Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

A safe, open minded warm atmosphere that allows room for identification of triggers, growth and accountability. A simple conversation to get to know each other and find out what expectations are from both parties.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Being open minded, having a positive outlook, having a solution focused mindset while remaining authentic in the moment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults that are struggling with navigation through life transitions. Whether the transition be employment, relocation, parenthood or divorce, working through a trauma to release the pain or rebuilding self confidence, if your ready I am too. Clients that are seeking the development of coping skills and constructive feedback objectively. No matter the hurdle together the client and I will collaborate and explore solutions together.

My treatment methods

Integrative

Integrative allows individualistic approaches for therapy depending upon each clients needs.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT allows space for no judgment or expectations of anyone which allows opportunity for compassion.

Humanistic

Is a person centered approach that allows the client to direct the pace and flow of their therapy.

Psychodynamic

This treatment approach allows for exploration into history of trauma and experiences that create perspectives we have. I like tapping into this approach at times because it brings enlightenment to current situations.
