experienced at treating common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ASD, diabilities and ADHD. I also had the opportunity to help children and their families who are dealing with more complicated problems that are compounded by grief, divorce, abuse, separation anxiety, or disabilites.
My name is
Susan Charney MSW,LCSW with a diversified experiential backround. I work with those individuals ,couples and families that are compliant and realize that everyone can use some help at some point. It takes courage to realize help is needed. My job in the first session, is to be transparent and to establish trust.Thank you for choosing me as your therapist.Therapy is most effective when it is active, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. In my work, clients are supported in exploring what is and isn’t working in their lives and relationships, while also developing practical strategies they can use day to day. Sessions are engaging and interactive, with thoughtful questions, feedback, and guidance designed to help move things forward in a clear and purposeful way.
With more than 25 years of experience, support is offered to individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, family conflict, grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions and , traumas. Couples and families are helped to recognize unhelpful patterns, improve communication, rebuild trust, and develop healthier ways of resolving conflict.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an important foundation, however, care is tailored to each person and situation rather than relying on a single approach. The focus is not only on understanding the roots of a concern, but also on identifying concrete steps that can lead to improvement in daily life and relationships.
Experience also includes work with individuals facing extraordinary stress, trauma, grief, and crisis, including those impacted by events such as September 11, care provided at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, frontline healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, and individuals affected by the war in Israel. These experiences have reinforced the importance of meeting people where they are, offering nonjudgmental support, and helping them find practical ways forward during some of life’s most challenging moments.
Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we need extra support to navigate its challenges. My work focuses on helping adults and teens manage anxiety, life transitions, trauma, crisis prevention, and maternal mental health. Using a solution-focused approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients develop practical tools to create meaningful change.
While I take a goal-oriented approach, I believe therapy should also be a space where you feel heard and supported. I listen carefully, bring empathy to every session, and even incorporate humor when it feels right—because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will help you move forward with practical tools, compassionate guidance, and a bit of humor along the way, I’d love to connect.
Hi, my name is Vienna Aslanian, and I have been practicing as a licensed therapist since the beginning of 2017. I chose to become a therapist after practicing in the field of social work with children and families. Witnessing the trauma and the way that trauma impacted those individual lives caused me to develop an interest in and concern for individuals struggling with PTSD and childhood trauma. Seeing the intergenerational struggles and hearing people's personal stories on the matter made me interested in the field of therapy. I have always enjoyed listening to people's stories and making a genuine connection with someone. I believe in the healing power of therapy and the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in the importance of active listening and supportive guidance. I believe in the importance of empathy and nonjudgment; I value making you feel cared about and understood. I hold myself to high expectations regarding reliability and consistency in order to provide the best support and care possible. I attend training regularly on the best and most effective practices/therapeutic modalities.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're carrying the weight of everything on your own, you're not alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin making changes that help you feel more confident in yourself and your relationships.
Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns behind what you're experiencing. We'll explore what fuels overthinking, people-pleasing, conflict, or emotional shutdown while building practical tools for boundaries, communication, and managing difficult emotions. My approach combines insight and self-understanding with practical strategies, so you leave therapy with both a deeper understanding of yourself and tools you can use in everyday life.

Hi, I'm Tiffany! I'm an LMFT with nearly a decade of experience, offering telehealth therapy to clients in Oregon, California, and Arizona. I hold an MS in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and I've completed specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. My focus is often on what goes unaddressed: new mothers struggling beyond the baby blues, dads who feel lost, anxiety or low mood that won't lift, repeating relationship patterns, or self-criticism that's hard to shake. If something feels off, that's reason enough to start. My style is warm and direct.
As a therapist dually licensed in counseling and substance use treatment, I believe every person carries unique strengths, stories, and untapped potential. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, ACT, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and practical life-skills development. I’m passionate about helping clients understand how early experiences and relationships shape the way they see themselves, navigate challenges, and connect with others—and I’m continually inspired by the powerful ways therapy, supported by neuroscience, can help the brain and body heal.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in traveling, lifelong learning, reading, and cherishing time with my friends and family. I’m also deeply connected to the mind–body relationship and believe that true healing honors both. And on any given day, you’ll likely hear me mention my love of animals—especially my beloved corgis—who remind me daily of the importance of presence, curiosity, and play.

DISCLAIMER: Please do not book me based off of ratings or reviews. Your experience with me will be personal and UNIQUE to YOUR needs, not someone else's needs or experience. Please book me if you perceive I am the right TOOL to use and help you reach your INDIVIDUAL goals. Book me if you are seeking an action-oriented therapist who provides HOMEWORK! Book me if you have insight about your situation, some history with therapy, are seeking solution-focused steps, and are not seeking someone to solely affirm you. I may or may not be the best therapist for newcomers (depends on you) as I ask a lot of questions, which can overwhelm you if you are not used to being questioned. Questioning is to understand you and get to the root of the problem, as well as the excuses used to perpetuate the problem. I am not interested in treating symptoms but rather getting to the core of the problem. If you don't want to do the work, I am just an expensive "Friend". So please be sure that you understand my style before booking me ;-). I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have often heard from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The only way out of pain is through. Not above, below, around but through.. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.
As a Christian and a counselor, I believe everyone deserves grace and mercy, that every person has inherent value and every person deserves a life filled with joy and peace. I created Manifold Grace Christian Counseling because of the richness and diverse nature of God’s grace which manifests itself in various forms and expressions.
Humility, integrity, compassion, kindness and courage are a few biblical principles that I adhere to in my professional and personal life.
Working within the addiction/recovery community for the last 5 years, I have discovered that each person strives to be the best version of themselves. Adhering to a person-centered holistic approach, I engage with clients utilizing MI, DBT, CBT, EMDR and a trauma-informed approach to promote healing.
I discovered that ‘Time, Patience and Effort’ is a key formula to lasting change, personal growth, building new foundations, self-discovery and awareness. If you are interested in learning more (about yourself) in a safe and nonjudgemental environment, please reach out.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life, what will you do different?

I’m glad you reached out for support. Taking that step can require courage and strength. Many of the adults I work with are doing their best to hold everything together but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, health concerns, difficult past experiences, or a major change in your life. You may also be facing grief, relationship challenges, questions about who you are, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
I believe therapy should feel human, compassionate, and practical rather than clinical or cold. If you are feeling stuck, tired, or ready for something to change, I’m here to help you take the next step.
Our first session is a chance for me to listen and learn more about you and what brought you to therapy. You will have space to talk openly about what has been difficult and what you would like to change. We can begin identifying what is weighing on you, the strengths you already have, and practical ways therapy can support you. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving at a pace that works for you.

I’m April Quatrine, LPC, and I believe therapy begins with understanding yourself—not fixing yourself. I work primarily with adults navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, anxiety, trauma, and the challenges that can come with feeling different, overwhelmed, or misunderstood.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, I’ve worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including those navigating serious mental illness and complex trauma. These experiences have shaped my approach to seeing the whole person rather than simply a diagnosis. I also bring lived experience to my work, which has deepened my appreciation for how much courage it can take to understand ourselves, challenge old beliefs, and begin doing things differently.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. I use evidence-based approaches while remaining curious about what works for each individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all formula. Together, we’ll explore your patterns, strengths, needs, and goals while developing practical tools you can actually use in your everyday life.
I especially enjoy working with adults who have spent years wondering, “Why is this so hard for me?” or feeling as though they need to be someone they’re not. Therapy with me is not about eliminating every difficult emotion or changing who you are. It’s about developing greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and confidence in working with what you’ve got.

My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.
