Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Michigan and have been practicing for 18 years. I help young and older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and various stressors from their life. I would love to create a positive outlook on your life by providing a safe space, coping tools, and relentless empathy.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then discuss about the specific challenges you're facing. If possible, we can also talk about a treatment goal that you want to focus on as well as your expectation toward a therapy.
I have devoted my entire career helping people's overall mental health well-being since 2007 in various settings includes hospice and hospital, non-profit social service agency, community mental health clinic, and forensic mental health field . There would be a very little story makes me surprised and judgmental. I will attune with each individual's circumstances and emotional status.
I love working with individuals suffering from some level of loss in their life, anxiety, depression, trauma, dying and death. My clients are ready to change, not afraid of facing their trouble, but don't yet know how to process. They often feel insecure, stuck and disappointed in their life.

As a clinical social worker, I empathize "starts where the individual is". I support them to develop a goal, identifies available resources, learn skills to cope with difficulties and induce hope in their situation.
