Having worked with mum's, adults and older adults who struggle with severe mental illness for 5 years have helped me develop skills that give me the ability to help client (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with children, adults and senior adults struggling with mental health concerns. My clients are courage to participate and commitment to explore growth in their unique way.
I use this model to help client identify how thoughts, feelings and behavior affect each other. I help client identify negative and inaccurate thought patterns and support them in developing practical strategies to change behavior.
I use DBT model to help client learn to manage intense emotions, cope with challenging situations and improve relationships
