I am a licensed professional clinical counselor here in California. Over the past 7 years, I have enjoyed providing therapy to a diverse group of clients with many different mental health concerns. I take pride in being a compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic listener who genuinely loves supporting people and helping them unlock their full potential by working through the obstacles that may be holding them back.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us collaboratively develop a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with mum's, adults and older adults who struggle with severe mental illness for 5 years have helped me develop skills that give me the ability to help client (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with children, adults and senior adults struggling with mental health concerns. My clients are courage to participate and commitment to explore growth in their unique way.
