(he/him)
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience, currently seeing clients in Arizona, Washington, and Colorado. I hold a Master's in Counseling and a Certificate in Domestic Violence Advocacy from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I self-identify as neurodivergent (AuDHD) and am a committed BIPOC ally. That means I bring both clinical expertise and real lived experience to the work — I understand from the inside what it means to navigate a world that wasn't built with you in mind. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real-life experience. I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, Autism, and the full complexity of being neurodivergent. I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, and major life transitions. Earlier in my career I worked in severe mental illness, clinical psychiatry, social work with homeless populations, and domestic violence advocacy — giving me a wide and deep foundation to draw from. I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT, always through a trauma-informed and strength-based lens. I honor the ways that culture, race, and lived experience shape mental health, and I strive to create a space where your identity is respected and your voice is heard.
In our first session, we'll start to get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin mapping out the most meaningful path forward — together.
I have worked with all kinds of severe mental illness as well as individuals without severe diagnostic criteria and I enjoy learning and being curious about a client's story. I provide strength-based counseling in navigating a world with my own identity as neurodivergent with diagnoses of ADHD and Autism. I am a recovering addict with long-term sobriety and experience in addictions counseling and can bring this expertise to an individual wanting to talk about this issue and find a solution to it.
I enjoy working adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD and Autism as adults. I like to work with folks struggling with anxiety and depression as well and help all people discover why they feel as they do. If you are curious, as I am, as to why you feel the feelings you do I am well equipped to help you find your answers. However, I value that your life become 'better' however you define it, in some meaningful and measureable way. If you want your life to be better and to feel better, then I am the therapist for you. I've seen a wide variety of clients and helped them all find both deeper meaning and measurably better life in the here-and-now.

So far, I've only met with Jayme once but from that, I knew i wanted to continue sessions with him. He presents himself as a very personable therapist which makes me feel conformable sharing with him.

I chose his profile, for the direct approach. He listens very well, and provides solutions, as well as, his own personal relatable experiences.
