Having worked with mum's, adults and older adults who struggle with severe mental illness for 5 years have helped me develop skills that give me the ability to help client (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

I love working with children, adults and senior adults struggling with mental health concerns. My clients are courage to participate and commitment to explore growth in their unique way.
