LMFT, 9 years of experience
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Life Coach with a certification in Clinical Trauma and Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders. I received my masters from Pacific Oaks College and I have over 9 years of experience. My journey has taken me across a broad spectrum of settings. I have experience working with school aged kids, adults, the criminal justice system, forensic and various DMH contracts. I'm here to help facilitate self exploration and supportive guidance through learned therapeutic approaches. My integration of Dreamwork, Breathwork and Mindfulness techniques help support emotional resilience and personal growth. These diverse experiences, education and learned skills have shaped my understanding, empathy and deepened my commitment to compassionate, culturally attuned care.
A safe, open minded warm atmosphere that allows room for identification of triggers, growth and accountability. A simple conversation to get to know each other and find out what expectations are from both parties.
Being open minded, having a positive outlook, having a solution focused mindset while remaining authentic in the moment.
I love working with adults that are struggling with navigation through life transitions. Whether the transition be employment, relocation, parenthood or divorce, working through a trauma to release the pain or rebuilding self confidence, if your ready I am too. Clients that are seeking the development of coping skills and constructive feedback objectively. No matter the hurdle together the client and I will collaborate and explore solutions together.
Integrative allows individualistic approaches for therapy depending upon each clients needs.
ACT allows space for no judgment or expectations of anyone which allows opportunity for compassion.
Is a person centered approach that allows the client to direct the pace and flow of their therapy.
This treatment approach allows for exploration into history of trauma and experiences that create perspectives we have. I like tapping into this approach at times because it brings enlightenment to current situations.
Through familiarity and practice implementing learned CBT approaches I'm able to suggest ongoing work outside of sessions with clients through homework, journaling and cognitive restructuring.

I believe I’ve had four sessions so far, and each one has been truly amazing. She’s warm, kind, patient and really meets you where you are. I needed that more than anything. I was initially nervous to start therapy, but she’s made the experience insightful and welcoming. She genuinely helps me process my thoughts and emotions.
