Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from CSU East Bay and have been licensed since 2019. I have a range of experience working with children all the way up to older adults dealing with mental health issues, difficulty coping with family dynamics and grief/loss.
In our fist session together, we will start with introductions, then begin to discuss the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked the last 11 years with various age groups, Ive developed methods for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a specific plan that leads to measurable progress.
