I am licensed as a Nurse Practitioner and certified in Psychiatry in California. As a health care provider, working for many years in acute health care settings, I developed a strong desire to help and support my patients in achieving greatest potential in their mental health wellbeing. My personal happy, motivated, and positive attitude contributes to increasing patients’ satisfaction and health-related outcomes through my care and treatment.
Ideally, in the first session, my client will get comfortable enough with me to open up and discuss all the pertinent information about their health and mental well-being. After that, we will go over different treatment modalities and psychopharmacology options to choose the best preferable option for their treatment.
I have over 10 years of experience working with populations with different mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, psychoses, etc.
With the assistance of the right psychopharmacology the vicious cycle of stress, pessimism, despair, worry, negativity, and sadness will be broken and shift to a happier, resilient, positive, motivational, fulfilled life.

Healthy lifestyle, importance of physical activity, nutritious diet and healthy sleep habits, balanced work life, content relationships, beneficial social support, and positive mindset are crucial aspects of the person's mental wellbeing. I try to incorporate all these aspects in my practice along with the psychopharmacology.

I had a very positive experience with this doctor. He was attentive, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He treated me with professionalism and kindness, and I feel very comfortable having him as my doctor. It’s also very helpful that he speaks Ukrainian, which makes communication much easier.

My first appointment was a fantastic one and I will continue to see Ms. Olena. She was very efficient and moved along in a pace that was neither rushed or stagnate. Her display of care for my individual needs highlighted her authenticity as a true care provider. I am grateful that health care providers such as her still exist. *I am not at care provider but work closely with many across the nation.
