I am a licensed MFT, who has lived an interesting life, full of ups and downs. Been through a lot and have made peace with my past and look forward to the future. I am motivated to help everyone I can. I am seldomly surprised (since I’ve been through and done just about everything) and make it a daily goal to not place judgement on anyone. I am a believer that everything happens for a reason. I am a good listener, and will assist you the best I can.
During the first session, client and therapist work on building rapport and discussing the issues that brought them to seek therapy. Therapeutic goals are also discussed and any paperwork that was not done correctly or finished, gets reviewed and completed.
My greatest strength as a provider is my deep level of understanding and empathy. I also strive to be as nonjudgemental as I can be.

I help couples reconnect by providing a safe place for discussion and by facilitating a session where proper communication skills are utilized allowing each person to feel heard and appreciated. My main focus points are: Getting to know your partner better, reconnecting both mentally and physically, rebuilding trust, showing appreciation and gratitude, utilizing proper communication skills, and teamwork. Couples are given fun weekly activities that promote these focus points.
Provide a safe environment where each family member can discuss certain issues and feel heard and appreciated.
